本发明公开了一种硒鼓专用针刺毡,其特征在于:包括素毡层和复合层,该素毡层由绦纶短纤维经开松、梳理、铺网、针刺而成,该复合层由聚四氟乙烯纤维经梳理、铺网后与素毡层经合刺而成。该硒鼓专用针刺毡具有耐摩擦、耐高温、密实度高、稳定性好等的特点,特别适用于制作硒鼓定影部件压力辊的表层材料。

硒鼓专用针刺毡
技术领域
本发明涉及硒鼓专用辅材技术领域,具体地说是指一种硒鼓专用针刺毡。
背景技术
硒鼓是复印机、激光打印机的最关键的部件,其定影原理是纸张吸附硒鼓上的墨粉后,送到定影部件时,墨粉受到热辊表面的热力而熔化,同时受到压辊的压力而粘附在纸张上。纸张在定影过程中热辊的温度高达150-180℃,压力辊通过弹簧压力将纸张紧压在热辊上保证纸张与热辊间的压紧量。为保证定影过程的稳定运行,要求压力辊表层的材料必须具有耐高温、耐摩擦、稳定性好等特性。
聚四氟乙烯(英文缩写为PTFE,被美誉为/俗称“塑料王”,中文商品名“铁氟龙”、“特氟隆”(teflon)、“特氟龙”、“特富隆”、“泰氟龙”等。它是由四氟乙烯经聚合而成的高分子化合物,具有优良的化学稳定性、耐温优异(能在+250℃至-180℃的温度下长期工作) 、耐腐蚀性(是当今世界上耐腐蚀性能最佳材料之一,除熔融金属钠和液氟外,能耐其它一切化学药品,在王水中煮沸也不起变化,广泛应用于各种需要抗酸碱和有机溶剂的)、高润滑(摩擦系数0.04)、密封性、不粘性、电绝缘性和良好的抗老化性能。
如何充分利用聚四氟乙烯优异的耐温性、抗老化性能、高润滑等特性,便是本发明需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温、耐摩擦、稳定性好的硒鼓专用针刺毡。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种硒鼓专用针刺毡,包括素毡层和复合层,该素毡层由绦纶短纤维经开松、梳理、铺网、针刺而成,该复合层由聚四氟乙烯纤维经梳理、铺网后与素毡层经合刺而成。
所述硒鼓专用针刺毡,其厚度范围为2.5mm-3.0mm,克重范围为700-900g/m2
所述素毡层克重范围为200-600 g/ m2
所述复合层克重范围为300-500 g/ m2
采用上述方案后,本发明所述结构的硒鼓专用针刺毡具有耐高温、耐摩擦、稳定性好的特点,可完全适用于各种类型硒鼓定影压力辊表面材料的要求,并且具有使用寿命长,稳定性能好等优势。即本发明充分利用聚四氟乙烯优异的耐温性、抗老化性能、高润滑等特性,通过特殊的无纺针刺技术,将聚四氟乙烯短纤维和涤纶短纤维合刺成毛毡,可广泛应用于硒鼓定影部件压力棍的表层材料。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参照图1所示,本发明揭示了一种硒鼓专用针刺毡,其包括素毡层1以及附着于素毡层1外侧的复合层2,该素毡层1由涤纶短纤维经无纺针刺工艺针刺而成,该复合层由聚四氟乙烯纤维经无纺工艺铺设于素毡层后合刺而成,形成的硒鼓专用针刺毡厚度为2.5mm-3.0mm。
该硒鼓专用针刺毡的制作方法为:用涤纶短纤维通过开松、梳理、铺网后经预针刺成素毡层1,该素毡层1克重控制在200-600g/m2;用聚四氟乙烯短纤维经开松、梳理、铺网,铺设于上述已经加工好的素毡层1上以形成复合层2,该复合层2克重控制在300-500 g/m2,经预针刺合刺毛毡。最后经合刺的毛毡通过主针刺单向高密度针刺成致密的毛毡,保证复合层2牢固地附于素毡层1的外侧,该硒鼓专用针刺毡的总克重控制在700-900g/m2
本发明充分利用聚四氟乙烯优异的耐温性、抗老化性能、高润滑等特性,通过特殊的无纺针刺技术,将聚四氟乙烯短纤维和涤纶短纤维合刺成毛毡,广泛应用于硒鼓定影部件压力棍的表层材料。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
