Abstract

本发明公开了一种轮毂储油***,包括车轴轴头、轮毂,在轴头与轮毂间安装有内、外轴承,在内外轴承安装的区域为轴承腔,两轴承腔之间为轮毂腔,在内轴承的外侧设有轮毂油封,在所述外轴承的外侧设有挡油环,在轮毂内还储存有润滑脂以供给内、外轴承润滑使用,在所述轮毂腔内设有中间套,所述中间套连接内、外轴承的外圈,所述润滑脂储存在所述轴承腔内。本发明轮毂储油***利用内轴承和外轴承的之间的轮毂内腔套上中间套,在外轴承的外侧安装挡油环,这样使润滑脂可以集中在内轴承和外轴承的位置,从而减少润滑脂的使用量,提高润滑脂的利用率,从而减少污染,实现低碳环保;润滑效果显著,降低了摩擦阻力,减缓磨损,从而使轴承更加耐用。

轮毂储油***
技术领域
本发明涉及储油***技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种挂车轴上的轮毂储油***。
背景技术
随着市场经济的深入,公路运输业有了长足的发展,普通挂车的使用范围越来越广。挂车车轴是随动车轴,承担着车辆重量及货物载荷,并用于支撑轮胎转动,其主要包括轴体、轮毂、制动鼓、刹车蹄总成、及凸轮轴总成,轴体分为轴管和两端的轴头两大部分,轮毂、制动鼓总成装配于轴体两端的轴头上,用来执行车轮转动和制动,刹车蹄总成安装于制动鼓内,其刹车片由无石棉摩擦环保材料制成,轴头与轮毂间安装有内外轴承,并通过轴头螺母安装固定。轴承能够承担径向载荷和固定车轴使其只能实现转动,轴承必须有润滑脂,目的是减少轴承内部摩擦及磨损,防止烧粘。在构成轴承的套圈、滚动体及保持器的互相接触部分,防止金属接触,减少摩擦、磨损;轴承的滚动疲劳寿命,在旋转中,滚动接触面润滑良好,则延长。相反地,油粘度低,润滑脂膜厚度不好,则缩短。在现有技术中,轮毂内的储油***是将内轴承和外轴承之间,轮毂与轴头之间的储油内腔填满润滑脂以满足车轴工作的需求,轮毂所装的润滑脂量将会很大。例如FP双大轴的每根车轴需装1300~1540g润滑脂,FN大小轴的每根车轴需装870~960g润滑脂。不同的车轴所装的润滑脂量不同,但总体来说,储油内腔内的贮油量还是偏多,而且大部分润滑脂在轮毂腔内,由于润滑脂流动性较差,即使车轴高速旋转时,轮毂腔内的润滑脂也不能进入轴承内润滑,造成润滑脂使用浪费。
发明内容
本发明目的为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种节油、提高润滑脂的利用率的轮毂储油***。
本发明方案如下:一种轮毂储油***,包括车轴轴头、轮毂,在轴头与轮毂间安装有内、外轴承,在内外轴承安装的区域为轴承腔,两轴承腔之间为轮毂腔,在内轴承的外侧设有轮毂油封,在所述外轴承的外侧设有挡油环,在轮毂内还储存有润滑脂以供给内、外轴承润滑使用,在所述轮毂腔内设有中间套,所述中间套连接内、外轴承的外圈,所述润滑脂储存在所述轴承腔内。
所述内凹平台设有内底台,所述外凹平台设有外底台。
所述内凹平台的端面抵靠在内轴承的外圈的端面上。
所述外凹平台的端面抵靠在外轴承的外圈的端面上。
所述套体的外壁设有多个支撑柱。
所述挡油环为为盘状结构,所述挡油环设有底盘部和环台,所述底盘部设有内圈。
所述环台与所述外轴承的外圈的端面抵靠,所述环台的端面与轮毂的内壁抵靠。
通过在所述挡油环的两侧设有轴头螺母。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于:
本发明轮毂储油***利用内轴承和外轴承的之间的轮毂内腔套上中间套,在外轴承的外侧安装挡油环,这样使润滑脂可以集中在内轴承和外轴承的位置,从而减少润滑脂的使用量,提高润滑脂的利用率,从而减少污染,实现低碳环保;润滑效果显著,降低了摩擦阻力,减缓磨损,从而使轴承更加耐用。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式,并结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,现有的挂车轴上,用于车轴内外轴承润滑的润滑脂8大部分储存在轮毂与轴头间的轮毂腔内,即使车轴高速旋转时,轮毂腔内的润滑脂也不能进入轴承内润滑。
如图2、3、4所示,本发明公开一种轮毂储油***。挂车车轴是随动车轴,承担着车辆重量及货物载荷,并用于支撑轮胎转动,其主要包括轴体、轮毂1、制动鼓、刹车蹄总成、及凸轮轴总成,轴体分为轴管和两端的轴头2两大部分,轮毂1、制动鼓总成装配于轴体两端的轴头2上,用来执行车轮转动和制动,刹车蹄总成2安装于制动鼓内,其刹车片由无石棉摩擦环保材料制成。轮毂与轴头通过内、外轴承连接,由轮毂内腔与轴头外壁间可划分为两个轴承腔与一个轮毂腔,内外轴承分别安装在轴承腔上。轴头2与轮毂1间安装有轮毂油封、齿圈、内轴承3、外轴承4、轴头螺母7,轮毂油封安装在内轴承3的的内侧,内轴承3和外轴承4之间设有中间套5,外轴承4的外侧设有挡油环6。内、外轴承为圆锥轴承,由外圈、内圈及滚柱组成。
如图1、2所示,中间套5为管状结构,中间套5包括套体55,套体55的外壁设有多个支撑柱56,支撑柱56使中间套5的结构更为牢固,同时提高其工艺性。套体的两侧设有内凹平台51和外凹平台52。内凹平台51设有内底台53,外凹平台52设有外底台54。中间套5的内腔贯穿于轴头2上,内凹平台51的端面与内轴承3的外圈端面抵靠,外凹平台52的端面与外轴承4的外圈端面抵靠。
如图1、3所示,挡油环6为盘状结构,挡油环6设有底盘部61和环台62,底盘部61设有内圈63,内圈63套在轴头2上,通过在挡油环6的两侧设有轴头螺母7,从而固定外轴承4和挡油环6的位置。环台62与外轴承4的外圈的端面抵靠,环台62的端面与轮毂1的内壁抵靠。
如图1所示,轮毂的储油***是内轴承3的内圈固定在轴头2的台阶21上,内轴承3的外圈抵靠在轮毂1的第一限位11,同时中间套5的内凹平台51的端面抵靠在内轴承3的外圈上。通过中间套5的内底台53可以集中地储存润滑脂8供给内轴承3使用,不会造成润滑脂8的外泄。外轴承4的内圈与轴头2的表面抵靠,外轴承4的外圈抵靠在轮毂1的第二限位12,同时中间套5的外凹平台52的端面抵靠在外轴承4的外圈内侧的端面上,挡油环6的环台62与外轴承4的的外圈外侧的端面抵靠,通过中间套5的外凹平台52和挡油环6的环台62可以集中地储存润滑脂8供给外轴承4使用,不会造成润滑脂8的外泄。润滑脂8可以集中在内轴承3和外轴承4的位置,从而减少润滑脂8的使用量,提高润滑脂8的利用率,从而减少污染,实现低碳环保;润滑效果显著,降低了摩擦阻力,减缓磨损,从而使轴承更加耐用。
本发明的轮毂储油***,在FP双大轴的车轴2只需520~600g润滑脂,外轴承4需加油脂140±10g,内轴承3需加油脂140±10g,平均每根车轴2节省约860g润滑脂8。在FN大小轴的车轴2只需480~560g润滑脂8,外轴承4位110±10g,内轴承3位140±10g,平均每根车轴2节省约395g润滑脂。本发明的轮毂储油***使轮毂1内润滑脂8节省约50%,无论在制造时、还是在使用、养护时,均大幅降低了润滑脂8的使用量,有效减少污染,实现了环保低碳的新产品。本发明的轮毂储油***使润滑脂集中在轴承的安装部位上,其润滑脂的实际润滑量8比现有的轴头轴承结构上的油脂量多100%,润滑脂8的利用率有了很大提高,润滑效果更显著,降低了摩擦阻力,减缓磨损,使轴承更加耐用。经生产过程测算,每支车轴2节油0.75kg,按正常产量一年能节油375t,大幅降低低排污,降耗效果非常可观。经使用过程测算,每辆挂车3年养护节油量为11kg,降低了养护成本,润滑效果好,促进行车顺畅和安全。

Claims (3)

1.一种轮毂储油***,包括车轴轴头、轮毂,在轴头与轮毂间安装有内、外轴承,在内外轴承安装的区域为轴承腔,两轴承腔之间为轮毂腔,在内轴承的外侧设有轮毂油封,在所述外轴承的外侧设有挡油环,在轮毂内还储存有润滑脂以供给内、外轴承润滑使用,其特征在于:在所述轮毂腔内设有中间套,所述中间套连接内、外轴承的外圈,所述润滑脂储存在所述轴承腔内;所述中间套包括套体、和在所述套体两侧设置的内凹平台、外凹平台,所述内凹平台的端面抵靠在内轴承上,所述外凹平台的端面抵靠在外轴承上;所述内凹平台设有内底台,所述外凹平台设有外底台;所述内凹平台的端面抵靠在内轴承的外圈的端面上;所述外凹平台的端面抵靠在外轴承的外圈的端面上;所述套体的外壁设有多个支撑柱;所述挡油环为为盘状结构,所述挡油环设有底盘部和环台,所述底盘部设有内圈。
2.根据权利要求1述的轮毂储油***,其特征在于:所述环台与所述外轴承的外圈的端面抵靠,所述环台的端面与轮毂的内壁抵靠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轮毂储油***,其特征在于:在所述挡油环的两侧设有轴头螺母。
