Abstract

本发明公开了一种铜带缩小的模具装置，其包括支架1，固定在所述支架1上的上模夹板2、下模夹板3，所述上模夹板2、下模夹板3固定在所述支架1上。所述上模夹板2、下模夹板3的底部中间位置各有一凹槽，该两个凹槽在上、下模板夹紧时形成可供铜带通过的铜带卡槽5。所述上模夹板2、下模夹板3通过上螺丝4、左螺丝6以及右螺丝7固定在所述支架1上。通过采用该技术方案，能够简单方便地根据产品所需钢带的规格，将钢带缩小至所需要的尺寸。结构简便，操作简单。

本发明涉及一种模具，尤其是涉及一种铜带缩小的模具装置。
背景技术
在铜带加工的过程中，常常需要根据不同的加工工艺选择不同的规格的铜带，而批量生产的铜带通常不符合要求，这就给产品的生产加工带来了不便。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术是提供一种铜带缩小的模具装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案是：一种铜带缩小的模具装置，其包括支架1，固定在所述支架1上的上模夹板2、下模夹板3，所述上模夹板2、下模夹板3固定在所述支架1上。所述上模夹板2、下模夹板3的底部中间位置各有一凹槽，该两个凹槽在上、下模板夹紧时形成可供铜带通过的铜带卡槽5。所述上模夹板2、下模夹板3通过上螺丝4、左螺丝6以及右螺丝7固定在所述支架1上。
通过采用该技术方案，能够简单方便地根据产品所需钢带的规格，将钢带缩小至所需要的尺寸。结构简便，操作简单。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种铜带缩小的模具装置，如图1所示，其包括支架1，固定在所述支架1上的上模夹板2，下模架板3，以及将上模夹板2、下模夹板3固定在支架1上的固定上螺丝4、左螺丝6、右螺丝7。在所述上模夹板2、下模夹板3的底部中间位置各有一凹槽，且该凹槽位置相对称，当上下模夹板夹紧时，其呈一个长方孔形的铜带卡槽5。铜带从该卡槽5通过，可以实现铜带的缩小。

Claims (3)

1.一种铜带缩小的模具装置，其包括支架（1），其特征在于：其包括固定在所述支架（1）上的上模夹板（2）、下模夹板（3），所述上模夹板（2）、下模夹板（3）固定在所述支架（1）上。
2.所述上模夹板（2）、下模夹板（3）的底部中间位置各有一凹槽，该两个凹槽在上、下模板夹紧时形成可供铜带通过的铜带卡槽（5）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜带缩小的模具装置，其特征在于：所述上模夹板（2）、下模夹板（3）通过上螺丝（4）、左螺丝（6）以及右螺丝（7）固定在所述支架（1）上。
