背景技术
通常,公寓或住宅或各种建筑物的地板材料由包含合板、形成在合板上的木纹层以及形成在木纹层上的表面保护层的结构而形成。
但是,由于如上述的地板材料具有低导热性,因此在地板供暖时供暖配管的热量不能迅速传到地板,从而存在需要用很长时间加热整个地板的问题。而且,现有地板材料存在以下问题:发生只加热配管周围的地板面的热短路现象,由此不能均匀地保持房间地板的温度并在供暖时需要过多的能源。

本发明目的在于提供一种地板材料。
解决课题的方法
作为解决上述课题的方法,本发明提供一种包括具有树脂膜的导热性基材或导热性薄板的地板材料,该树脂膜包含碳纳米管。

本发明能够提供一种地板材料,其具有优异的导热性,因此具有优异的地板供暖效率,从而能够达到节约能源的目的。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种包括具有树脂膜的导热性基材或导热性薄板的地板材料,该树脂膜包括碳纳米管。
以下,对本发明的地板材料进行更详细的说明。
本发明的地板材料可以包括导热性基材,上述导热性基材可以具有包含碳纳米管的树脂膜。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的导热性基材100例如可以是包括基底部110和树脂膜(120、120(a)、120(b))的结构,该树脂膜形成于上述基底部110的一侧面或两侧面。
本发明基底部能够对地板材料起到提供能抵抗外部冲击的强度的作用。
本发明中可使用的基底部的具体种类无需特别限制,例如可以使用本领域公知的一般木质材料。上述木质材料可以具体例举出原木、单板(single board)、合板、刨花板,MDF(Medium DensityFiberboard:中密度纤维板)、HDF(High Density Fiberboard:高密度纤维板)、OSB(Oriented Strand Board:定向刨花板)、树脂木粉混合板(Resin-wood Flour Mixed Board)、大片刨花板或WPC(Wood Polymer Composite:木塑复合材料)等,其中优选使用单板,但并不限于此。
对本发明的上述基底部的厚度无需特别限制。在本发明中,例如上述基底部的厚度可以为1.0-10.0mm。若上述基底部的厚度小于1.0mm,则存在降低树脂膜的形成效率的忧虑,若大于10.0mm,则存在降低导热性的忧虑。
本发明的树脂膜形成在上述基底部的一侧面或两侧面。
上述树脂膜可包含碳纳米管和树脂组分,上述树脂组分可以是粘合性树脂。
由于上述碳纳米管具有1800-6000Kcal/m·hr·℃的热传导率,因此其导热性非常优异,从而能够起到提高地板材料的供暖效率的作用。
并且,上述碳纳米管具有优异的热分散性能,由此碳纳米管不会在特定位置上发生凝聚的现象,从而实现没有集热现象的均匀的热分布。
本发明中所使用的碳纳米管种类无需特别限制,例如,可以使用单壁的碳纳米管、双壁的碳纳米管以及多壁的碳纳米管等。本发明的上述碳纳米管与其形状、直径以及长度均无关地可以使用所有形状的碳纳米管。
对上述树脂组分的种类无特别限制,例如可以使用选自由热硬化型三聚氰胺树脂、酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、热硬化型环氧树脂、常温硬化型环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、醋酸乙烯酯树脂、聚乙烯醇树脂、聚乙酸乙烯酯树脂以及聚酰胺等组成的组合中的一种以上的树脂。
本发明树脂膜例如可包含5-20重量份的碳纳米管,基于100重量份的树脂组分计。如果上述碳纳米管的含量小于5重量份,则存在降低发热效应的忧虑,如果大于20重量份,则难以进行散热并增加树脂粘度,因此存在降低操作性的忧虑。
本发明的树脂膜可追加包含选自由铝、铜以及铁等组成的组合中一种以上的导热性物质。
上述追加包含的导热性物质可以为2-5重量份的含量,基于100重量份的树脂组分计。如果上述含量小于2重量份,则存在导热性加强效果不明显的忧虑,如果大于5重量份,则存在降低树脂膜粘合性的忧虑。
除了前述的组分以外,根据需要本发明树脂膜可追加包含填料、稀释剂以及颜料等。
上述树脂膜的厚度无需特别限制,例如可以为100-200μm。如果上述树脂膜的厚度小于100μm,则存在降低热传导率或粘合性的忧虑,如果大于200μm,则存在降低用于形成树脂膜的操作性的忧虑。
如图3所示,例如,本发明的导热性基材100可追加包括加强部(130(a),130(b)),该加强部(130(a),130(b))以上述树脂膜(120(a),120(b))为媒介附着于基底部110两侧。上述加强部的具体种类无需特别限制,例如可以使用与前述的基底部的种类相同的种类,可优选使用单板。
在上述导热性基材100中,在基底部110的上部形成第一树脂膜120a,在上述第一树脂膜120a的上部形成第一加强部130a,并且在基底部110的下部形成第二树脂膜120b,在上述第二树脂膜120b的下部形成第二加强部130b。
在本发明中,形成于基底部两侧的加强部厚度无需特别限制,例如可以为1.0-2.0mm。如果上述加强部厚度小于1.0mm,则存在降低能够承受外部冲击的强度的忧虑,如果大于2.0mm,则存在由地板材料厚度的增加而降低导热性的忧虑。
另外,本发明的地板材料可包含导热性薄板。
由于上述导热性薄板具有高热传导率,因此在地板供暖时能够得到优异的供暖效率。
本发明的上述导热性薄板可包含合成树脂和碳纳米管。
本发明的上述合成树脂的种类无需特别限制,例如可以使用选自由PVC(Poly Vinyl Chloride:聚氯乙烯)、PE(Poly Ethylene:聚乙烯)、PP(Poly Propylene:聚丙烯)、PET(Poly EthyleneTerephthalate:对苯二甲酸酯乙二酯)、PETG(Poly EthyleneTerephthalate Glycolmodified:共聚聚酯)、HIPS(High ImpactPolystyrene:高抗冲聚苯乙烯)、ABS(Acrylonitrile ButadieneStyrene:ABS树脂)、PU(Poly Urethane:聚氨酯)、SBS(StyreneButadiene Styrene block copolymer:苯乙烯丁二烯苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)、SEBS(Styrene Ethylene Butadiene Styrene block copolymer:苯乙烯乙烯丁二烯苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)、SPS(Syndiotactic PolySryrene:间规聚苯乙烯)、SEPS(Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styreneblock copolymer:苯乙烯乙烯丁烯苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)以及PLA(Polylatic acid:聚乳酸)而组成的组群中的一种以上,可优选使用PVC。
本发明的导热性薄板中,相对碳纳米管含量可包含35-50重量份的合成树脂。如果上述合成树脂小于35重量份,则缺乏经济性,如果大于50重量份,则材料之间的混合变困难从而使得加工性变差,存在表面状态变差的忧虑。
在本发明的导热性薄板中,碳纳米管可不受限制地使用上述的碳纳米管。
本发明的导热性薄板,相对合成树脂含量可包含5-20重量份的碳纳米管。如果上述碳纳米管含量小于5重量份,则存在降低供暖效应的忧虑,如果大于20重量份,则难以进行散热并增加树脂粘度,因此存在降低操作性的忧虑。
本发明的导热性薄板可追加包含无机填料。上述无机填料的种类无需特别限制,例如可以使用碳酸钙等。可以将上述无机填料以相对碳纳米管或合成树脂含量为40-55重量份的量包含在导热性薄板中。
另外,本发明导热性薄板可追加包含选自由铝、铜以及铁等组成的组合中一种以上的导热性物质。
可以将上述导热性物质以相对碳纳米管或合成树脂含量为2-5重量份的量包含在传导性薄膜中。如果上述含量小于2重量份,则存在导热性的加强效果不明显的忧虑,如果大于5重量份,则存在降低加工性能的忧虑。
上述导热性薄板的厚度无需特别限制,例如可以为1.0-2.0mm。如果上述导热性薄板的厚度小于1.0mm,则在加工时发生厚度的偏差,从而存在产品之间产生高度差的忧虑,如果大于2.0mm,则增加制造成本,从而缺乏经济性。
另外,本发明的地板材料可追加包括形成在上述导热性基材或导热性薄板上的木纹层。
在本发明中,“在A上形成B”的表达包括以下情况:将B直接附着在A的上部或下部的情况;在A的上部或下部形成另外的层,B直接或以粘合剂或胶黏剂等为媒介而附着在上述另外的层上的情况等。
由于上述木纹层创造原木自然质感的效果,由此能够使板材料的外观华丽。
上述木纹层的种类无需特别限制,橡树、桦树、樱桃树、枫树或胡桃树等的所有树种可以用作木纹层。
在本发明中,为了改善耐水性和硬度,上述木纹层可以使用含浸树脂组成物的木纹层。此时,只要能够改善木纹层的耐水性和硬度,便对上述树脂组成物的种类无需特别限制,例如可以使用选自由脲醛树脂、脲醛三聚氰胺树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、酚醛树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚酯树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、聚乙酸乙烯酯树脂和聚氨酯树脂等组成的组合中的一种以上的树脂。
含浸于木纹层的上述树脂组成物可以使用30-150重量份的含量,基于100重量份的木纹层计。
可以通过浸渍、减压或注入等方法,在木纹层上进行上述树脂组成物的含浸,并可以在木纹层上含浸上述树脂组成物后,在80-150℃的烘箱中对木纹层进行20秒至4分钟的处理,然后烘干、半硬化或硬化树脂组成物。
上述木纹层的厚度无需特别限制,例如可以为0.3-1.0mm。如果上述木纹层的厚度小于0.3mm,则在含浸后进行烘干时存在发生木纹层的裂痕或扭曲等变形的忧虑,如果大于1.0mm,则存在树脂组成物不能含浸到木纹层内部的忧虑。
可以通过粘合剂将上述木纹层附着在导热性基材或导热性薄板的上部。对上述粘合剂的种类无特别限制,可以使用本领域通常的粘合剂。在本发明中,为了提高地板材料的供暖效率,上述粘合剂可追加包含选自由碳纳米管、铝以及铜等组成的组合中一种以上的导热性物质。
另外,本发明的地板材料可追加包含形成在上述木纹层上部的表面保护层。
上述表面保护层保护木纹层的表面并防污防尘,且具有能够观察到木纹层纹理的透明度。而且,上述表面保护层能够防止被锋利的物体刺伤或破碎等表面破损,并在具有优异的机械特性的同时对外部冲击等起到缓冲作用。
可用于本发明的表面保护层种类只要具有优异的机械特性并对外部冲击等起到缓冲作用且具有透明度,便对其无特别限制。在本发明中,上述表面保护层可例举出选自由环氧树脂、氟树脂、聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂或聚酯树脂等透明的合成树脂等组成的组群中一种以上的树脂。
对上述表面保护层的厚度无特别限制,例如可以为80-200μm。如果上述表面保护层的厚度小于80μm,则存在降低木纹层表面的保护效果的忧虑,如果大于200μm,则即使增加表面保护层的厚度,对特性的改善也没有更多影响,由此存在缺乏经济性的忧虑。
本发明的地板材料可具有包含导热性基材和导热性薄板的各种结构。例如,上述地板材料可具有图4、图5或图6的结构。
图4表示本发明地板材料200的一个例子,上述地板材料具有如下结构,该结构包括:导热性基材100;木纹层140,其形成在上述导热性基材100的上部;表面保护层150,其形成在上述木纹层140的上部。
此处,导热性基材、木纹层以及表面保护层可以使用前述的基材、木纹层以及表面保护层。
图5表示本发明地板材料200的另一个例子,上述地板材料200可具有如下结构,该结构包括:导热性薄板160;木纹层140,其形成在上述导热性薄板160的上部;表面保护层150,其形成在上述木纹层140的上部。
具有包括在上述木纹层140上部形成的表面保护层150的结构。
此处,上述导热性薄板、木纹层以及表面保护层可无限制地使用前述的导热性薄板、木纹层以及表面保护层。
上述地板材料可追加包括形成在导热性薄板上部的第二基材(未图示)。上述第二基材的种类无需特别限制,例如,可无限制地使用前述的基底部的种类,可优选使用合板。
上述第二基材优选通过粘合剂附着在导热性薄板的上部,此时,上述粘合剂可以使用本领域的一般粘合剂。
图6表示本发明地板材料200的又一个例子,由于包含导热性基材100和导热性薄板160,因此更能确保优异的导热性。
上述地板材料200具有如下结构,该结构包含导热性薄板160;导热性基材100,其形成在上述导热性薄板160的上部;木纹层140,其形成在上述导热性基材100的上部;以及表面保护层150,其形成在上述木纹层140的上部。
此处,上述导热性薄板、导热性基材、木纹层以及表面保护层可以使用前述的导热性薄板、导热性基材、木纹层以及表面保护层。
上述导热性基材通过粘合剂来附着在导热性薄板的上部。对上述粘合剂的种类无特别限制,可以使用用于本领域的一般粘合剂。在本发明中,为了提高地板材料的供暖效率,粘合剂可追加包含选自由碳纳米管、铝以及铜等组成的组合中一种以上的导热性物质。
本发明导热性基材或导热性薄板的制备方法无需特别限制,例如可以采用如下方法来制备。
上述导热性基材可以通过以下方法来制备:将包含碳纳米管和树脂组分的树脂组成物涂布在基底部两侧,由此形成树脂膜之后,再以上述树脂膜为媒介在基底部两侧形成加强部,然后在压力机上进行热硬化或常温硬化。
上述树脂组分和碳纳米管可以使用前述的树脂组分和碳纳米管。并且,例如上述树脂组成物可以通过将树脂组分和碳纳米管溶解或分散于适当的溶剂来制备。此时,作为溶剂可无限制地使用在本领域通常可使用的溶剂。
上述树脂组成物可追加包含选自由铝、铜以及铁等组成的组合中一种以上的导热性物质,在基底部两侧涂布树脂组成物的方法无需特别限制,可无限制地使用在本领域中使用的涂布方法。
以树脂膜为媒介在上述基底部两侧形成加强部的方法无需特别限制,可以采用本领域通常使用的方法。在本发明中,可以以如下方法进行层叠而制造:使与基底部面对面的加强部的纤维方向互相垂直或互相平行;或以基底部为中心使两个加强部纤维方向互不相同。
以树脂膜为媒介形成在上述基底部两侧的加强部,其粘合、硬化可以在压力机上进行。当树脂膜的树脂组分为热硬化型时,可以在110-130℃的温度和8-15kg/cm2的压力下进行5-10分钟的热压缩,当树脂组分为常温硬化型时,可以在室温和8-15kg/cm2的压力下进行30-60分钟的压缩来进行硬化。
在本发明中,热硬化性薄膜的制备方法无需特别限制,例如可以采用铸造、压延、挤压或冲压等方法来制备,可优选采用压延方法来制备。
对本发明的地板材料的制备方法无特别限制,可以根据上述地板材料的结构采用各种方法制备。
上述地板材料通常可以在导热性薄板或导热性基材的上部形成木纹层和表面保护层来制备。
尤其是,在本发明中对制备图6结构的地板材料的方法无需作特别限制,例如可以通过以下方法来制备:在导热性基材的上部形成木纹层之后,在上述基材的下部形成导热性薄板,然后在木纹层的上部形成表面保护层。
其中,上述导热性薄板可以通过粘合剂附着在导热性基材的下部而形成,木纹层可以通过粘合剂以与纤维方向垂直的方向附着在导热性基材的上部而形成。
实施例
以下,通过本发明的实施例对本发明进行更详细的说明,但本发明的范围并不限定于以下实施例。
实施例1
1.导热性基材的制备
将包含100重量份的热硬化型三聚氰胺树脂和10重量份的碳纳米管的树脂组成物在厚度为2.0mm的单板(基底部)两侧涂布成120μm厚度,由此形成树脂膜,然后将厚度为1.5mm的单板(加强部)以树脂膜为媒介以其纤维方向与单板(基底部)的纤维方向垂直的方式层叠在上述基材两侧,从而制备了导热性基材。将上述制备的导热性基材在130℃和10kg/cm2的压力机中进行6分钟的热压缩。
2.导热性薄板的制备
在160℃的轧辊中充分混合45重量份的PVC、45重量份的碳酸钙以及10重量份的碳纳米管,然后在压延机上压延成2.0mm厚度,由此制备了导热性薄板。
3.地板材料的制备
将聚乙酸乙烯酯粘合剂在导热性基材的上部涂布成100μm的厚度,然后将厚度为0.5mm的纹理木以其纤维方向与单板(基底部)的纤维方向垂直的方式层叠在粘合剂的上部。其后,在120℃和10kg/cm2的压力机中进行2分钟的热压缩,由此制备了半成品。在上述制备的半成品的表面温度达到室温之后,将聚乙酸乙烯酯粘合剂在上述导热性基材的下部涂布成150μm的厚度,然后层叠了厚度为2.0mm的导热性薄板。将层叠有上述导热性薄板的半成品在10kg/cm2的压力机中进行1小时的室温压缩,并在木纹层的上部形成厚度为100μm的表面保护层,然后将其切割成舌槽形状,由此制备了地板材料。
对比例1
除了使用厚度为7.0mm的耐水性合板来代替使用导热性基材和导热性薄板以外,采用与实施例1相同的方法制备了地板材料。
对根据上述实施例和对比例来制备的地板材料的导热性进行对比,其结果表示在表1中。
在向地板材料的下部供暖至50℃之后,对经过表面温度不再变化的10分钟后的地板材料的表面温度和热损失率进行了测量,由此进行了与上述导热性的对比。

由表1可知:经过10分钟后,实施例1的地板材料的表面温度与对比例1相比高4℃,并且热损失率与对比例相比也更优异。即,本发明的地板材料与现有技术相比能够改善导热性,因此在地板供暖时具有优异的供暖效率,并且能够节约由供暖损失而引起的能量损失。

Claims (13)
1.一种地板材料,其包括导热性基材,
其中所述导热性基材包括:
基底部,其由木质材料构成;
树脂膜,其形成于所述基底部的两侧面并包含树脂组分和碳纳米管;及
加强部,其以所述树脂膜为媒介附着于所述基底部两侧面,
其中所述加强部以如下方法进行层叠而制造:使与所述基底部面对面的所述加强部的纤维方向互相垂直或互相平行;或以所述基底部为中心使两个加强部纤维方向互不相同。
2.权利要求1所述的地板材料,其中所述基底部为单板。
3.权利要求1所述的地板材料,其中所述树脂组分为热硬化型三聚氰胺树脂、酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、热硬化型环氧树脂、常温硬化型环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、醋酸乙烯酯树脂、聚乙烯醇树脂、聚乙酸乙烯酯树脂或聚酰胺树脂。
4.权利要求1所述的地板材料,其中所述树脂膜包含5-20重量份的所述碳纳米管,基于100重量份的所述树脂组分计。
5.权利要求1所述的地板材料,其中所述树脂膜还包含铝、铜以及铁。
6.权利要求1所述的地板材料,其还包括导热性薄板,所述导热性薄板包含合成树脂和碳纳米管。
7.权利要求6所述的地板材料,其中所述合成树脂包含选自由PVC、PE、PP、PET、PETG、HIPS、ABS、PU、SBS、SEBS、SPS、SEPS以及PLA组成的组合中的一种以上。
8.权利要求7所述的地板材料,其中所述导热性薄板相对于所述碳纳米管含量包含35-50重量份的所述合成树脂。
9.权利要求6所述的地板材料,其中所述导热性薄板相对于所述合成树脂含量包含5-20重量份的所述碳纳米管。
10.权利要求6所述的地板材料,其中所述导热性薄板还包含铝、铜以及铁。
11.权利要求6所述的地板材料,其中所述导热性薄板形成于所述导热性基材的下部。
12.权利要求11所述的地板材料,其还包括形成于所述导热性基材上部的木纹层。
13.权利要求12所述的地板材料,其还包括形成于所述木纹层上部的表面保护层。
