A multi-roll straightener comprises a main transmission mechanism, a universal spindle, a spindle holding mechanism, a stander, an upper roll device, a lower roll device, a pressing mechanism, a bending roll, a balance mechanism and a roll changing device, wherein an upper movable cross beam is arranged on the stander, the upper roll device is supported by the upper movable cross beam and is connected with the upper movable cross beam through a plurality of clamping devices, the clamping devices are fixedly arranged on the upper movable cross beam, the lower roll device comprises a lower row of straightening rolls, a lower roll device base and side rolls, and the side rolls are arranged on two sides of the lower row of straightening rolls; every chucking device include hydraulic cylinder body, double-rod piston and be used for with go up the T type head that the roller device is connected, the double-rod piston run through in the hydraulic cylinder body, set up the spiral slideway on the outer wall of the first piston rod of one side of double-rod piston, the end of the second piston rod of its opposite side with T type head is connected radially run through on the hydraulic cylinder body and be equipped with adjusting screw, adjusting screw stretches into stretch into in the hydraulic cylinder body end with the spiral slideway is corresponding be equipped with the pivoted steel ball on adjusting screw's the end of stretching into, the steel ball can be followed the spiral slideway rolls.

A multi-roll straightener as claimed in claim 1, wherein the edge roll lifting means comprises a plurality of lifters connected in series by a shaft rod and a coupling, a hydraulic motor is provided at the outer end of the shaft rod, the base of the lifter is fixed to the base of the lower roll means, and the lifter is in register abutment with the edge roll.
3. A multi-roll straightener as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the edge roll lifting means are provided in two and are provided on the inlet side and the outlet side of the multi-roll straightener, respectively.
4. A multi-roll straightener as claimed in claim 1, wherein the end of the adjusting screw which extends into has an inwardly concave end face, the steel ball being rollably fitted onto the inwardly concave end face.
5. The multi-roll straightener as claimed in claim 1, wherein the end of the second piston rod is bolted to the T-head.

The multi-roll straightener as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that there are four said clamping means, two said clamping means being provided at the inlet side of the multi-roll straightener and two said clamping means being provided at the outlet side of the multi-roll straightener.

The multi-roll straightener as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the roll changing device is provided on the machine frame, the roll changing device comprises a roll changing hydraulic cylinder, a roll changing carriage and a roll changing track frame, the roll changing hydraulic cylinder is provided outside the machine frame, the roll changing hydraulic cylinder drives the roll changing carriage to slide along a track provided on the roll changing track frame, and the roll changing carriage is connected with the lower roll device through a connecting pin.

The multi-roll straightener as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a pair of roll templates, the pair of roll templates comprising a steel plate and a plurality of round bars, wherein a plurality of circular arc grooves are formed on one side of the steel plate, and the plurality of round bars are respectively welded on predetermined positions of the circular arc grooves.
