Abstract

本发明涉及一种自力式稳流调节阀,包括阀体、阀盖、进承口和出承口,在阀体内设有节流套,节流套内密封连接调压套和阀瓣,调压套和阀瓣之间形成腔体内设有阀杆,阀杆上套有碟簧,阀杆的上端伸出阀盖,阀杆的下端与阀瓣活动连接,在阀杆上设有卡簧,卡簧的下端面与调压套的上表面接触;在节流套的外圆周对称设有沟槽,沟槽的上端共同与调压套上方的腔体相通,沟槽的下端与进承口相通,在节流套的下端分别设有圆周均布的节流口;在阀体的底部设有中空的阀座,阀座的中空部与出承口相通,阀座与阀瓣扣合。该压力调节阀具有自压力调节功能,即当阀前压力有波动时,可以自动调节节流口开度,从而在一定程度上保证流量稳定。

自力式稳流调节阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种自力式稳流调节阀,用于流体输送***,尤其是涉及一种将输油总管线油的压力降到输油单元所需的压力的调节阀。
背景技术
随着科技的不断进步,现在用于流体输送***的调节阀多种多样,但是主要以手动调节为主,一旦手动调节到位,其调节的压力即为固定,如果管道内流体压力出现波动,其调压后的压力仍为波动的,这样使管路流量变化很大,影响正常输油。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种自力式稳流调节阀,该压力调节阀具有自压力调节功能,即当阀前压力有波动时,可以自动调节节流口开度,从而在一定程度上保证流量稳定。
为解决以上问题,本发明的具体技术方案如下:一种自力式稳流调节阀,包括阀体、阀盖、进承口和出承口,在阀体内设有节流套,节流套内依次套装调压套和阀瓣,调压套和阀瓣之间形成腔体内设有阀杆,阀杆上套有碟簧,阀杆的上端伸出阀盖,阀杆的下端与阀瓣活动连接,在阀杆上设有卡簧,卡簧的下端面与调压套的上表面接触;在节流套的外圆周对称设有沟槽,沟槽的上端共同与调压套上方的腔体相通,沟槽的下端与进口相通,在节流套的下端分别设有圆周均布的节流口;在阀体的底部设有中空的阀座,阀座的中空部与出承口相通,阀座与阀瓣扣合。
所述的阀杆的上端螺纹连接阀杆螺母,手轮与螺母连接。
所述的阀杆的中部设有指针。
该自力式稳流调节阀采用上述结构,可以根据管线的压力变化,自动调节节流口的开度,从而保证阀的压差基本不变而稳度流量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种自力式稳流调节阀,包括阀体1、阀盖8、进承口21和出承口22,在阀体1内设有节流套4,节流套4内依次套装调压套5和阀瓣3,调压套5和阀瓣3之间形成腔体内设有阀杆7,阀杆7上套有碟簧6,阀杆7的上端伸出阀盖8,阀杆7的下端与阀瓣3活动连接,在阀杆7上设有卡簧12,卡簧12的下端面与调压套5的上表面接触;在节流套4的外圆周对称设有沟槽13,沟槽13的上端共同与调压套5上方的腔体相通,沟槽13的下端与进承口21和相通,在节流套4的下端分别设有圆周均布的节流口14;在阀体1的底部设有中空的阀座2,阀座2的中空部与出承口22相通,阀座2与阀瓣3扣合。
所述的阀杆7的上端螺纹连接阀杆螺母10,手轮11与螺母10连接,可以通过手轮11的旋转来调节阀瓣的开度和节流口的大小,从而调节了阀的压差。。
所述的阀杆的中部设有指针9,通过指针9的指示,表明了阀的开度。
其工作原理:
1.节流套固定不动,下端有八个节流口14;
2.调压套5用碟簧6顶起,并用卡簧12定位,因此调压套5可随阀瓣3同步起落,当阀瓣3打开时,调压套也随之升起,则节流口有一定的开度。当阀瓣3全开时,节流口也全开到最大;           
3.上腔通过沟槽13及小孔口始终与进承口21相通,因此上腔A内压力为进口压力P1;
4.当阀门打开时,则介质经节流口14进入阀瓣下腔B,再经阀座孔流到出口,其压力变化为P1→PB→P2;由于调压套与阀瓣套装处没有密封圈,因此碟簧腔压力也为PB;
5.阀门打开后调压套受力平衡式为:

其中,P1—进口压力、PB—阀瓣腔、碟簧腔压力、PT—碟簧弹性力、D—节流套内径即调压套外径、d—阀杆外径。
在某一工况下,调压套处一某一高度。当P1增大时,必然调压套向下移动,使节流口减小,则节流口压力损失增大,维持PB不变流量不变;反之当P1减小时,调压套向上移动,使节流加大,节流口压力损失减小,其结果也维持PB不变,则稳定了阀的流量。
同理当出口压力P2变化时,也引起调压套相应的或升或降,亦可维持流量相对稳定。

Claims (3)

1.一种自力式稳流调节阀,包括阀体(1)、阀盖(8)、进承口(21)和出承口(22),其特征在于:在阀体(1)内设有节流套(4),节流套(4)内依次套装调压套(5)和阀瓣(3),调压套(5)和阀瓣(3)之间形成腔体内设有阀杆(7),阀杆(7)上套有碟簧(6),阀杆(7)的上端伸出阀盖(8),阀杆(7)的下端与阀瓣(3)螺纹连接,在阀杆(7)上设有卡簧(12),卡簧(12)的下端面与调压套(5)的上表面接触;在节流套(4)的外圆周对称设有沟槽(13),沟槽(13)的上端共同与调压套(5)上方的腔体相通,沟槽(13)的下端与进承口(21)相通,在节流套(4)的下端分别设有圆周均布的节流口(14);在阀体(1)的底部设有中空的阀座(2),阀座(2)的中空部与出承口(22)相通,阀座(2)与阀瓣(3)扣合。
2.如权利要求1所述的自力式稳流调节阀,其特征在于:所述的阀盖(8)上部设有锁紧座(15),锁紧座(15)内通过轴承活动连接阀杆螺母(10),阀杆(7)的上端与阀杆螺母(10)螺纹连接,在锁紧座(15)的外壁设有锁紧手柄(16),锁紧手柄(16)的内端面与阀杆螺母(10)的外壁接触,在阀杆螺母(10)的上端对称连接水平设置的手轮(11)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的自力式稳流调节阀,其特征在于:所述的阀杆的中部设有指针(9)。
