本发明公开了一种定型机进布缓冲装置，包括布车（1）、进布辊筒（2）、出布辊（3），其特征是所述进布辊筒（2）与出面辊（3）之间设有输送带（4）。本发明结构合理、简单实用，成本低，布料在进入定型机之前有充分回缩过程，避免布料出现密度、克重不稳定的问题，提高了布料的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种定型机进布缓冲装置。
背景技术
目前的布料生产设备中，有很多布类带拉架弹力非常好，布匹经过提升后很容易被拉伸，当紧跟着进入定型机设备定型则容易产生布面密度、克重不稳定，影响布料品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单实用，成本低，提高布料质量的定型机进布缓冲装置。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种定型机进布缓冲装置，包括布车、进布辊筒、出布辊，其特征是所述进布辊筒与出面辊之间设有输送带。
所述输送带为橡胶带。
本发明的有益效果有：
结构合理、简单实用，成本低，布料在进入定型机之前有充分回缩过程，避免布料出现密度、克重不稳定的问题，提高了布料的质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步地说明：
如图1所示，本发明包括布车1、进布辊筒2、出布辊3和输送带4几部分组成，输送带5设置在进布辊筒2与出面辊3之间。输送带4可以为橡胶带，输送带4的速度小于进布辊筒2的输送速度，这样从布车1中出来的布料经过进布辊筒1后在输送带4上呈波浪折叠状，充分回缩，最后经出布辊3作用后进入定型机。
本发明涉及的其它未说明部分与现有技术相同。
Claims (2)
1.一种定型机进布缓冲装置，包括布车（1）、进布辊筒（2）、出布辊（3），其特征是所述进布辊筒（2）与出面辊（3）之间设有输送带（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定型机进布缓冲装置，其特征是所述输送带（4）为橡胶带。
