Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法。本发明属于复合涂层技术领域。本发明的储罐底板表面上设有防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层,从内到外依次为无溶剂环氧树脂涂层、膨胀型阻燃涂层、导静电涂层;膨胀型阻燃涂层为含硫膨胀型阻燃涂层,制备过程:(1)将三氯硫磷与双季戊四醇在80-120°C下反应12-24小时,冷却、过滤、洗涤,将过滤产物真空干燥;(2)所得产物与水在80-100°C下反应0.5-1.5小时,然后滴加碱性pH值调节剂,加入三聚氰胺,反应温度为80-100°C,反应时间为40-80分钟,反应结束后,用冰水洗涤,真空干燥得粉末状淡黄色固体。本发明具有整体结构简单,工艺稳定可靠,产品高耐蚀性、抗渗性能、高效阻燃,环境无污染和导静电等优点。

Description

一种用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法
技术领域
本发明属于复合涂层技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法。
背景技术
目前,储罐是石油存储、运输过程中必不可少的设施,罐内储存的油品介质本身的腐蚀性并不大,但在长时间的储存、运输中,油品中的水分会逐渐沉降在储罐底部,这些水中含有大量的CO2、H2S、氯化物和有机酸等物质,这些物质腐蚀性很强,容易造成腐蚀穿孔。目前在储罐底部采用的以石墨粉、导电炭黑、金属氧化物等作为导电质的环氧导静电涂层,使用一段时间后,调查发现储罐底板易发生腐蚀和穿孔,且穿孔现象普遍。储罐一旦发生腐蚀穿孔漏油,不但会影响生产的正常运行,造成巨大的经济损失,而且对环境也造成一定的污染。另外,石油是极易燃物质,因此储罐的阻燃性也受到越来越多的关注,以前储罐或不使用阻燃涂层,或使用的阻燃涂层多为含卤素的阻燃剂,虽然阻燃效果较好,但在使用时存在多烟、释放有毒和腐蚀性卤化氢气体等缺点,潜藏着二次危害等技术问题。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法。
本发明的目的是提供一种储罐防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层,确保储罐不发生腐蚀穿孔和漏油,且使储罐具有良好的阻燃性能,具有对周围环境无污染,确保石油储存和运输安全性等特点的用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法。
本发明所述的储罐防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层,涉及有储罐底板、无溶剂环氧树脂涂层、环境友好膨胀型阻燃涂层和导静电涂层构成,所述的储罐底板与现有技术的储罐底板材料相同,为钢质材料。储罐底板经过打磨处理后,设置有无溶剂环氧树脂涂层,在无溶剂环氧树脂涂层的表面上设置有环境友好膨胀型阻燃涂层,在环境友好膨胀型阻燃涂层的表面上设置有导静电涂层。
本发明用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法所采取的技术方案是:
一种用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法,其特点是:储罐底板表面上设有防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层,从内到外依次为无溶剂环氧树脂涂层、膨胀型阻燃涂层、导静电涂层;其中,膨胀型阻燃涂层为含硫膨胀型阻燃涂层,以双季戊四醇、三聚氰胺和三氯硫磷为原料,制备过程包括以下步骤:
(1)将质量比为5.1-5.5:1的三氯硫磷与双季戊四醇在80-120°C下反应12-24小时,反应结束后,经过冷却、减压过滤后,用洗液洗涤三次,将过滤产物真空干燥6-12小时;
(2)将步骤(1)所得产物与水在80-100℃下反应0.5-1小时,然后滴加碱性pH值调节剂,滴加时间为60-100分钟,滴加完成后继续反应60分钟,加入三聚氰胺,反应温度为80-100℃,反应时间为40-80分钟,反应结束后,用冰水洗涤去除氯离子,将过滤产物真空干燥得粉末状淡黄色固体。
本发明用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法还可以采用如下技术措施:
所述的用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法,其特点是:pH值调节剂为氢氧化钠或丙胺,滴加量为步骤⑴所得产物与pH值调节剂的摩尔比为1:2-2.5。pH值的调节范围为6-7,低于或高于该范围均使产率下降。
所述的用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法,其特点是:三聚氰胺的加入量为步骤⑴所得产物与三聚氰胺的摩尔比为1:2。
所述的用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法,其特点是:无溶剂环氧树脂涂层厚度为30-35μm,膨胀型阻燃涂层厚度为15-25μm,导静电涂层的厚度为15-20μm。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法由于采用了本发明全新的技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明工艺步骤中的合成环境为水溶液,无需使用易燃溶剂和氮气保护。本工艺合成得到的环境友好膨胀型阻燃涂层,即含硫(S)膨胀型阻燃涂层,阻燃性能高,属于无卤、低烟、高效的环保型阻燃涂层。
本发明整体结构简单,无溶剂环氧树脂涂层作为防腐绝缘层,具有高耐蚀性和抗渗性能,起到防腐的目的,并可彻底隔离导静电涂层与储罐底板金属形成电偶腐蚀;环境友好膨胀型阻燃涂层可以起到高效阻燃的目的,并在阻燃的同时对周围环境无污染;导静电涂层的特殊通路可以实现导静电的目的。由于绝缘层表面出现针孔时易于检测,从技术上完全可以实现涂层无针孔,杜绝了腐蚀通道与电偶腐蚀的问题。本发明所制得的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层,具有良好的防腐和阻燃性能,对周围环境无污染,并实现导静电的目的。

具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效,兹例举以下实施例,并配合附图详细说明如下:

实施例1
一种用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法,其特征是:储罐底板表面上设有防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层,从内到外依次为无溶剂环氧树脂涂层、膨胀型阻燃涂层、导静电涂层;其中,膨胀型阻燃涂层为含硫膨胀型阻燃涂层,以双季戊四醇、三聚氰胺和三氯硫磷为原料,制备过程包括以下步骤:
(1)将质量比为5.1-5.5:1的三氯硫磷与双季戊四醇在80-120℃下反应12-24小时,反应结束后,经过冷却、减压过滤后,用洗液洗涤三次,将过滤产物真空干燥6-12小时;
(2)将步骤(1)所得产物与水在80-100℃下反应0.5小时,然后滴加碱性pH值调节剂氢氧化钠,调PH值6-7,滴加量为步骤⑴所得产物与pH值调节剂的摩尔比为1:2-2.5;滴加时间为60-100分钟,滴加完成后继续反应60分钟,加入三聚氰胺,三聚氰胺的加入量为步骤⑴所得产物与三聚氰胺的摩尔比为1:2;反应温度为80-100°C,反应时间为40-80分钟,反应结束后,用冰水洗涤去除氯离子,将过滤产物真空干燥得粉末状淡黄色固体。
无溶剂环氧树脂涂层厚度为30-35μm,膨胀型阻燃涂层厚度为15-25μm,导静电涂层的厚度为15-20μm。
本实施例的具体制作过程描述说明如下:
储罐防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层,涉及有储罐底板1、无溶剂环氧树脂涂层2、环境友好膨胀型阻燃涂层3、导静电涂层4构成。所述的储罐底板1与现有技术的储罐底板材料相同,为钢质材料;所述的无溶剂环氧树脂涂层2设置于罐底板1上,具有高耐蚀性和抗渗性能,起到防腐的目的,并可彻底隔离导静电涂层与储罐底板金属形成电偶腐蚀;所述的环境友好膨胀型阻燃涂层3设置于无溶剂环氧树脂涂层2上,可以起到高效阻燃的目的,并在阻燃的同时对周围环境无污染;所述的导静电涂层4设置于环境友好膨胀型阻燃涂层3上,导静电涂层4的特殊通路可以实现导静电的目的。
所述的环境友好膨胀型阻燃涂层,即含硫(S)膨胀型阻燃涂层,实施过程如下:
在500mL三口烧瓶中加入双季戊四醇78g和三氯硫磷250mL,置于100°C的油浴中,使用机械搅拌器剧烈搅拌,反应24小时,用NaOH水溶液吸收反应中产生的氯化氢气体。反应结束后,用冰水浴冷却,减压过滤,用四氯化碳洗涤,将滤出物在室温下(20°C)真空干燥6小时,得到固体产物(产率78%)。去固体产物溶于500mL水的三口烧瓶中,置于90°C的水浴中,搅拌反应0.5小时,然后滴加2mol/L NaOH水溶液200ml,滴加时间2小时,滴加完成继续反应30分钟。接着加入50.4g的三聚氰胺,反应2小时。反应结束后,用冰水浴冷却,减压过滤,用冰去离子水洗涤至滤液中无氯离子为止。将过滤产物在60°C中真空干燥8小时得到终产物(产率94%)。
本实施例确保储罐不发生腐蚀穿孔和漏油,且使储罐具有良好的阻燃性能,对周围环境无污染,确保石油储存和运输安全性,具有所述的积极效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法,其特征是:储罐底板表面上设有防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层,从内到外依次为无溶剂环氧树脂涂层、膨胀型阻燃涂层、导静电涂层;其中,膨胀型阻燃涂层为含硫膨胀型阻燃涂层,以双季戊四醇、三聚氰胺和三氯硫磷为原料,制备过程包括以下步骤:
(1)将质量比为5.1-5.5:1的三氯硫磷与双季戊四醇在80-120°C下反应12-24小时,反应结束后,经过冷却、减压过滤后,用洗液洗涤三次,将过滤产物真空干燥6-12小时;
(2)将步骤(1)所得产物与水在80-100°C下反应0.5-1小时,然后滴加碱性pH值调节剂,滴加时间为60-100分钟,滴加完成后继续反应60分钟,加入三聚氰胺,反应温度为80-100°C,反应时间为40-80分钟,反应结束后,用冰水洗涤去除氯离子,将过滤产物真空干燥得粉末状淡黄色固体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法,其特征是:
pH值调节剂为氢氧化钠或丙胺,滴加量为步骤⑴所得产物与pH值调节剂的摩尔比为1:2-2.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法,其特征是:
三聚氰胺的加入量为步骤⑴所得产物与三聚氰胺的摩尔比为1:2。
4.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的用于储罐的防腐阻燃导静电复合涂层的制造方法,其特征是:无溶剂环氧树脂涂层厚度为30-35μm,膨胀型阻燃涂层厚度为15-25μm,导静电涂层的厚度为15-20μm。
