Abstract

一种螺母钉,其包括二端壁及连接所述端壁的周壁,该螺母钉于其轴向方向开设有用以螺入螺钉的螺纹孔,该螺母钉的周壁上开设有用以容置胶水的容置槽。本发明还提供一种应用该螺母钉的电子装置及该电子装置的组装方法。

Description

电子装置、其螺母钉及其组装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺母钉,尤其涉及一种用于组装电子装置的螺母钉。
背景技术
电子装置,如移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant, PDA)及掌上计算机等的塑胶壳体上一般都埋设有螺母钉,螺母钉用以螺入螺钉以将另一壳体固接于上述壳体上。现有的螺母钉大多数都是通过热熔的方式固定埋设于壳体的热熔柱内,即将螺母钉压入热熔柱上的热熔孔,然后将热熔柱热熔,热熔柱熔融成液体的部分流入热熔孔,当热熔的热熔柱部分冷却硬化后将填充于螺母钉与热熔孔之间,如此便可将螺母钉固定于热熔孔内。然而,热熔柱在热熔的过程中由于高温作用容易产生变形,且螺母钉在热熔孔内的高度和位置都不易保证。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较高埋钉精度的螺母钉。
此外,还有必要提供一种应用上述螺母钉的电子装置及该电子装置的组装方法。
一种螺母钉,其包括二端壁及连接所述端壁的周壁,该螺母钉于其轴向方向开设有用以螺入螺钉的螺纹孔,该螺母钉的周壁上开设有用以容置胶水的容置槽。
一种电子装置,包括壳体及螺母钉,该壳体上设有固接孔,该螺母钉容置于该固接孔内,该螺母钉包括二端壁及连接所述端壁的周壁,该螺母钉于其轴向方向开设有用以螺入螺钉的螺纹孔,该螺母钉的周壁上开设有用以容置胶水的容置槽,该螺母钉通过注入该容置槽内的胶水凝固后形成的固接体固接于该壳体的固接孔内。
一种电子装置的组装方法,包括如下步骤:
提供一壳体,该壳体上开设有固接孔;
提供一螺母钉,该螺母钉的周壁上开设有容置槽;
在所述容置槽内点入胶水,并将点有胶水的螺母钉置入该固接孔内;
上述胶水凝固后形成固接体而将该螺母钉固接于该固接孔内。
上述螺母钉在组装的过程中无需高温热熔,从而可避免由于热熔所带来螺母钉的偏位等位置不精确的问题。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本实例以手机为例对电子装置加以说明,手机100包括一壳体10(图中仅示出壳体10的一部分)及一通过胶水安装于壳体10上的螺母钉20。
壳体10包括一底壁12及一侧壁14。底壁12上凸设有一固接柱122及若干围绕固接柱122设置的肋板124。肋板124用以将固接柱122加固于底壁12上。固接柱122上开设有一固接孔1222,固接孔1222用以容置螺母钉20。为使螺母钉20方便装入固接孔1222,固接孔1222的孔径可略大于螺母钉20的直径。
螺母钉20大致呈圆柱状,其包括二相对的端壁22及一连接所述二端壁22的圆筒形周壁24。螺母钉20于其轴向方向开设有一用以螺入螺钉(图未示)的螺纹孔222。周壁24上邻近二所述端壁22处分别凸设有一第一凸缘244及一第二凸缘246。周壁24上于第一凸缘244及第二凸缘246之间开设有由若干间隔设置的沟槽242组成的容置槽,所述沟槽242沿螺母钉20的轴向方向延伸用以容置胶水。第一凸缘244及第二凸缘246均用以与凝固后的胶水抵持以将螺母钉20固定于壳体10的固接孔1222内。
请一并参阅图2、图3及图4,组装上述手机100可参照如下步骤进行:首先,在螺母钉20的沟槽242内点胶,上述胶水可以选用A/B胶或快干胶等其中的一种或多种,本实施例中选用的胶水为快干胶。然后将上述螺母钉20***壳体10的固接孔1222内,待胶水凝固后,胶水形成一固接体30,固接体30固定于沟槽242内且将螺母钉20固接于壳体10内,手机100便组装完毕。
上述手机100中,凝固后的胶水及固接体30夹持于螺母钉20的第一凸缘244及第二凸缘246之间,第一凸缘244及第二凸缘246分别与固接体30抵持,如此可防止螺母钉20从壳体10上脱落。同时,凝固后的胶水填充于螺母钉20的沟槽242内,如此还可防止螺母钉20相对壳体10旋转。上述螺母钉20在组装的过程中无需高温热熔,从而可避免由于热熔所带来螺母钉的偏位等位置不精确的问题。
可以理解,仅需邻近壳体10的底壁12的第一凸缘244与固接体30抵持便可防止螺母钉20脱离,因此本发明中的第二凸缘246可以省去。

Claims (10)

1.一种螺母钉,其包括二端壁及连接所述端壁的周壁,该螺母钉于其轴向方向开设有用以螺入螺钉的螺纹孔,其特征在于:该螺母钉的周壁上开设有用以容置胶水的容置槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的螺母钉,其特征在于:该容置槽的一端形成第一凸缘,另一端形成第二凸缘,所述容置槽位于所述第一凸缘与第二凸缘之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的螺母钉,其特征在于:所述容置槽由若干间隔设置的沟槽组成,所述沟槽沿螺母钉的轴向方向延伸。
4.一种电子装置,包括壳体及螺母钉,该壳体上设有固接孔,该螺母钉容置于该固接孔内,该螺母钉包括二端壁及连接所述端壁的周壁,该螺母钉于其轴向方向开设有用以螺入螺钉的螺纹孔,其特征在于:该螺母钉的周壁上开设有用以容置胶水的容置槽,该螺母钉通过注入该容置槽内的胶水凝固后形成的固接体固接于该壳体的固接孔内。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该容置槽的一端形成第一凸缘,另一端形成第二凸缘,所述容置槽位于所述第一凸缘与第二凸缘之间,该固接体夹持于第一凸缘及第二凸缘之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述容置槽由若干间隔设置的沟槽组成,所述沟槽沿螺母钉的轴向方向延伸。
7.如权利要求4所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该螺母钉的直径大于该固接孔的孔径。
8.一种电子装置的组装方法,包括如下步骤:
提供一壳体,该壳体上开设有固接孔;
提供一螺母钉,该螺母钉的周壁上开设有容置槽;
在所述容置槽内点入胶水,并将点有胶水的螺母钉置入该固接孔内;
上述胶水凝固后形成固接体而将该螺母钉固接于该固接孔内。
9.如权利要求8所述的电子装置的组装方法,其特征在于:该容置槽的一端形成第一凸缘,另一端形成第二凸缘,所述容置槽位于所述第一凸缘与第二凸缘之间,该固接体夹持于第一凸缘及第二凸缘之间。
10.如权利要求9所述的电子装置的组装方法,其特征在于:所述容置槽由若干间隔设置的沟槽组成,所述沟槽沿螺母钉的轴向方向延伸。
