玻璃瓶盖
技术领域
本发明的主要目的是提供一种玻璃瓶盖,优选由金属或其它任何合适塑料材料制成;其特殊性是具有V形拱肋,所述V形拱肋与瓶颈处瓶口的内部轮廓紧密配合,并具有一个向上拱起的圆形表面,向所述圆拱形表面施加压力可很容易打开瓶盖。
背景技术
目前,市场上有各种适宜盛装饮料等物的玻璃瓶用的玻璃瓶盖和/或瓶帽。
其中最常见且密封效果最好的瓶盖是“皇冠瓶盖”,“皇冠瓶盖”通常由金属板材制成,与瓶***部的外部轮廓相配合,即瓶盖盖到瓶***部或瓶口上时,瓶盖上的褶皱与瓶***部或瓶口相配合。
由于瓶盖上的褶皱紧紧地裹抓在瓶***部下侧部的周围,所以无法手动操作打开瓶盖,因而,从瓶子上去掉该类“皇冠瓶盖”时需要使用工具或开启工具。
另外也有通过瓶颈上的螺纹与瓶子连接的瓶帽或瓶盖,显然这就需要在瓶帽或瓶盖及瓶口或瓶颈上对应刻制螺纹。
此外,还有与瓶颈连接并通过环状物固定在所述瓶口上的瓶帽或瓶盖。打开这类瓶盖时需要拉除环状物,但环状物无法轻易拉除,而且大多数情况下,需要使用合适的工具。
因此一种可以最简单方式轻松打开的玻璃瓶盖较为理想,这种瓶盖的设计是以皇冠瓶盖形式的主体为基础但不设置边缘褶皱,是对现有技术的改进。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种客体“瓶盖”,其特征在于具有皇冠瓶盖形式的主体但无边缘褶皱,且具有同心向上V形环状拱肋,所述V形环状拱肋界定向上拱起的圆形表面,其中圆拱形表面的某一点上形成可按压和打开瓶盖的装置,其特殊性是可对折成纵向分割凸缘以方便打开瓶盖。
主体连接在对应的瓶***部上并与之配合,由主体边缘部分和外面部分固定到瓶盖上,同时通过同心环形拱肋进行密封,所述同心环形拱肋设置衬里,衬里与瓶口的内部轮廓紧密配合,从而实现理想的密封效果。
这样瓶盖被完全封牢,瓶子得到了有效的封闭。这样,仅通过按压上表面即可打开所述瓶子,按压上表面会使V形拱肋变形,外侧凸缘对折,所述凸缘由锥形狭缝纵向分割而成并与其轴线横切,瓶盖与瓶***部相分离,然后脱离所述瓶子。拱肋狭缝的设置有助于瓶盖与瓶子的分离。
优选实施例中,瓶盖由金属或具有同等机械特性的塑料体构成。

具体实施方式
如附图中所示,本发明瓶盖的特征在于,包括主体(1),所述主体(1)优选由金属制成,但也可使用其它具有类似机械特性的材料,所述主体(1)具有分割的齿边或边缘凸缘(2),所述齿边或边缘凸缘(2)将所述瓶盖越过所述瓶子的瓶颈(3)的瓶***部(4)装配到所述瓶子的瓶颈(3)上,并对其进行密封。这些步骤均基于瓶盖主体(1)具有同心向上开口的V形环形拱肋(5),所述拱肋界定向上拱起的圆形部位(6),如图1和图2所示。
V形拱肋(5)位于瓶颈(3)的瓶口的内边上,一方面,由圆锥形狭缝分割而成的齿边或下凸缘(2)从外部紧密配合瓶颈的唇部(4),另一方面,设置的衬里(7)可起到密封的作用且有助于打开瓶子,从而实现了密封配合;向上拱起的环形区域(6)。
另一方面,打开瓶子时,即去除主体(1),按照如2所示,按压圆形部位(6)的圆顶,V形拱肋(5)变形,使其发生对折,瓶盖主体(1)的分割的齿边或外部凸缘(2)相应分离,从而瓶盖与瓶子的瓶颈(3)相分离。
最后,需要指出的是,凸缘(2)狭缝的截面为圆锥形,即凸缘(2)自下部至上部其宽度减小,并与主体(1)连接。

1.一种玻璃瓶盖,优选由金属或其它任何合适塑料材料制成,包括主体(1),所述主体(1)具有由圆锥形狭缝分割而成的齿边或外部凸缘(2),其特征在于,所述凸缘(2)包括多个与瓶盖轴线横切的纵向圆锥形狭缝,所述狭缝分布在凸缘(2)的边缘,设计为与待密封瓶子的瓶颈(3)的唇部(4)紧密配合;主体(1)设置同心V形环状拱肋(5),所述拱肋界定了向上拱起的圆形表面(6)并设置有衬里(7),所述拱肋(5)紧密配合瓶子瓶颈(3)处的瓶口的内部轮廓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃瓶盖,其特征在于,圆锥形狭缝自凸缘(2)的下部至上部宽度逐渐减小,并与主体连接(1)。
