Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动助力式制动装置。此电动助力式制动装置是为制动车轮而形成油压的第一总泵内的第一活塞和第二活塞串联连接,在马达的驱动下,第一活塞运动而形成压力,随之第二活塞运动而形成压力,进而制动车轮。马达无法驱动时,连接踏板的子总泵在踏板的作用力下,其内部的子总泵运动而产生的油压施加于第二活塞而制动车轮。

失效保护增强化电动助力式制动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆制动装置,尤其涉及电动助力式方式的制动装置。
背景技术
图1是传统的电动助力方式制动装置结构图。
已知电动助力式制动***由用于形成前后轮制动压的马达和总泵以及ESC(ElectronicStabilityControl);用于形成驾驶员踏板力(footpower)的泵和踏板模拟器;开闭油路用两个电磁阀(阀1、阀2);以及踏板行程传感器和用于控制马达的ECU(ElectronicControlUnit)组成。阀1是NC(NormalClose)式,阀2是NO(NormalOpen)式。下面对已知电动助力式制动***的运行,从常规制动(NormalBraking)、失效模式(FailMode)、再生制动(RegenerativeBraking)方面分别进行说明。
1)常规制动(NormalBraking)
驾驶员踩踏板,则阀1打开,阀2关闭。驾驶员所感受到的踏板力是通过踏板模拟器的橡胶和弹簧压缩产生反作用力形成。马达使活塞前进同时发生的压力传递于泵2和泵3,并推动泵2和泵3的活塞而形成制动分泵的制动压。
2)失效模式(FailMode)
电子或油压线失效则阀1关闭,阀2打开,通过驾驶员踏板力生成的泵1的压力传递于泵2和泵3,并推动泵2和泵3的活塞而形成制动分泵的制动压。这里的线失效是指,因油压管损坏等原因导致漏油而不产生压力。
3)再生制动(RegenerativeBraking)
如同常规制动,阀1打开,阀2关闭,驾驶员的踏板力是在踏板模拟器产生的反作用力下产生。马达使活塞前/后进,以控制除再生制动力之外的其余油压制动力。
在所述电动助力式制动***中,第一线(①)失效时,无论是通过马达产生制动压,还是电子失效模式,第二线(②)和第三线(③)均不发生压力而无法制动。换言之,就算马达运行,但所有油全部通过第一线损失,即使通过踏板启动泵一,油仍然通过第一线损失。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明目的在于,提供一种无论是电子失效,还是油压线失效,皆可实现安全制动的电子助力式制动装置。
技术方案
为解决所述问题,本发明一实施例的电动助力式制动装置所采用技术方案包括:子总泵,在踏板的作用力下内部活塞运动而产生油压;总泵,内部有第一活塞和第二活塞串联连接,为制动车轮,所述第一活塞运动而产生油压,随所述第一活塞运动,所述第二活塞运动产生油压,或者通过第一油压线传递的油压,所述第二活塞运动而产生油压;油压切换构件,将所述子总泵的油压流动切换到踏板模拟器,或者切换到与所述总泵连接的所述油压线。
此外,电动助力式制动装置再包括:随马达的驱动,向所述第一活塞传递动力的传动构件。
而且油压切换构件是在所述马达驱动无异常时,将所述油压流动切换到踏板模拟器,若所述马达无法驱动,则将所述油压流动切换至所述第一油压线。
有益效果
本发明涉及电动助力式制动装置是,无论是电子失效,还是油压线失效,皆可形成制动压而具有提高失效保护(Fail-Safe)效果。而且本发明涉及电动助力式制动装置并没有采用马达启动活塞而产生油压,由此油压重新启动两侧泵的并联结构,而是采用串联结构,不需要已知并联方式具有的马达前端活塞,既减少配件的数量又轻量化而有效节省成本。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明优选实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图2是本发明一实施例的电动助力式制动装置的结构图。
如图所示,电动助力式制动装置包括总泵200、子总泵300、马达500、传动构件600、油压切换构件700。油箱100用于储存油,向总泵200和子总泵300供油。总泵200内部包括串联连接的第一活塞210和第二活塞220,连接于第二油压线②和第三油压线。子总泵300与制动踏板400连接,随制动踏板400的作用力,内部的子活塞310动力。马达500和传动构件600是按总泵200的第一活塞210运动的结构组成。一实施例中,传动构件600为滚珠螺旋(ballscrew)。此滚珠螺旋将马达500的旋转运动切换成直线运动后,向第一活塞210传递该运动力。油压切换构件700其构成目的在于,将子总泵300的油压流动切换到踏板模拟器800,或者切换到连接总泵200的第一油压线①。从本发明一实施例上,油压切换构件700包括第一阀710和第二阀720。通过第一阀710,从子总泵300的油压流动切换到踏板模拟器800,通过第二阀720,从子总泵300的流压流动切换到第一油压线①。第一阀710为NC(NormalClose)式,第二阀为720NO(NormalOpen)式。本发明第一实施例中,第一阀710和第二阀720是电磁阀。
图3是图2中图示的电动助力式制动装置的一般运行参考示意图。
驾驶员脚踏制动踏板400,通过位于制动踏板400侧的各传感器或如行程传感器产生的信号传递到ECU。ECU随之向开放的油压切换构件700输送控制关闭阀的信号。随之第一阀710关闭,原关闭着的第二阀720开启。而且驾驶员感受到的制动踏板400踏板力是,随踏板模拟器800的橡胶和弹簧压缩产生反作用力而形成。另一方面,踏板模拟器800随通过第二阀720传递的油压,生成向车轮施加制动压的信息数据输送到ECU。随后ECU控制马达500的驱动,使制动压施加于车轮。马达500是随ECU的控制而驱动,马达500的旋转运动通过滚珠螺旋600切换为直线运动,该运动力传递于总泵200的第一活塞210。随之第一活塞210动作,随第一活塞210的动作产生的油压以及弹簧的反作用力使第二活塞220动作。另一方面,随第一活塞210产生的油压是通过第二油压线②传递于车轮的FL、RR制动分泵或者FR、RL制动分泵而形成制动压,通过第二活塞220产生的油压则通过第三油压线③传递于车轮的FR、RL制动分泵或者FL、RR制动分泵而形成制动压。
图4是图2中图示的电动助力式制动装置的线失效时的运转参考示意图。
显示第三油压③发生异常时的动作示例,其动作方式与参考图3进行的说明同样。但,在此结构中,在第一油压线①的失效影响下,第二油压线②也没有形成压力,但随马达500驱动,连接滚珠螺旋600的第一活塞运转而机械性地推动第二活塞而使第三油压线③有效形成压力,随之形成制动。
图5是图2中图示的电动助力式制动装置电子失效时的运转参考示意图。
显示马达无法驱动时的运转示例,与图3和图4不同,驾驶员即使踩下制动踏板400,第一阀710仍然保持关闭的状态,第二阀720也保持开启状态。因为第二阀720是开启的,所以从子总泵300产生的油压传递于总泵200的第一活塞210和第二活塞220之间的空间。通过此油压,在第二油压线②形成压力,而且第二活塞220运动起来而形成第三油压线③,进而实施制动。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种失效保护功能增强化电动助力式制动装置,其特征在于,
包括:子总泵:内部活塞通过踏板的作用力产生油压;
总泵:内部有第一活塞和第二活塞并联连接,为制动车轮,所述第一活塞运动产生油压,通过所述第一活塞运动,所述第二活塞运动而产生油压,或者通过第一油压线传递的油压使第二活塞运动而产生油压;
油压切换构件,所述油压切换构件将从所述子总泵的油压的流动切换至踏板模拟器,或者切换到连接所述总泵的所述第一油压线;
传动构件,随马达的驱动,向所述第一活塞传递动力;
所述传动构件为滚珠螺旋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的失效保护功能增强化电动助力式制动装置,其特征在于,所述油压切换构件是在所述驱动运动无异常时,将所述油压的流动切换至踏板模拟器,所述马达无法驱动时,将所述油压的流动切换至第一油压线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的失效保护功能增强化电动助力式制动装置,其特征在于,所述油压切换构件包括:
第一阀,将所述油压流动切换至所述踏板模拟器;
第二阀,将所述油压流动切换至第一油压线。
