Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于多种车型的整车装配装置。本发明更特别涉及一种用于在整车装配线中装配前围板、侧围板、后围板和顶板的装置。
背景技术
通常,在制造车辆过程中,在大规模生产线中通过装配和焊接处理来装配大量的车辆部件。具体地,通过对经由冲压处理制造的车身板进行装配来制造车身,并将地板、车门、行李箱盖、发动机罩和挡泥板安装到待装配的车身上。
如今,车辆制造者采用能够灵活适应多种车型车身变化的用于多种车型的***。该***适于将车身板和部件提供给对应于相应车型的装配处理以实现处理的自动化。
与此同时,在车身装配线的多个处理中有一种被称作“主装配”(main buck)的处理,在该主装配处理中将在子处理中制造的例如侧围板、底板、前围板和后围板等多种板件焊接以形成车辆的形状。
例如,根据车辆的顺序,通过顶部转向架或悬架,将多种车型的侧围板和顶板依次提供给主装配处理,并根据车辆的顺序通过转向架或穿梭机(shuttle)将下面的底板提供给主装配处理。随后,利用诸如可三面旋转的旋转式夹具等夹具,夹紧并连结被供给主装配处理的板件。
如图1所示,在车辆(例如商用车,诸如货车驾驶室)的整车装配线中,前围板100a、两个侧围板100b、后围板100c和顶板100d被装配以通过三面装配架(buck)来生产三种不同型号的车辆。
如图2所示,例如,在装载板件100之后,旋转体110转动并向前移动,并且在门120向前移动之后,机械手在工作区域中执行焊接。在焊接完成之后,门120向后移动以采取等待姿势以便装载后续型号的车辆。
然而,在常规的商用车的整车装配线中利用三个不同侧装配架来生产三种不同型号车辆的设备具有下列缺点:第一,该设备不足以生产多种车型;第二,由于夹具的复杂性,难以通过机械手来执行这种类型的焊接;第三,如图1和图2所示的***非常大,因而需要较大的空间进行操作;第四,由于许多异常产生因素的出现,装配线运转率远低于大多数汽车制造商的期望值;第五,非常大的旋转体被形成为一个整体,因而其结构非常复杂。

发明内容
本发明提供一种用于多种车型的整车装配装置,通过将其用于多种车型的悬架保持在车辆的整车生产线中的柱装配架中,并且根据多种车型的变化而灵活地移动柱装配架,来利用一种连结装置。因而,可以通过灵活地适用于多种车型并提高整个整车装配处理的效率,从而允许在一个处理中生产多种车型。
一方面,本发明提供一种用于多种车型的整车装配装置,其包括连结板件的悬架(例如四个),被装配在四个不同的面上;以及柱装配架,其具有装配悬架的基座,和以矩形布置方式安装在基座上并且具有用于固定悬架的夹持单元的不同柱(例如四个)。在本实施方式中,四个不同柱中的两个柱可以在前后方向上移动。利用不同的柱将悬架一同装配到四个不同面上以将板件连结在悬架上。此外,用于设置板件的悬架通过机械手被装载到柱装配架或者从柱装配架上卸载。
示例性地,彼此相邻的两个后柱的位置可以在该两个后柱由所述基座上的直线滑动导轨可滑动地引导时在例如伺服电动机的驱动力和例如滚珠丝杠的驱动力的作用下沿前后方向移动。
优选地,使用机械手的用于多种车型的悬架和根据车型可灵活移动的柱装配架被结合以装配整车。这样可以通过主动地应对车型的变化以实现在一个处理中生产多种车型。第二,本发明中的设备由于其悬架交换方式因而比较简单,因此可以防止产生错误并提高生产线的运转率。第三,由于可以显著减少部件的数目并且可以减少设备的尺寸,因此可简化设备的整个结构并且可显著降低空间的占有率。

应该理解的是,本文中使用的术语“车辆”或“车辆的”或其它类似术语包括一般的机动车辆,诸如包括运动型多功能车(SUV)、公共汽车、卡车、多种商用车辆在内的客车,包括多种艇和船在内的水运工具、飞行器等,并且包括混合动力车、电动车、插电式混合电动车、氢动力车以及其它代用燃料车(例如从除石油以外的资源中取得的燃料)。如本文中所述,混合动力车是具有两个或更多个动力源的车辆,例如既有汽油动力又有电动力的车辆。
图3是示出根据本发明一示例性实施方式的用于多种车型的整车装配装置的立体图。图4是示出根据本发明一示例性实施方式的用于多种车型的整车装配装置中的后柱转换单元。
如图3和4所示,用于多种车型的整车装配装置是用于利用机械手来确保车辆生产线灵活性的悬架的连结装置,包括基座11和竖直地布置在基座11的顶面上的四个不同的柱13a、13b、13c和13d。
用于固定悬架10(如图5所示)的夹持单元12安装到柱13a、13b、13c和13d的侧面,具有特定形状的销(未示出)安装到悬架10以便利用销将悬架10连结到夹持单元12。在被夹持之后,被连结的悬架10与四个不同的柱13a、13b、13c和13d成为一体。即,悬架10被并入到四个柱13a、13b、13c和13d中以形成稳固体,保持恒定的强度。
为实现该目的,用于多种车型的整车装配装置,包括:用于设置诸如前围板、多个侧围板、后围板和顶板等板件的四个悬架10,和被配置成帮助将这四个悬架10的四个面组合起来同时支承四个悬架10的柱装配架14。
悬架10为具有适于板件的形状特征的框架结构的形式,而销(未示出)安装于每个悬架10的相对侧。利用销将悬架10连结并固定到柱装配架14的柱13a、13b、13c和13d的侧面上。
在此,用于将悬架10连结到柱13a、13b、13c和13d的夹持单元12和销可以是普通的面板固定夹持装置。在此情况下,可以根据车型来设置若干悬架10并且可以互换以使用在相应的车型上,还可以通过机械手进行处理以装载到柱装配架14的侧面或从其上卸载。
柱装配架14被配置成当悬架10被装配成四面组合时的基准部,并因此用来夹持和紧握悬架10的相反两端。
为达到该目的,基座11被设置成矩形板结构的形式,且13a、13b、13c和13d分别安装在基座11的角上,使得以此方式安装的四个不同的柱13a、13b、13c和13d形成矩形布置结构。例如,两个前柱13a和13b与两个后柱13c和13d形成矩形布置结构并被安装在基座11上。
具体地,相对于柱装配架14,柱的位置可以变化以便灵活地与车型的变化相对应。为实现该目的,前柱13a和13b被固定到基座的两个角上,而后柱13c和13d可以在剩下的两个角前后移动。
例如,在基座11的两个角附近即后柱13c和13d所处的两个角附近设置并排布置以提供前后移动的直线滑动(LM)导轨15,滚珠丝杠17并排定位在直线滑动导轨15的内侧上,伺服电动机16布置在每个直线滑动导轨15的一端以提供驱动力。
滚珠丝杠17的一端连接于伺服电动机16的轴16a,而其另一端由具有轴承(未示出)的托架18支承。后柱13c和13d的底端在由直线滑动导轨15支撑的同时由直线滑动导轨15滑动引导,并被连结到滚珠丝杠17使得滚珠丝杠17可以通过电力等前后移动。
因此,如果伺服电动机16被驱动,则后柱13c和13d通过滚珠丝杠17被前后移动,然后后柱13c和13d被前后移动以根据生产线中车型的改变来确实地调整。

如图5所示,基座11和包含四个不同柱13a、13b、13c和13d的柱装配架14安装于车身装配线中,诸如侧围板和后围板等板件100由相应的机械手130移向柱装配架14的柱13a、13b、13c和13d并且由柱13a、13b、13c和13d中的夹持单元12夹持同时由柱13a、13b、13c和13d支承的四个悬架10,形成四个面。
在四个悬架10连结形成四个面时,悬架10中的板件100被暂时连结,并且在机械手130执行焊接时板件100被连结以形成整车。例如,如图6A所示,在装载板件100之前,根据车辆的型号确定柱13a、13b、13c和13d的位置。也就是说,向前和/或向后移动两个后柱13c和13d以根据该特定车型所对应的板件和尺寸对其进行定位。如图6B所示,在由机械手130设置后围板100c的情况下,悬架10被装载以被固定在相对的后柱13c和13d之间。如图6C所示,在由机械手130设置前围板100a的情况下,悬架10被装载以被固定在相对的前柱13a和13b之间。如图6D所示,如果后围板100c和前围板100a被完全固定,则在设置侧围板100b的情况下,悬架10被机械手130依次地装载以固定在相对的前柱13a和后柱13c之间及前柱13b和后柱13d之间。
以此方式,在后围板100c、前围板100a和两个侧围板100b被连结并布置并且顶板(未示出)被升降架单元(未示出)暂时连结之后,板件的连结部由单独的焊接机械手130焊接以完成车辆的整个车身。
有利地,由于用于多种车辆的悬架由用于多种车辆的整车生产线中的柱装配架保持,并且柱可以根据车型而灵活移动,因此可以变换多种型号的车辆,并且可以在一个处理中生产多种车型。
已经参考本发明的示例性实施方式描述了本发明。然而,本领域技术人员应该理解,在不偏离本发明的原理和思想的情况下,可以改变这些实施方式,其中,本发明的范围由所附的权利要求及其等价形式限定。此外,在不偏离本发明本质的情况下可以对特殊情形和材料作出许多修改。因此,本发明并不限于优选实施方式的具体描述而是包括了所附权利要求范围内的所有实施方式。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于多种车型的装配装置,包括:
多个悬架,将多个板件连结到装置的四个不同侧面上;以及
柱装配架,包括连结所述悬架的基座,和以矩形布置方式安装在所述基座上的至少四个不同柱,所述四个不同柱中的每个柱具有用于将所述多个悬架分别固定到每个柱上的夹持单元,其中所述四个不同柱中的两个柱可在前后方向上移动,
其中利用所述至少四个不同柱将所述多个悬架一同装配在四个不同侧面上以将板件连结在所述悬架上,并且其中通过一个或多个机械手将板件装载到所述柱装配架上或从所述柱装配架上卸载。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车身装配装置,其中两个后柱彼此相邻,并且所述两个后柱在由所述基座上的直线滑动导轨可滑动地引导时在伺服电动机的驱动力和滚珠丝杠的驱动力的作用下前后移动。
3.一种在一条装配线上装配多种车型的方法,所述方法包括:
通过多个悬架将多个板件连结到装置的四个不同侧面上,
通过机械手安装
柱装配架,其包括连结所述悬架的基座,以及
以矩形布置方式安装在所述基座上的至少四个不同柱,
通过夹持单元将所述多个悬架分别固定到所述四个不同柱中的每个柱上;
在机械力作用下向前或向后移动所述四个不同柱中的两个柱以适于特定车型;
利用所述至少四个不同柱将所述多个悬架一同装配在四个不同侧面上以将板件连结在所述悬架上;并且
通过一个或多个机械手将板件装载到所述柱装配架上或者从所述柱装配架上卸载。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中两个后柱彼此相邻,并且所述两个后柱在由所述基座上的直线滑动导轨可滑动地引导时在伺服电动机的驱动力和滚珠丝杠的驱动力的作用下前后移动。
