背景技术
卡扣式连接器或快速连接器广泛用于各种应用中,包括汽车应用和工业应用等。这种快速连接器利用护圈或锁紧元件来将一个连接器部件,例如管状导管固定在另一个连接器部件或主体的互补孔中。这些护圈通常可进行轴向移位或径向移位。术语“轴向移位”或“径向移位”是相对于与穿过凹部件的轴向孔而言的。

具体实施方式
图1和图2描绘供水阀10的非限制性实施例。所述实施例具有主体15、阀部分20、检验夹25、检验筒30、压缩环35、衬垫环40、抓爪环45、护圈50和夹头55。
主体15具有主进口孔60;出口孔65;其中设有阀部分20的次孔70;以及把手组合件75。主体进一步具有可如本文所述***检验夹25的半圆形开口80(也参见图8A)。主体15还具有从主孔60延伸的一对外置开口85(也参见图5),从衬垫环40延伸的凸耳90***所述外置开口85中(也参见图5),如下文所述。
主体15具有倒角表面95,其从主孔60延伸到次孔70,从而与检验筒30形成干涉配合,如下文所述。
参阅图2至5,夹头55、护圈50、抓爪环45和衬垫环40在主体15中形成组合件100。
在图3中,衬垫环40具有多个凹口105;内壁110;以及法兰115,其支撑从所述法兰向内下垂的凹口。法兰115的内直径大约与管道120相同(参见图2和图5),所述管道120可供流体流过,以经由进口孔60将流体提供给阀部分20。衬垫环40的外表面125具有一对凸耳90,其嵌入主体15中的一对外置开口85(也参见图5)中。
如图4所示,抓爪环45具有多个向外下垂的指130,其与衬垫环40内的凹口105配对。抓爪环45还具有多个齿135,其在主体15中供管道120延伸穿过其中的内孔60内延伸,且在管道穿过抓爪环45时,所述齿135与所述管道形成干涉配合。齿135以将管道120***主体15中的方向延伸,这样,在尝试将管道从主体内移出时,将受到***管道120中的齿130的阻止。齿130还阻止抓爪环45围绕管道120旋转。

现在参阅图2和图6,图中显示了检验筒30。检验筒具有第一内直径160、第二内直径165和第三内直径170。第一内直径160设计成容纳压缩环35;第二内直径165设计成容纳待***的管道120的一端;且第三内直径170形成供流体流到阀部分20的通道。外表面175包括设置在凹槽185中的第一密封元件180,所述凹槽185设置在第二内直径170的外部。第二凹槽190设有具有倒角表面20的外部法兰195,所述倒角表面20与主体15中阀部分的倒角表面95相互作用,如下文所述。第一内直径160具有第二密封件205,其设置在第二内直径165与第一内直径160的接合点上。在检验筒和压缩环未处于下文所述的合适位置时,干涉突出部265有助于防止***检验夹25。

现在参阅图1、图2、图8和图8A,图中显示了检验夹25及其与供水阀10的主体15之间的关系。检验夹25具有弓形上部230,如果将检验夹***主体中,则所述弓形上部与主体15的外部形状一致;多个弓形接合组件235,其用于与管道120接合;以及两个支脚240。每个支脚均是柔性的,其具有倾斜边245,所述倾斜边设计成与压缩环35的倒角表面220接合,从而朝检验筒30轴向移动;以及支脚末端的一对咬合突出部250。每个咬合突出部250设计成嵌入主体15内的开口255中。每个支脚240所具有的柔性使支脚能够发出信号,例如,在咬合突出部250经释放以在主体15上延伸时,如果在向内弯曲以***主体15中后碰到开口255,则能够听到咔哒声。
参阅图2A,为了组装供水阀10,将检验筒30***主体15内,压缩环35的前面。然后将抓爪环45的指130***衬垫环40的凹口105内,以使抓爪环不在衬垫环内旋转。将衬垫环40的凸耳90***主体15的外置开口85内,以使衬垫环和***衬垫环内的抓爪环不在主体内旋转。将夹头***护圈中。然后将夹头和护圈***主体15内。然后将夹头55、护圈50、抓爪夹45、衬垫环40全部以声波方式焊接在一起(或胶粘或以类似方式连接在一起)并焊至主体15上。检验筒30和压缩环35仍可在主体15内自由轴向移动。注意,外部法兰195是伸直的,且不与主体15的倒角表面95接触。还应注意,检验夹25受到检验筒30上的干涉突出部265和压缩环35的作用而无法***开口80中。检验夹25中支脚240的倾斜表面245并未触到压缩环35的倒角表面220,以使压缩环向阀部分20移动。
现在参阅图2,管道120经由夹头55、压缩环35和检验筒30***主体15中。在***过程中,管道120的端260进入检验筒内直径较小的第二部分165中,并将检验筒向阀部分20推动,这样检验筒35的外部法兰195即与主体15的倒角表面95接合并向后朝着压缩环35弯曲。压缩环35将在此时设置在检验筒30内。
由于干涉突出部265和压缩环35通过***管道120而轴向移动,因此用户随后可将检验夹25***主体15内的开口80中。然后,支脚240的倾斜表面245就与压缩环35的倒角表面220接触并接合,因而所述表面即配合以使压缩环朝着阀部分20轴向移动。随着压缩环移动,检验筒的内密封件215通过与压缩环接触而受到挤压,因此所述内密封件随后即与提供密封的管道120接触。随着检验夹继续移动,其支脚240经由开口255延伸到主体15之外,且将发出可以听到的咔哒声,以通知用户安装已完成。
如果检验夹25未完全***,那么压缩环35就无法正确地挤压内密封件215,并且在打开水时,就会检测到泄漏。此外,如果由于管道120***地不够深而导致压缩环35的轴向移动距离不够,那么检验夹25的支脚240就无法移动足够远以与压缩环35的倒角表面220配合,从而发出可以听到的咔哒声。
检验筒30的外部法兰195具有以下两个功能。第一,如果管道120未***主体15内足够深(或完全未***主体内),那么外部法兰195足够柔韧以将检验筒30和压缩环35向后朝着衬垫环40推动,从而将用户相信自己可以将检验夹25***主体25内足够深,以使管道120正确安装的可能性降到最低。第二,如果必须移除、回收或调整供水阀,那么在移除检验夹后,柔性外部法兰就与主体的倒角表面95相互作用,以将检验筒和压缩环向后朝着衬垫环40推动,从而能够接触、调整或回收所述检验筒和所述压缩环。

Claims (10)

2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述弹簧进一步包括:
设置在所述密封件上的柔性法兰,如果力促使所述密封件***所述管道组合件,所述法兰则挤压所述管道组合件;以及在撤消所述力以移除所述密封件时,解除挤压。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其进一步包括:
设置在所述外壳中的表面,用于与所述法兰配合,以在施加或撤消所述力时挤压所述法兰和解除对所述法兰的挤压。
