用于注射对比剂的设备
技术领域
本发明的领域在于通过注射对比剂获得医学成像,更具体地,在于注射有些稀释的对比剂以用于例如X-射线成像、CT扫描仪或者MRI成像。
背景技术
目前,使用由两个并行的注射筒组成的注射筒驱动的注射器能够在注射盐溶液的同时注射对比剂已经是公知的,在注射盐溶液的同时注射对比剂的目的是稀释对比剂。
US 7267667和US 5911252号专利描述了这种设备。
US 2007/213848描述了一种用于将放射性化合物交替注射到盐溶液中的机械装置(开/关阀门)。因此,该机械装置涵盖了一种将放射性化合物在盐溶液中进行洗脱(而不是稀释)的方法。该洗脱方法,更具体地,洗脱控制方法提供了对放射性化合物的活性的控制。如果在探测器处该活性太弱,盐溶液就进入包含放射性化合物的容器并通过洗脱占据其一定的量。只要探测器测量的活性回到期望值,阀门就关闭并且盐溶液只通过“支”线。
发明内容
在本发明中,上述问题的解决方案在于通过下述方式将对比剂注射到等待分析的器官中:该对比剂的浓度随时间而变化和/或在图像获取时随被分析的器官的区域而变化。
本发明具有多个优点,特别是能够以较低的成本以及对患者较小的风险(特别是失误和/或污染的风险),在与图像获取对应的精准时刻在器官内进行这样的浓度改变,而无需采取两个并行使用的注射器。
应该注意,本发明与US 2007/213848教导的区别在于通过下述方法使“盐溶液/对比剂”的注射交替而改变对比剂的浓度:在“盐溶液/对比剂”到达心脏之前,获得混合,并因而获得所需的浓度。
本发明还可以用来放大位于患者注射点下游的外渗探测信号,例如通过使用超声放大,外渗探测信号源于注射液体的性质或浓度的变化。因此,有可能确定如果注射期间针从患者静脉退出,液体实际上已经被注射到有关血管内,从而排除掉任何可能的外渗。如果使用外渗探测器,因为信号大约恒定,因此有时不再可能确保信号正确测量(假阳性,或者甚至假阴性)。通过在注射期间改变液体的性质(其对应于测量信号的变化),以及使用可能存在于该测量到的变化和注射顺序之间的任何对应,有可能确保外渗探测器正确操作并且由此推导出注射流正常,排除掉任何外渗。如果无法测量根据两种交替液体的注射频率而变化的该信号,则有可能由此推导出测量探针定位失误或者外渗正在发生,并且在这两种情况下都要中断注射。

图1A、1B和1C给出了注射器程序界面的实例,特征在于图1A中的在对比剂、盐溶液或者稀释“diluject”的注射之间选择的选项、图1B中的稀释选项(15%、20%、25%或30%)以及图1C中的图表中的稀相的各种可能的组合。
图2A和2B示出了利用15%的稀释和4ml/s的速率获得的图像(2A和2B),并且示出了心脏中最佳的稀释,其中在这个实例中,心脏中最佳的稀释在心脏右侧和心脏左侧的浓度不同。

具体实施方式
本发明的目的之一在于在对比剂稀释到达目标器官(例如患者心脏右侧)之前实现对对比剂稀释(通过使用两种不同的对比剂,或者通过使用一种对比剂和盐溶液或者在检查期间对对比剂没有影响的任何其他溶液,例如非碘药物溶液),以能够在分别获取有关器官(首先,心脏的左侧,接着,心脏的右侧)的图像的同时或者不同时刻,改善涉及被分析的器官的解剖结构和工作的数据的获取(就心脏而言:为了观察隔膜、冠状血管,更好地计算心脏的射血分数;已知为此优选地使心脏的左侧填充有对比剂,同时使心脏的右侧填充有稀释的对比溶液)。
为此,本发明优选地包括注射到患者静脉的对比剂阶段与盐溶液或者浓度较低的对比剂的注射阶段相继交替,目的在于获得在到达心脏或者等待分析的器官之前在患者心血管***中实现的各个阶段的混合物。本发明可以有利地用于CT扫描或者MRI中。为了获得有效的稀释,频率必须足够高,以使得混合物能够在到达目标器官之前在患者心血管***中实现。对于心脏,理想地是具有非常接近心率的频率,典型地,大约1Hz的数量级,但是在5Hz和0.2Hz之间也能够有效。
因此,通过使用一个连接到不同浓度的两种溶液(或者一种对比溶液和一种盐溶液)的单管注射器,可以摒弃双管注射器并在患者体内直接进行稀释,其成本较低并包括较少的连接和操作,其中该连接和操作一直代表着无菌和失误方面的风险。
典型地,能够选择心脏中将获得的理想的百分比稀释(例如15%、20%、25%或者30%稀释,对于25%,意味着仅仅具有25%的对比剂以及75%的盐溶液)。就25%稀释而言,例如可以选择1ml对比剂的阶段,接着3ml盐溶液的阶段,该两个阶段表示一个循环,该循环根据将注射的总体积而重复(例如,对于20ml,在所述的实例中将执行注射5次的连续循环)。在这种情况下,盐溶液和对比溶液的流速是相同的(例如4ml/s)。可选地,改变流速以获得相同的稀释效果但是具有改变的体积也是可能的。因此,在上述实例中,3ml的盐溶液阶段可以由流速减小一半的1.5ml阶段代替(在该实例中,2ml/s替代了4ml/s)。也可以选择改变对比溶液的流速并执行具有改变目标器官中的对比剂比率效果的其他组合。还可以选择使用能够采用任何适当的数学形式的算法,(例如逐渐地)改变每个循环中的盐溶液和对比剂各自的流速和/或体积,以获得在检查和/或图像获取期间变化的浓度的动态图像。
为了制备这种设备,优选地,使用了处理器,该处理器能够例如通过命令位于每个容器和注射设备(例如蠕动盒)之间的夹具打开和闭合,管理两个容器之间的交替。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于注射对比剂的医疗设备,其包括至少两个分离的容器,所述容器各自的容纳物不能够在任一个所述容器中彼此混合;注射器和方向控制阀,所述方向控制阀以使所述容器与所述注射器交替连通的方式布置,所述医疗设备包括用于产生以0.2Hz和5Hz之间的频率进行最少2次连续循环的所述容器和所述注射器之间的所述交替连通的装置,从而以所述频率仅交替地注射每个容器各自的容纳物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医疗设备,其中所述频率为1Hz的数量级。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医疗设备,其中所述频率能够随着时间变化。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的医疗设备,所述医疗设备被设计以对于相同的容器允许在0.1ml和5ml之间的连续流动。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的医疗设备,其中一个容器包含对比剂,另一个容器包含盐溶液。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的医疗设备,其中每个容器包含浓度专用于其的对比剂。
