可定位的印刷机支承装置
技术领域
本发明涉及轴颈滚动支承装置,在该轴颈滚动支承装置中滚动体安置在滚筒的轴颈上、尤其在印刷机的滚筒的轴颈上,或者在中间接入内圈的情况下安置在上述的轴颈上,其中,滚动体与呈柱体形的外圈,或者在中间接入同样滚动支承的并且偏心地实施的中间圈的情况下借助或者不借助轴承外圈的***地与外圈作用连接。其中,外圈具有法兰,并且利用该法兰与机器侧壁产生接触。
背景技术
由DE 1400319A公知一种轴颈滚动支承装置。在该轴颈滚动支承装置中设置有滚动支承的中间圈,在该中间圈上附着有杠杆(Hebel),该杠杆设置用于调整印刷滚筒,其中,当调整时施行印版滚筒与印刷滚筒的接触,或者说取消该接触。绕中间圈的外轴承设置有外圈,该外圈同样偏心地实施,并且与杠杆连接。此杠杆的调整用于支承装置的定位,进而用于印刷机的滚筒的定位,以便获得精确的取向。
进行印刷机的滚筒的定位所利用的消耗是非常大并且昂贵的,这是因为外圈需要不仅关于轴承外圈、而且在机器侧壁中的精确支承,并且此外需要用于杠杆臂的调整机构。
发明内容
因此发明的任务是,如此地改善形成类属的轴颈滚动支承装置,即,除了在必要时需要的印刷机滚筒的调整,轴承轴颈的定位和取向进而印刷机滚筒的定位和取向能借助简单的器具进行,其中,非常准确、很高精度的定位应该是可能的。
本发明的任务由如下方式解决,即,法兰具有针对螺栓的孔,用于力锁合地连接法兰与机器侧壁,并且设置有调节元件,通过操纵这些调节元件进行外圈的相对机器侧壁的定位。
不依赖于中间圈是否设置有相应的支承装置,外圈在机器侧壁中通过调节元件如此程度地被调整和取向,即,接下来经由螺栓进行外圈在侧壁中的最终的安置。在此,调节元件具有偏心螺栓,这些偏心螺栓一方面借助孔与机器侧壁作用连接,并且另一方面与在外圈的法兰中的留空部作用连接。因此,通过一个或多个偏心螺栓的扭转,可以进行外圈在机器侧壁中的精确灵敏的移动和定位。为了使充分的调整成为可能,因此在针对螺栓的孔中以及也在外圈与机器侧壁之间以及在法兰与机器侧壁之间设置有如此大的游隙,即,使得充分的调整是可能的。
此外,在本发明的有利的设计方案中,设置有配合螺栓,该配合螺栓布置在法兰的和机器侧壁的配合孔中。如果例如只设置有一个偏心螺栓,则如下是适宜的,即,在法兰的对置侧上设置有配合螺栓。由此,作为绕配合螺栓的枢转运动的印刷机的滚筒的轴颈滚动轴承的或者说轴颈的轻松调整是可能的。如果配合螺栓构造为偏心配合螺栓,则通过偏心配合螺栓的扭转沿第二运动方向的移动也是可能的。
在本发明的其他设计方案中建议,设置两个偏心螺栓,这两个偏心螺栓以约90°的角度错开地布置在法兰上。因此通过扭转这些偏心螺栓,沿所有运动方向调整外圈或者说印刷机的滚筒是可能的,从而通过偏心螺栓的扭转使得理想的滚筒定位是可能的。额外地,在此可以通过锥体配合销固定如此找到的定位。

具体实施方式
在图1至5中大体上以细节示出以1标称的印刷机的滚筒,在该滚筒的轴颈上支承有内圈2,在外侧滚动体3邻接到该内圈上。滚动体3,如在图1中所示的那样,由外圈4支撑,该外圈同时承担外轴承圈的功能。在图2中,滚动体3由中间圈5支撑,该中间圈在其一侧经由滚动体6支撑在外圈4上。
对此明确地指出,滚动体3和6也能在中间接入轴承圈的情况下支承在外圈4中或者说在中间圈5中。
外圈4具有法兰7,在该法兰中设置有用于容纳螺栓12的孔,这些孔用于法兰7与机器侧壁8的张紧。此外,在法兰7中和机器侧壁8中设置有配合孔,在配合孔中***配合螺栓9(见图1、2和4)。此外,在图1、2和4中在配合螺栓9的对置侧上在法兰7和机器侧壁8中设置有孔,在该孔中***偏心螺栓10。如果配合螺栓在法兰7与机器侧壁8之间处在与偏心螺栓10对置的侧上(见图4),那么法兰7中的孔绕偏心螺栓10周围至少在向配合螺栓的方向上所具有的游隙使得偏心螺栓10的扭转是可能的,并且外圈4绕配合螺栓9的枢转运动可以进行。
但是也可以在法兰7与机器侧壁8之间设置有两个偏心螺栓(见图5),这两个偏心螺栓优选以90°的角度彼此错开。那么通过偏心螺栓的适合的转动,法兰7在机器侧壁8中的沿所有运动方向的自由调整可行性是可能的。在此实施例中可以进行法兰7在机器侧壁8中通过锥体配合销11的固定。

Claims (7)

1.轴颈滚动支承装置,在所述轴颈滚动支承装置中,滚动体(3)安置在滚筒(1)的、尤其是印刷机的滚筒(1)的轴颈上,或者在所述滚动体与所述轴颈之间接入内圈(2)的情况下安置在所述轴颈上;其中,所述滚动体(3)与呈柱体形的外圈(4)作用连接,或者在所述滚动体与所述外圈中间接入同样滚动支承且偏心实施的中间圈(5)的情况下借助或者不借助轴承外圈的***而与所述外圈(4)作用连接;其中,所述外圈(4)具有法兰(7),并且利用所述法兰与机器侧壁(8)接触,其特征在于,所述法兰(7)具有针对螺栓(12)的孔,用于力锁合地连接所述法兰(7)与所述机器侧壁(8);所述孔相对于所述螺栓(12)具有调整游隙,并且所述外圈(4)或者所述法兰(7)相对于所述机器侧壁(8)中的开口具有调整游隙;并且设置有调节元件,通过操纵所述调节元件,进行所述外圈(4)相对于所述机器侧壁(8)的定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴颈滚动支承装置,其特征在于,所述调节元件具有偏心螺栓(10),所述偏心螺栓一方面与所述机器侧壁(8)中的孔作用连接,并且另一方面与所述外圈(4)的所述法兰(7)中的留空部作用连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴颈滚动支承装置,其特征在于,设置有配合螺栓(9),所述配合螺栓布置在所述法兰(7)和所述机器侧壁(8)的配合孔中。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的轴颈滚动支承装置,其特征在于,所述配合螺栓(9)构造为偏心配合螺栓,所述偏心配合螺栓与在所述法兰(7)中和在所述机器侧壁(8)中的相应的配合孔作用连接。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的轴颈滚动支承装置,其特征在于,每个法兰(7)设置有一个配合螺栓(9)或者偏心配合螺栓和一个偏心螺栓(10),它们以约180°的角度错开地布置在所述法兰(7)上。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的轴颈滚动支承装置,其特征在于,设置有两个偏心螺栓(10),所述两个偏心螺栓以约90°的角度错开地布置在所述法兰(7)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的轴颈滚动支承装置,其特征在于,在所述两个偏心螺栓(10)之间,在法兰(7)的位置处能够在所述法兰(7)中的孔内和在所述机器侧壁(8)中的孔内***锥体配合销(11)。
