Abstract
一种线缆组件，其包括线缆、若干插头及可套设于插头的壳体，线缆具有连接端，该连接端延伸出若干子线缆，各插头分别与对应子线缆电性连接，所述壳体滑动组装于子线缆，且该壳体设有容纳插头的收容空间。壳体可在插头不使用时，将插头收容于收容空间内，以避免外界的异物沾染插头，同时节省了插头占用的空间。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种线缆组件，尤其是一种具有遮蔽外壳的线缆组件。
【背景技术】
线缆在实际应用中，常需要拆分成若干子线缆，以实现不同的功用。如中国台湾专利第D107659号就公开了一种线缆组件，线缆一端拆分为若干子线缆，子线缆的末端分别与若干插头电性连接，该等插头暴露于空气中。插头容易被灰尘或其他异物沾染而影响其工作性能，该插头未使用时，各插头会占据较大空间，且显得凌乱。
所以，有必要设计一种线缆组件以克服前述之不足。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种线缆组件，其既可以节省空间又可以保护插头。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种线缆组件，其包括线缆、若干插头及可套设于插头的壳体，线缆具有连接端，该连接端延伸出若干子线缆，各插头分别与对应子线缆电性连接，所述壳体滑动组装于子线缆，且该壳体设有容纳插头的收容空间。
与现有技术相比，本发明线缆组件有如下功效：壳体可在插头不使用时，将插头收容于收容空间内，以避免外界的异物沾染插头，同时节省了插头占用的空间。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1，线缆组件100包括线缆1、若干插头2及可套设于插头2的壳体3。
请参看图1、图2，线缆1具有连接端11，连接端11延伸出若干子线缆12，各插头2分别与对应子线缆12电性连接，连接端11设有将线缆1分解为若干子线缆12的分线器13，该分线器13与线缆1一体成型。该分线器13大致呈圆锥状，且该分线器13具有与插头2相对的接合面16及若干定位子线缆12的定位孔17。该定位孔17贯穿接合面，且在接合面的周边还设有凹陷部14。
壳体3通过注塑成型，该壳体3设有容纳插头2的收容空间31。壳体3包括定位壁32、自定位壁32周边朝插头2方向延伸形成的周边壁33及自定位壁32周边朝分线器13延伸形成的凸缘34，该凸缘可与凹陷部14配合。周边壁33与凸缘34成连续状，定位壁32与周边壁33共同围设形成可容纳插头2的收容空间31。定位壁32还设有若干通孔321，各子线缆12分别从分线器13的对应定位孔17中伸出并从定位壁32的对应通孔321中穿过，这样就实现了壳体3滑动组装于子线缆12，壳体3可沿子线缆12滑动于分线器13与插头2之间。
各插头2分别电性连接于子线缆12的末端，在本实施例中，该插头2为RCA连接器。特别参照图3、图4，在插头2与对接连接器(未图示)对接时，藉由凹陷部14与凸缘34的配合，可将壳体3固定在分线器13上，此时壳体3与分线器13整体呈郁金香花的形状，外形美观；在插头2未使用时，壳体3滑动至插头2一端，定位壁32这时具有止挡作用，其抵靠于插头2一端，同时各插头2均收容于收容空间31内，这样减小了多个插头2所占据的空间，且插头不易被空气中灰尘或异物沾染而影响其工作性能。
Claims (7)
1.一种线缆组件，其包括线缆、若干插头及可套设于插头的壳体，线缆具有连接端，该连接端延伸出若干子线缆，各插头分别与对应子线缆电性连接，其特征在于：所述壳体滑动组装于子线缆且可沿子线缆往复滑动于连接端与插头之间，该壳体设有容纳插头的收容空间。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆组件，其特征在于：所述各插头分别电连接于子线缆的末端。
3.如权利要求1所述的线缆组件，其特征在于：所述壳体包括定位壁及自定位壁周边朝插头延伸的周边壁，该定位壁与周边壁共同围设形成收容空间。
4.如权利要求3所述的线缆组件，其特征在于：所述定位壁设有若干定位孔，各子线缆分别从对应通孔中穿过。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆组件，其特征在于：所述连接端设有将线缆分解为若干子线缆的分线器，壳体滑动于插头与分线器之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的线缆组件，其特征在于：所述分线器具有与插头相对的接合面及定位孔，定位孔贯穿接合面。
7.如权利要求6所述的线缆组件，其特征在于：所述分线器的接合面周边设有凹陷部，定位壁周边朝分线器延伸有与凹陷部配合的凸缘。
