Abstract

本发明是一种超声波自动加工***装置,特别涉及一种浴帘、桌巾、床单等热熔性纤维织物专用加工制造机,以超声波机及其自动化***,从事大面积软质布料的收边、打孔、切断工作,及可延续此测试线至自动折叠包装为成品,该导流主要包括一台纵向加工机,一台横向切断加工机。

Description

本发明涉及超声波自动加工***装置,特别涉及一种关于超声波缝绽压纹制造浴帘、桌巾、床单等纺织品成品。
以加工产品的商品性质而言,热熔性纤维织物制成浴帘、桌巾、床单现多以针车收边、缝绽、车花,现在国内从事此种低单价工作人工难求,以加工成本与材料成本比较,其中人工成本已高到无法忍受,因此热熔性纤维织物制作浴帘、桌巾、床单等生产线不是停产就是外移,已到了必须转型为自动化产业的时间。
因此,本发明的目的提供一种制造浴帘、桌巾、床单等纺织品成品的自动加工***装置以替代缝绽并增加生产速度降低人工依赖及产品成本。
根据本发明的一种超声波浴帘桌巾床单自动加工***,特别是一种超声波机自动加工***,主要包括两个部分,前段A部分制作过程由布匹上送料架上开始,连接有送料装置、熔接装置、穿孔熔接装置、切孔装置、存料装置;后段B部分主要为横切断加工机,且可接续后方标准规格的自动折叠机,包括有:
一纵向加工机,包括两台超声波加工机二组轮型组合模具,及多组送料轮,一个存料槽所构成;
一横向切断加工机,包括一台超声波加工机,三组轮型组合模具,共同装在可左右移动的机座上,另由多组输送轮所构成;
纵向加工机与横向切断加工机的自动化***可将热熔性织维织物经送料、熔接、穿孔熔接、切孔、存料、切断制成浴帘、桌巾、床单 等,此种专用加工制造机,以超声波机及其自动化***,从事大面积软质布料的收边、打孔、切断工作,及可延续此生产线至自动折叠包装成品。

如第一图所示,本发明主要包括两个部分;前段A部分制程主要工作由布匹上送料架上开始,经送料、熔接、穿孔熔接、切孔到存料段为止,是由第二图及第三图所示纵向加工机完成;后段B部分制作过程主要由第四图及第五图横向切断加工机完成,且可接续后方标准规格的自动折叠机。
如第二图及第三图所示为纵向加工机侧视断面,此加工机是对布的纵向两侧边施以折边或包边熔接加工,包括两台超声波加工机1、三组轮型组合模具2、及多组送料轮3、一个存料槽4所构成。
超声波机体11装在机架5的横梁51上,可作左、右调整,超声波机锤击头12为扁长型,其长度可跨于三组轮型组合模具2上。
组合模具2的三个轴心21、22、23与模具211、221、231的结合可用键或压紧构件等,模具分别为压纹模具211、压孔模具221、打孔模具231,纵列三只模具211、221、231顶点与锤击头12接触平直度是以轴22、23下方的气压缸调整,各轴是以减速机25经传动构件251带动。
创造第一图以A部分制程工作顺序说明纵向加工机各构造;由布匹上送料架31上开始,经两只张紧轮32展布轮33与收边布经展布轮34共同进入模具211、221、231上方和锤击头12下方加工,参考第二 图所示,由于被加工织物具有弹性与硬度因素,在超声波加工时,过度加压会使压纹周围熔融,亦即加压时间必须在极短时间内完成,加压厚度被限制在极微小厚度内,才不致使被加工布料压纹周线产生熔融损坏,故设计压纹模具211、压孔模具221,打孔模具231有特殊必要性;压纹后的布料经三组展布轮35、36、37,进入存布槽4,并以坠轮41使布料张紧存储。
第四图及第五图横向切断加工机是将被加工物作横向熔合工作及切断工作;包括一台超声波加工机6三组轮型组合模具7共同装在可左右移动的机座8上,另由多组输送轮9输送布料。
超声波加工机6与三组轮型组合模具7是共同装在机座8上,机座8被DC马达减速机81以传动滚珠螺杆82带动左右移动,机座8内又装设一具DC马达减速机83用来传动三组轮型组合模具7,此模具7是在熔接模具71两侧装设一对相同的切断模具72、73,切断模具72的轴是装设在杠杆74上,且以熔接模具轴心垂线为杠杆73中线,即杠杆73的支点落在熔接模具71轴心垂线上,机座8在往第四图的右侧移动时,切断模具72上升,切断模具73下降,反之,向左侧移动时,切断模具73上升,切断模具72下降,其原理与第六图说明同。
参照第一图以B部分制程工作顺序述明横向加工机各构造;由布料自存料槽4内送出,经两只张紧轮91展布轮92及送料轮93进入模具71、72、73上方和锤击头61下方,装于机座8轨道84下方的四具机械臂51位于切割线前后侧及左右侧,恰好可抓住且张紧须要切断的布料,此时DC马达减速机83传动模具71、72、73,DC马达减速机以传动滚珠螺杆82带动机座8移动,超声波加工机6熔接、切断布料被切断之布料经输送轮94、95、96由输送带送至后方标准规格的自动折叠机完成自动折叠,包装为成品。
本发明除由上述各项说明可知,此种自动化***使各部分皆能协 调配置,使浴帘、桌巾、床单等热熔性纤维织物专用加工制造机,以超声波机及其自动化***,从事此种大面积软质布料的收边、打孔、切断工作,及可延续此生产线至自动折叠包装为成品。

Claims (3)

1、一种超声波浴帘桌巾床单自动加工***,特别是一种超声波机自动加工***,主要包括两个部分,前段A部分由布匹上送料架上开始,连接有送料装置、熔接装置、穿孔熔接装置、切孔装置、存料装置;后段B部分主要为横向切断加工机,且可接续后方标准规格的自动折叠机,其特征包括有:
一纵向加工机,包括两台超声波加工机三组轮型组合模具,及多组送料轮,一个存料槽所构成;
一横向切断加工机,包括一台超声波加工机,三组轮型组合模具;共同装在可左右移动的机座上,另由多组输送轮所构成。
2、如权利要求1所述的自动加工***,其中纵向加工机的超声波机安装设于机架的横梁上,可作左、右调整,超声波机锤击头为扁长型,其长度可跨于三组轮型组合模具上,组合模具其轴心与模具结合可用键或压紧构件,模具分别为压纹模具、压孔模具、打孔模具,纵列三只模具顶点与锤击头接触平直度是由轴下方的气缸调整,各轴系以减速机经传动机构带动,由布匹送料架上开始,经两只张紧轮展布轮与收边布经展布轮共同进入模具上方与锤击头下方加工,被加工织物在超声波加工时,经压纹模具、压孔模具、打孔模具压纹、压孔、打孔,再经三组展布轮进入存布槽并用附轮使布张紧存储。
3、如权利要求1所述的自动加工***,其中横向加工机的超声波加工机与三组轮型组合模具是共同装在机座上,机座被DC马达减速机以传动滚珠螺杆带动左右移动,机座内又装设一具DC马达减速机用来传动三组轮型组合模具,此模具系在熔接模具两侧装设一对相同的切断模具,切断模具的轴装设在杠杆上,且以熔接模具轴心垂线为杠杆中线,即杠杆的支点落在熔接模具轴心垂线上,机座在往右侧移动时,切断模具上升,切断模具下降,向左侧移动时,切断模具上升,切断模具下降,另由多组输送轮输送布料,布料自存槽内送出,经两只张紧轮展布轮及送料轮进入模具上方和锤击头下方,装于机座轨道下方的四具机械臂位于切割线前后侧及左右侧,恰好可抓住且张紧须要切断布料,此时DC马达减速机传动模具,DC马达减速机带动机座移动,超声波加工机熔接,切断布料,被切断之布料经输送轮由输送带送至后方标准规格的自动折叠机完成自动折叠,包装为成品。
