背景技术
EP 1892408A1公开了一种包括上述特征的燃料杯。在该现有技术燃料杯中,所述固定元件是燃料杯的外表面的T形突出形式的燃料杯整体部分。这种燃料杯仅仅可以通过机加工或铸造来生产。然而,由于所需的长机加工时间和由于生产的微小尺寸,这种方法是昂贵的和技术复杂的。另一方面,决定铸造作为生产这种燃料杯的方法意味着大量的工具投资,这可能仅仅对于大规模生产是合理的,但是对于同一类型燃料杯的小型生产是不合理的。实际上,每种燃料杯(以及相应保持器和喷射器)设计成和适合于与特定给定类型的内燃发动机一起使用。因此,实践中,要生产的相同燃料杯的规模不太大,且生产具有固定元件作为其整体部分的给定类型燃料杯也太昂贵。
发明内容
本发明的目的是产生包括固定元件的燃料杯,这种设置可固定到喷射器,其中,该设置可以通过在制造期间应用较简单的生产步骤而更快、更便宜地制造。
该目的通过包括权利要求1的特征的燃料杯实现。有利实施例在从属权利要求中要求保护。

具体实施方式
图1示出了固定到喷射器2和保持器4的燃料杯6。保持器4和喷射器2可以具有现有技术EP 1892408A1所公开的相同结构。燃料杯6防泄漏地固定到喷射器2,从而燃料可以在压力下从燃料轨道10(图1中未示出,但是在图6和7中示出)通过燃料杯6流动到喷射器2中,用于喷射到内燃发动机(未示出)的气缸盖中。燃料杯6包括燃料杯主体16和固定元件。而现有技术固定元件是燃料杯的整体部分,根据本发明的燃料杯的固定元件是冲压突片26形式的独立部分,其附连到燃料杯主体16。因此,本发明的燃料杯包括(至少)两个部分,即燃料杯主体16和冲压突片26,其可以彼此分开且独立地制造,且然后彼此附连。
与现有技术燃料杯相比,借助于较简单的生产过程和步骤以及获取和维护时显著更便宜的机器和工具,根据本发明的燃料杯可以更快地生产。获得这些益处的本质在于燃料杯主体和冲压突片可以彼此分开且独立地制造。
将喷射器2沿燃料杯6的中心纵轴线L以及在围绕所述中心纵轴线L的旋转方向L’上固定在燃料杯6中借助于所述保持器4与冲压突片26连接且相互作用来实现。如本领域任何技术人员已知的,所述固定不仅对于从燃料轨道10到气缸盖的没有任何泄漏(甚至在如设置有汽油直接喷射或柴油发动机的现代发动机中使用的较高压力下也是如此)的燃料路径来说是必要的,而且对于符合限定排气必须不超过的极限值的(越来越)严格规定来说也是必要的。所述固定还具有益处:燃料轨道、燃料杯、保持器和喷射器的组合可以在安装到内燃发动机之前预先组装或者可以在不释放喷射器相对于其在气缸盖中的正确位置的定向的情况下从这种发动机拆卸(例如,为了维护或修理)。
所述固定主要通过燃料杯6的冲压突片26和例如保持器4的叉形延伸部12之间的相互作用来实现。这可以更详细地在其它附图中看出。
冲压突片26可以通过钎焊或焊接附连到燃料杯主体16,其中,燃料杯主体16可包括用于接收冲压突片26的凹部32(参见图2、3、6和7)。附连还可以在不设置所述凹部32的情况下实现,即直接附连到燃料杯主体16的外表面。
图2更详细地示出了尚未彼此附连的燃料杯主体16和冲压突片26的部分。燃料杯主体16的外表面设置有凹槽或凹部32,设计成通过钎焊或通过焊接或通过干涉或通过可应用的任何其它方法来接收和接合冲压突片26。
图3示出了在凹部32的区域中固定到燃料杯主体16的冲压突片26。
附图还示出了冲压突片26的另一个实施例:冲压突片26的上部端部30以垂直于中心纵轴线L的方向向外弯曲。在图2、3、6和7所示的实施例中,冲压突片26的上部端部30设计为T形,而在根据图4和5的实施例中,上部端部30包括一个(图4)或两个孔34(图5)。
冲压突片26的上部端部30的T形设计的益处可以从图6和7看出:
图6示出了喷射器2、保持器4和燃料杯6,燃料杯6包括燃料杯主体16和在凹部32的区域中紧固到燃料杯主体16的冲压突片26。其中,保持器4已经安装到喷射器2(参见所述现有技术EP 1892408A1),燃料杯6尚未安装到喷射器2和保持器4。在该实施例中,保持器4包括已经描述的两个叉形延伸部12。当沿其中心纵轴线L以朝向喷射器2的方向下压燃料杯6时,冲压突片26滑动到保持器4的两个叉形延伸部12之间的区域中,其中,所述延伸部12滑动到燃料杯主体16的外表面和冲压突片26的上部端部30的T形区域之间的区域中。由于延伸部12的几何形状设计,叉形延伸部12首先被推开且然后再次弹回。因而,冲压突片26被夹持在保持器4的所述两个叉形延伸部12之间,使得燃料杯6既不能在沿中心纵轴线L的方向移动离开保持器4和喷射器2,也不能在围绕中心纵轴线L的旋转方向L’扭转。因而,燃料杯26、保持器4和喷射器2彼此固定。该情况在图7中显示。
在本发明的其它实施例中,其中,冲压突片26的上部端部30设计成具有一个或两个孔34(参见图4和5),当燃料杯26、保持器4和喷射器2组装时,保持器4的一个叉形延伸部12(或者在两个孔34的情况下,两个叉形延伸部12)滑动通过孔34(或分别通过多个孔34)。因而,在这些实施例中,所述固定还非常准确地实现,如前文所述的本发明的益处也在这些实施例中给出。

Claims (6)

1. 一种燃料杯(6),包括中心纵轴线(L),所述燃料杯(6)能经由保持器(4)固定到喷射器(2),所述燃料杯(6)包括燃料杯主体(16)和固定元件,
其特征在于,所述固定元件是附连到所述燃料杯主体(16)的冲压突片(26),所述冲压突片(26)设计成与所述保持器(4)接合。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的燃料杯(6),其特征在于,所述冲压突片(26)钎焊或焊接到所述燃料杯主体(16)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的燃料杯(6),其特征在于,所述燃料杯主体(16)包括设置在所述燃料杯主体(16)的外表面处的凹部(32),所述冲压突片(26)与所述凹部(32)接合。

6. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的燃料杯(6),其特征在于,所述冲压突片(26)的上部端部(30)包括至少一个孔(34)。
