背景技术
橡胶沥青搅拌器的功用是将按一定比例的橡胶粉和液体沥青在混合罐中搅拌混合，使橡胶粉在混合罐中更均匀的分散，从而保证产品质量。目前国内流行用的搅拌器有两种，一种是分散盘，另一种是十字形搅拌叶片，其都存在一定缺陷，前者分散效果好，但不能使混合后的介质很好的向下流动；后者分散效果差，但向下的推挤效果好，使材料容易更快的流出混合罐，提高产量。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种分散搅拌效果好，搅拌均匀，节能降耗的沥青混料搅拌装置。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现，
一种沥青混料搅拌装置，包括电机、联轴器、圆盘齿形分散盘、搅拌轴、螺旋浆式搅拌叶片，其特征在于：在所述搅拌轴的中部设置有圆盘齿，下端设置螺旋浆式搅拌叶片，搅拌轴的上端穿过圆盘齿上的搅杆孔，由联轴器与电机的输出轴相连。
本实用新型采用上述结构，开始生产时，启动搅拌器，当胶粉与沥青均匀地进入到罐体内时，首先落到圆盘齿形分散盘上，在圆盘齿形分散盘高速旋转作用下，胶粉和液态沥青被分散混合，落入罐底，随后在螺旋桨式搅拌叶片的作用下，罐内介质形成涡流，胶粉和沥青充分均匀混合，并迅速向下排出，大大提高生产效率。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单新颖，搅拌效果好，效率高的特点。
