Abstract

本发明公开了一种鱼类辐射育种助剂,由如下重量百分数的成分组成:二甲亚砜15~50%、甘油1~15%、维生素C0.1~0.5%,其余为蒸馏水。由于采用上述技术方案,本发明鱼类辐射育种助剂,在辐射育种中添加本发明提供的助剂,可以增强鱼类受精卵辐射育种过程中的射线照射的效果,并且对受精***膜起到保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鱼类辐射育种助剂,属于突变育种领域。
背景技术
助剂是指为改善高分子加工性能和(或)物理机械性能或增强功能而加入的各种辅助物质。助剂应用范围很广,通常再冠之以作用对象名称,如聚合助剂、水处理剂、金属表面处理剂等。
辐射诱变是人为地利用各种物理因素诱导生物性状发生变异,并根据育种目标从变异后代中选育新品种或获得有利用价值的种质资源的一项现代育种技术。典型的辐射诱变剂主要是几种不同类别的射线,常见的有X射线、γ射线和中子,此外还有紫外线和β射线等,其中γ射线则是一种波长较短的电离射线,其波长0.1~ 1埃, 60 Co和 137 C s是目前应用最广的γ射线源。
 
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种鱼类辐射育种助剂。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种鱼类辐射育种助剂,由如下重量百分数的成分组成:二甲亚砜15~50%、甘油1~15%、维生素C 0.1~0.5%,其余为蒸馏水。
在一种更完善的方案中,鱼类辐射育种助剂由如下重量百分数的成分组成:二甲亚砜15~20%、甘油1~10%、维生素C 0.1~0.3%,其余为蒸馏水。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明鱼类辐射育种助剂,在辐射育种中添加本发明提供的助剂,可以增强鱼类受精卵辐射育种过程中的射线照射的效果,并且对受精***膜起到保护作用。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本实施例中提供一种鱼类辐射育种助剂,配方为二甲亚砜15~20%、甘油1~10%、维生素C 0.1~0.3%、蒸馏水83.9~69.7%。
本助剂在辐射前加入所要接受辐射的受精卵中,受精卵为刚刚完成授精还没有进行细胞***。
