Abstract

本发明可拆式触点电源,包括保护套组件和电池模块,该保护套组件包括边框和端子固定板,在端子固定板上设有端子电路板、连接器接口和导电片,该导电片一端与端子电路板电连接,另一端位于端子固定板上的限位孔内;该电池模块包括上盖、下盖和充放电控制电路板,该充放电控制电路板上设有与电池电连接的导电电极。使用时将边框与端子固定板卡合固定可以手机保护,同时保护套组件与手机配合时,通过端子电路板上转换电路将特殊的接口转为通常接口,方便在没有与手机匹配的接口时由通用接口对其充电。当需要由备用电池充电或供电时,将电池模块与保护套组件卡合固定后,通过导电电极和导电片实现对手机充电,结构简单紧凑,也方便用户更换电池模块。

技术领域
本发明涉及电源技术领域,特别涉及一种适用于移动终端的可拆式触点电源。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,个人消费电子的功能也越来越强大,例如智能手机,虽然其可以为人们提供更多便利和选择,智能手机虽然功能越来越强大,但其需要提供更大容量的电池,否则手机自带的电池很容易耗尽,无法提供足够长时间的续航能力,因此出现可以应急为电池充电的充电电池。
现有的电源通常与手机分开,只有使用时才会将电源接上手机,这给用户携带造成不便。同时智能手机的外观制作越来越精美,电子元器件也越来越精密,其功能越来越强大。用户在使用过程中防止划伤智能手机外壳和减少外力冲击影响智能手机性能,因此智能手机通常智能手机需要设一个保护套,由于智能手机保护套不具有电源,因而无法给移动终端如手机充电。同时移动电源或备用电源通常无法对智能手机进行保护,且在使用移动电源或备用电源过程需要通过连接线进行连接,因而给使用和携带都带来不方便。目前很多智能手机通常自定义协议接口,在需要导入和导出手机内的数据或对手机进行充电时,通常需要专用的接口才可以,因而给用户使用带来不便。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种可拆式触点电源,该可拆式触点电源可以方便地为通讯终端充电,结构紧凑,方便使用和携带。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种可拆式触点电源,该可拆式触点电源包括:保护套组件和与该保护套组件配合固定的电池模块,其中所述保护套组件包括边框和与边框卡合固定的端子固定板,在该端子固定板上设有端子电路板、连接器接口和导电片,该导电片一端与设有转换电路的端子电路板电连接,另一端位于端子固定板上的限位孔内;所述电池模块包括上盖、下盖和充放电控制电路板,该充放电控制电路板位于上盖与下盖之间并与电池电连接,该充放电控制电路板上设有与导电片接触的导电电极
进一步地说,所述边框内侧设有卡槽,该卡槽与端子固定板上设置的卡舌卡合固定。
进一步地说,所述导电电极为弹针或弹片。
进一步地说,所述上盖上设有固定扣,该固定扣与端子固定板上的固定孔配合。
进一步地说,所述固定孔呈8字型或葫芦型,该固定孔一侧为台阶结构;所述固定扣沿其中心线剖视图呈T字型或倒L型。
进一步地说,所述导电片呈L型,其一端设有凸起,该凸起的高度大于所述限位孔的深度,当所述上盖与端子固定板卡合固定时,所述导电片紧密与导电电极接触。
进一步地说,所述凸起呈N形。
进一步地说,所述端子固定板上设有限位条,该限位条与上盖上的限位槽配合。
进一步地说,所述充放电控制电路板上还设有充放电开关和指示灯,其中充放电开关位于下盖外侧。
进一步地说,在所述指示灯位置设有导光板或导光柱。
本发明可拆式触点电源,包括保护套组件与该保护套组件配合固定的电池模块,其中所述保护套组件包括边框和与边框卡合固定的端子固定板,在该端子固定板上设有端子电路板、连接器接口和导电片,该导电片一端与设有转换电路的端子电路板电连接,另一端位于端子固定板上的限位孔内;所述电池模块包括上盖、下盖和充放电控制电路板,该充放电控制电路板位于上盖与下盖之间并与电池电连接,该充放电控制电路板上设有与导电片接触的导电电极。使用时将边框与端子固定板卡合固定构成保护套组件,可以手机进行保护;同时在保护套组件与手机配合固定时,端子电路板上的端子与手机接口连接,可以通过端子电路板上转换电路使外部输入信号与手机匹配。当需要采用备用电池进行充电时,将电池模块与保护套组件卡合固定后,电池模块上的导电电极与导电片紧密接触形成电通路,其结构简单紧凑,方便用户更换电池模块。同时由于电池模块上的电池为可拆卸结构,用户也可以根据需要更换不同容量的备用电池,更好适用不同用户需求。

具体实施方式
为了使要发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本发明提供一种可拆式触点电源实施例。
该可拆式触点电源包括:包括保护套组件与该保护套组件配合固定的电池模块,其中所述保护套组件包括边框1和与边框1卡合固定的端子固定板2,在该端子固定板2上设有端子电路板7、连接器接口和导电片6,该导电片6一端与设有转换电路的端子电路板7电连接,另一端位于端子固定板2上的限位孔21内;所述电池模块包括上盖3、下盖5和充放电控制电路板8,该充放电控制电路板8位于上盖3与下盖5之间并与电池4电连接,该充放电控制电路板8上设有与导电片6接触的导电电极81。
具体地说,所述边框1与端子固定板卡2合固定,在该端子固定板2上设有端子电路板7和与转换电路连接的连接器接口;所述充放电控制电路板8与收纳在由上盖3与下盖4形成的空腔内的电池4电连接,该充放电控制电路板8上设有与导电片6接触的导电电极81,该导电电极81穿过上盖3上设置的通孔,并延伸露出上盖3的表面少许,所述导电电极81可以采用弹针或弹片结构。
所述边框1的内侧设有与端子固定板2上卡舌22配合的卡槽11,即卡舌22与卡槽11卡合固定,由于通过卡合方式将端子固定板2与边框1固定,方便拆卸。
所述上盖3上设有固定扣33,该固定扣33与端子固定板2上的固定孔23配合。该固定孔23呈8字型或葫芦型,其中一侧为台阶结构231;所述固定扣33沿其中心线剖视图呈T字型或倒L型,即固定扣33的上端设有凸起331。
使用时将边框与端子固定板卡合固定构成保护套组件,可以手机进行保护;同时在保护套组件与手机配合固定时,可以通过端子电路板上转换电路将特殊的接口转为通常接口,方便在没有与手机匹配的接口时由通用接口对其充电。当需要采用备用电池进行充电时,将电池模块与保护套组件卡合固定后,电池模块上的导电电极与导电片紧密接触形成电通路,其结构简单紧凑,方便用户更换电池模块。同时由于电池模块上的电池为可拆卸结构,用户也可以根据需要更换不同容量的备用电池,更好适用不同用户需求。
在本实施例中,所述边框1通过卡合方式与端子固定板2固定,例如采用在边框内侧设有卡槽11,该卡槽11与端子固定板2上设置的卡舌22卡合固定。也可以采用其他可以将边框与端子固定板固定且可以方便拆卸的结构。所述端子固定板2与上盖之间也可以通过其他结构固定且可以方便拆卸的结构进行固定,例如可采用滑扣、吸盘、磁吸、卡扣或搭扣等方式实现固定,且可容易拆卸。
所述导电片6呈L型,其一端设有凸起61,如图5所示,该凸起61的高度大于限位孔21的深度,当所述上盖3与端子固定板2卡合固定时,所述导电片6紧密与导电电极81接触,所述凸起61呈N形,可以使导电电极81与导电片6更好接触,避免形成断路。
根据需要可以在所述上盖3设有开口31,该开口31方便用户更换电池。所述端子固定板2上设有限位条(附图未标示),该限位条与上盖3上的限位槽32配合,当所述上盖与端子固定板2卡合固定后,所述限位条位于限位槽32内,使上盖3与端子固定板2之间保护一定的力度,避免容易出现上盖3与端子固定板2分离掉落现象。
在上述实施例中,所述放电控制电路板8上可以根据需要设有充放电开关(附图未标示)和指示灯(附图未标示),以及分别与充放电开关和指示灯配合的按键10和导光板或导光柱9,其中充放电开关位于下盖外侧。由于设有充放电开关,可以方便用户根据需要对移动终端的充放电进行控制,而导光板或导光柱9可以更好将指示光导出,方便用户操作。

Claims (8)

1.可拆式触点电源,其特征在于,包括保护套组件和与该保护套组件配合固定的电池模块,其中所述保护套组件包括边框和与边框卡合固定的端子固定板,在该端子固定板上设有端子电路板、连接器接口和导电片,该导电片一端与设有转换电路的端子电路板电连接,另一端位于端子固定板上的限位孔内;所述电池模块包括上盖、下盖和充放电控制电路板,该充放电控制电路板位于上盖与下盖之间并与电池电连接,该充放电控制电路板上设有与导电片接触的导电电极,所述上盖设有固定扣,该固定扣与端子固定板上的固定孔配合,所述固定孔呈8字型或葫芦型,该固定孔一侧为台阶结构;所述固定扣沿其中心线剖视图呈T字型或倒L型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆式触点电源,其特征在于,所述边框内侧设有卡槽,该卡槽与端子固定板上设置的卡舌卡合固定。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可拆式触点电源,其特征在于,所述导电电极为弹针或弹片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可拆式触点电源,其特征在于,所述导电片呈L型,其一端设有凸起,该凸起的高度大于限位孔的深度,当所述上盖与端子固定板卡合固定时,所述导电片紧密与导电电极接触。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可拆式触点电源,其特征在于,所述凸起呈N形。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的可拆式触点电源,其特征在于,所述端子固定板上设有限位条,该限位条与上盖上的限位槽配合。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的可拆式触点电源,其特征在于,所述充放电控制电路板上还设有充放电开关和指示灯,其中充放电开关位于下盖外侧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的可拆式触点电源,其特征在于,在所述指示灯位置设有导光板或导光柱。
