背景技术
目前由于搅拌过程种类繁多，介质情况千差万别，所以使用的搅拌器型式多种多样，典型的有浆式、开启涡轮式、圆盘涡轮式、推进式、锚式、框式、螺带式等。每种搅拌器型式有其优点，但也有一定的局限性，不适合于低粘度和高粘度物料的搅拌。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型的蛇形搅拌器，其可用于低粘度和高粘度物料的搅拌，混合性能好。
为实现所述目的的，蛇形搅拌器，包括搅拌轴，其特征在于，搅拌轴上下成S状，该S状由一块折板上下固定。
折板增加稳定性，蛇形搅拌器并具有搅拌功能；使用范围广，可用于低粘度和高粘度物料的搅拌，混合性能好。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示，蛇形搅拌器具有柄部1和搅拌轴2，搅拌轴2呈S形，所述S形包括S形状的端部进一步弯曲的形状，S形的搅拌轴2由一块折板3上下固定，以增加稳定性。
