传动机构驱动单元
现有技术
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1的前序部分所述的传动机构驱动单元。
这种传动机构驱动单元由DE102005012938A1已知。在已知的、构造成窗玻璃升降驱动装置的传动机构驱动单元中,在空心轴的一个用作制动元件的部段中布置有缠绕弹簧。这种制动元件也称为制动鼓。为了制造这种制动鼓,由现有技术中已知将该制动鼓或者设计成车削件、深拉件或者设计成滚压件(卷压件)(Rollierteil)。但是这些方法都具有一定的缺点。因此,例如在作为车削件进行制造时需要费用相当昂贵的加工。与此相对地,在设计成深拉件或滚压件的情况下,要保持要求的公差是相当困难的,从而上述制造方法常常需要对摩擦面进行机械精加工,这额外地增大了制造成本。

可以以各种各样的方式和方法实现各单个板段48和49之间的连接,其中,在图3中示出的实施例中板段48和49一方面具有在制动鼓34的纵向上相互对齐的穿孔53,其中压入销形的连接元件54。在此情况下可以设想仅仅由连接元件54形成板段48和49之间的连接。但是,备选地或附加地,也可以规定,在制动鼓34的外壁55处或在板段48和49处构造有在制动鼓34的纵向上延伸的焊缝56。在此处优选规定,焊缝56以相互间均匀的角度间隔进行布置,以防止板段48和49由于不均匀的热量注入而变形。
在图4中示出了一个修改的制动鼓34a。制动鼓34a也由多个板段57,58制成,但是其中板段57和58构造成弯曲的筒段。这些筒段是这样地制造的,即它们先由相应的板材下料(坯料)冲裁出来并且接着被滚压(卷压)加工,也就是说使它们具有相应的弯曲度(曲率)。对于板段57,在此处附加地成形有固定接片59,这些固定接片通过相应的成形工艺在制造板段57时形成。板段57和58通过形状配合连接相互连接起来。在此情况下在其中一种板段58中构造有空隙60,该空隙与在板段58中相应的类似于燕尾的凸起61共同作用。
在图5中的相对于图4被再次修改的制动鼓34b中,在板段57b和58b之间的连接分别通过相应的在纵向上延伸的焊缝62构成。
为了达到制动鼓34,34a和34b处的摩擦面51的必要的尺寸精度或必要的表面特性,可能需要以机械方式对摩擦面51精加工。这例如可以通过精车削或通过抛光实现。尤其是与图1和2中示出的传动机构驱动单元10相关联地,在该传动机构驱动单元中制动鼓34或它的外侧面同时用作圆柱齿轮11的支承元件,也可能需要相应地加工制动鼓34,34a或34b的外壁55。
补充说明的是,所描述的传动机构驱动单元10可以以各种方式和方法修改。因此例如传动机构驱动单元10不必具有缠绕弹簧42。对于发明重要的仅仅是借助于板段构建或构造具有摩擦面51的制动鼓34,34a或34b。

Claims (10)

1.传动机构驱动单元(10),包括驱动侧的、可转动地布置在传动机构壳体(15)中的传动机构元件(11),利用所述传动机构元件可将驱动扭矩传递到从动侧的耦合元件(20)的至少一个传动元件(25,26),并且包括载荷扭矩闭锁机构,利用所述载荷扭矩闭锁机构可闭锁由所述从动侧的耦合元件(20)通过所述至少一个传动元件(25,26)导入的扭矩,其中,所述载荷扭矩闭锁机构具有最好构造成缠绕弹簧的闭锁元件(42),所述闭锁元件为了闭锁扭矩与具有摩擦面(51)的、抗转动地布置在传动机构壳体(15)中的制动元件(34;34a;34b)共同作用,其特征在于,所述制动元件(34;34a;34b)由多个板元件(48,49;57,58;57b;58b)组成并且所述板元件(48,49;57,58;57b;58b)被相互连接起来。
2.按照权利要求1所述的传动机构驱动单元,其特征在于,制动元件(34)设计成筒形,板元件(48,49)设计成环形并且板元件(48,49)在制动元件 (34)的纵向上看被相互上下堆叠起来。
3.按照权利要求1所述的传动机构驱动单元,其特征在于,制动元件(34a;34b)设计成筒形并且板元件(57,58;57b,58b)设计成弯曲的筒段。
4.按照权利要求3所述的传动机构驱动单元,其特征在于,板元件(57,58)被形状配合连接地相互连接起来。
5.按照权利要求1至4中任一项所述的传动机构驱动单元,其特征在于,板元件(57,58;57b,58b)设计成冲压板元件。
6.按照权利要求1至5中任一项所述的传动机构驱动单元,其特征在于,板元件(48,49;57b,58b)通过至少一个焊缝(56;62)被相互连接起来。
7.按照权利要求6所述的传动机构驱动单元,其特征在于,所述至少一个焊缝(56;62)布置在板元件(48,49;57b,58b)的与所述摩擦面(51)相对置的一侧处。
8.按照权利要求1至7中任一项所述的传动机构驱动单元,其特征在于,板元件(48,49)通过至少一个单独的连接元件(54)以传力配合连接的方式被相互连接起来。
9.按照权利要求1至8中任一项所述的传动机构驱动单元,其特征在于,所述摩擦面(51)尤其以机械方式被精加工,以达到摩擦面(51)的要求的表面特性或尺寸精度。
10.按照权利要求1至9中任一项所述的传动机构驱动单元,其特征在于,在所述摩擦面(51)对面的外壁(55)尤其是以机械方式被精加工,以达到所述外壁(55)的要求的表面特性或尺寸精度。
