Abstract
本发明涉及一种直下式灯条的连接线结构及其连接方法。该直下式灯条的连接线结构包括数个灯条、数根连接线、以及电路板,每个所述灯条的线路板设有带孔的第一裸铜区作为电路连接点,所述电路板设有带孔的第二裸铜区作为电路连接点,每根所述连接线两端各连接一个铜环,每一连接线的两个铜环分别通过连接件连接至对应的第一裸铜区或第二裸铜区的孔以使电路导通。本发明还相应提供了直下式灯条的连接方法。本发明的直下式灯条的连接线结构及其方法可以满足灯条数量增加或减少等情况下的连接线的共用,当灯条数量增加或减少时,增加或减少一条带铜环的连接线即可,无需重新打件连接线材组,节约成本和打件周期,实现不同类型不同数量灯条线材的共用。

技术领域
本发明涉及背光技术领域,尤其涉及一种直下式灯条的连接线结构及其连接方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着平板显示技术的快速发展,液晶显示器因其具有体积小、重量轻、画质高及驱动电压低等优点而被广泛应用于各种信息、通讯及消费性产品中。由于液晶显示器的液晶显示面板中液晶本身不具有发光特性,因而为调整液晶显示器的显示亮度,需要给液晶显示器的液晶显示面板提供一光源装置,如背光模组,从而用于向液晶显示面板提供亮度充分且分布均匀的光束。按照背光模组相对于液晶显示面板的位置,可分为背光源安装在液晶面板后方的直下式背光模组和背光源安装在液晶面板四周边缘的侧入式背光模组。
随着背光模组中背光源技术的快速发展,LED背光逐步进入产业化,从而逐渐取代冷阴极荧光灯管(CCFL)成为背光模组中背光源的主流。因而直下式背光模组中,LED也作为背光源来逐渐取代灯管。
在目前采用LED作为背光源的背光模组中,LED晶片通过贴附到柔性印刷线路板(FPC)或印刷电路板(PCB)上形成LED灯条(light bar),从而作为背光源应用到液晶显示面板的背光模组中。在现有直下式背光模组中,灯条(light bar)数量较多,利用端子彼此之间连接起来。如图1所示,其为现有直下式灯条的连接线结构示意图。现有直下式灯条的连接线结构包括数个灯条100,数条连接线(Wire)200,电路板300,打件在电路板300上的胶壳连接器(Housing)母端301,每个灯条100通过打件设置的胶壳连接器母端103,以及用于连接连接线200的数个胶壳连接器公端201。其中,胶壳连接器公端201是和连接线200通过贴片机牢固的打件在一起的,按照一个胶壳连接器公端201连接两条连接线200之间的方式将所有胶壳连接器公端201和连接线200顺序连接在一起形成线材组。其中,灯条100包括线路板102和设置于线路板102上的多个LED晶片101,线路板102可以为FPC或PCB,灯条100上还包括通过打件设于末端的胶壳连接器母端103。通过胶壳连接器公端201与胶壳连接器母端103及胶壳连接器母端301按照公端配合母端的方式一一对应连接,将灯条100、连接线200及电路板300连接成回路,实现灯条100的背光功能。该方式有一个很大的缺陷就是:如果增加或者减少一条灯条100的使用,必须增加或减少胶壳连接器公端201的使用;由于胶壳连接器公端201和连接线200是通过打件牢固的连接在一起,如果采用该方法的话必须重新再打件制作一条连接线200;这样不仅浪费线材成本,而且线材的共用性也很差。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种新的直下式灯条的连接线结构及其连接方法,以满足灯条数量增加或减少等情况下的连接线的共用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种直下式灯条的连接线结构,包括数个灯条、数根连接线、以及电路板,每个所述灯条的线路板设有带孔的第一裸铜区作为电路连接点,所述电路板设有带孔的第二裸铜区作为电路连接点,每根所述连接线两端各连接一个铜环,每一连接线的两个铜环分别通过连接件连接至对应的第一裸铜区或第二裸铜区的孔以使电路导通。
其中,所述连接件为螺丝。
其中,所述连接件为插销。
其中,所述铜环通过打件连接至所述连接线两端。
本发明还提供了一种直下式灯条的连接方法,包括:
步骤10、在每根连接线的两端各连接一个铜环;
步骤20、在每个灯条的线路板上留出带孔的第一裸铜区作为电路连接点;
步骤30、在电路板上留出带孔的第二裸铜区作为电路连接点;
步骤40、每一连接线的两个铜环分别通过连接件连接至对应的第一裸铜区或第二裸铜区的孔以使电路导通。
其中,所述连接件为螺丝。
其中,所述连接件为插销。
其中,所述铜环通过打件连接至所述连接线两端。
本发明的直下式灯条的连接线结构及其连接方法可以满足灯条数量增加或减少等情况下的连接线的共用,当灯条数量增加或减少时,增加或减少一条带铜环的连接线即可,无需重新打件连接线材组,节约成本和打件周期,实现不同类型不同数量灯条线材的共用。

参见图2,其为本发明直下式灯条的连接线结构一较佳实施例的结构示意图。本发明的直下式灯条的连接线结构包括数个灯条1、数根连接线2、以及电路板3,灯条1包括线路板12和设置于线路板12上的多个LED晶片11,线路板12可以为FPC或PCB,每个灯条1的线路板12设有带孔的裸铜区13作为电路连接点,电路板3设有带孔的裸铜区31作为电路连接点,每根连接线2两端各连接一个铜环21,组装时,按照预设的灯条回路,将每一连接线2的铜环21分别通过连接件连接至对应的裸铜区31或13的孔以使电路导通。其中,所述连接件可以为螺丝或插销。铜环21可以采用贴片机通过打件连接至连接线2的两端。
参见图3,其为图2的实施例组装后在灯条上的导通位置的截面示意图。连接件4***对应的铜环21和线路板12上的裸铜区13中央的孔,从而实现电性连接。
参见图4,其为本发明直下式灯条的连接方法一较佳实施例的流程图。本发明的直下式灯条的连接方法包括:
步骤10、在每根连接线的两端各连接一个铜环;
步骤20、在每个灯条的线路板上留出带孔的第一裸铜区作为电路连接点;

本发明的连接方法较传统方式,取消了跟连接线线材打件在一起的胶壳连接器公端的使用,同时,也省去了电路板和灯条上面胶壳连接器母端的使用,大大节约成本。在每根连接线的两端各打件上一个铜环,在电路板板端原来打胶壳连接器母端的位置留出带孔的裸铜区,将连接线的铜环孔中心和电路板端的裸铜区中间的孔对齐,利用插销或螺丝将二者固定在一起,实现电路的导通。
综上所述,本发明的直下式灯条的连接线结构及其连接方法可以满足灯条数量增加或减少等情况下的线材共用。当灯条数量增加或减少时,增加或减少一条带铜环的连接线即可,无需重新打件连接线材组,节约成本和打件周期,实现不同类型不同数量灯条线材的共用。

1.一种直下式灯条的连接线结构,其特征在于,包括数个灯条、数根连接线、以及电路板,每个所述灯条的线路板设有带孔的第一裸铜区作为电路连接点,所述电路板设有带孔的第二裸铜区作为电路连接点,每根所述连接线两端各连接一个铜环,每一连接线的两个铜环分别通过连接件连接至对应的第一裸铜区或第二裸铜区的孔以使电路导通。
2.如权利要求1所述的直下式灯条的连接线结构,其特征在于,所述连接件为螺丝。
3.如权利要求1所述的直下式灯条的连接线结构,其特征在于,所述连接件为插销。
4.如权利要求1所述的直下式灯条的连接线结构,其特征在于,所述铜环通过打件连接至所述连接线两端。
5.一种直下式灯条的连接方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤10、在每根连接线的两端各连接一个铜环;
步骤20、在每个灯条的线路板上留出带孔的第一裸铜区作为电路连接点;
步骤30、在电路板上留出带孔的第二裸铜区作为电路连接点;
步骤40、每一连接线的两个铜环分别通过连接件连接至对应的第一裸铜区或第二裸铜区的孔以使电路导通。
6.如权利要求5所述的直下式灯条的连接方法,其特征在于,所述连接件为螺丝。
7.如权利要求5所述的直下式灯条的连接方法,其特征在于,所述连接件为插销。
8.如权利要求5所述的直下式灯条的连接方法,其特征在于,所述铜环通过打件连接至所述连接线两端。
