背景技术

发明内容

根据本发明的第二方面,提供用于制造包括固体润滑组合物的毛发移除装置的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a.提供细分形式的水溶性润滑组合物,所述水溶性润滑组合物
i.在标准温度和压力下为固体;
ii.具有小于或等于8,000,000,优选地100,000至3,000,000的分子量。
b.提供温度敏感组分,例如芳香剂油;
c.将所述水溶性润滑组合物和所述温度敏感组分密切混合;
d.在无主动加热下压缩所述混合物以提供固体润滑组合物;
e.提供毛发移除装置;
f.将所述固体润滑组合物固定到所述毛发移除装置。
具体实施方式
本发明克服了与现有技术的毛发移除装置相关的难题,所述毛发移除装置包括在高温下制造的组合物。溶液涉及冷压以制造根据本发明的第一方面的组合物。
根据本发明的毛发移除装置可为任何毛发移除装置,例如但不限于剃刀或者包括光源以降解或破坏毛发的毛发移除装置。如果所述毛发移除装置包括光源,则所述光源有利地为激光源。优选地,所述毛发移除装置是剃刀。在剃刀的情况下,则可有利地在剃刀刀片架上提供固体润滑组合物,并且所述固体组合物优选地作为条状物位于刀片切割方向的前面和/或后面。与上述相关的WO 97/02116说明了此类条状物可被放置的位置。
如本文所用,术语“STP”或“标准温度和压力”是指20℃的温度和101.325kPa的压力。

有利的是,冷压的固体润滑组合物可包含疏水性基料。此类组分的存在可通过降低所述组合物被机械侵蚀的趋势而增加其寿命。有利的是,所述疏水性基料在STP下为固体。合适的疏水性基料包括二价的金属阳离子硬脂酸盐,优选地硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、或它们的混合物,更优选地硬脂酸镁;乙基纤维素、聚己内酯以及它们的混合物。优选地,所述冷压的固体润滑组合物包含按所述冷压的固体润滑组合物的重量计1%至20%并且更优选地5%至15%的疏水性基料。
有利的是,冷压的固体润滑组合物可包含C12-C22脂肪醇或它们的混合物,优选地鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇、二十二醇或它们的混合物。脂肪醇的存在可通过降低所述组合物溶于水中的趋势而增加其寿命。优选地,所述冷压的固体润滑组合物包含按所述冷压的固体润滑组合物的重量计1%至20%并且更优选地5%至15%的脂肪醇。
可能难以提供本发明类型的芳香的固体产品,这是因为香料是液体并因此难以在冷压工序期间均匀地分布在整个固体基质中。此外,香料油通常是非常疏水的并且可被亲水性物质例如本文所公开的水溶性润滑聚合物排斥。该事实还可造成香料油在压缩期间被挤出所述固体组合物,从而降低芳香度并且浪费原材料。所述结果趋于成为不能令人满意的发香产品。
为了克服该缺点,可将包含在根据本发明的冷压的固体润滑组合物中的香料油可释放地包封在粉末中。可适当地采用使得香料在使用中(例如与水接触时)释放的任何粉末。有利的是,所述粉末包含环状低聚糖,其可包封香料。
如本文所用,术语“环状低聚糖”是指包含六个或更多个糖单元的环状结构。优选地可用于本文的是具有六个、七个或八个糖单元的环状低聚糖和它们的混合物,更优选地具有六个或七个糖单元的环状低聚糖,并且甚至更优选地具有七个糖单元的环状低聚糖。本领域通常将六员、七员和八员的环状低聚糖分别缩写为α、β和γ。
可用于本文的环状低聚糖可包含任何合适的糖类或者糖类混合物。合适糖类的实例包括但不限于葡萄糖、果糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、麦芽糖以及它们的混合物,优选葡萄糖。可用于本文的优选的环状低聚糖是α-环糊精或β-环糊精、或它们的混合物,并且可用于本文的最优选的环状低聚糖是β-环糊精。
可用于本文的环状低聚糖可被任何合适的取代基或者取代基的混合物取代。本文术语“取代基的混合物”的使用是指两种或更多种不同的合适取代基能够取代在一个环状低聚糖上。环糊精的衍生物主要构成分子,其中OH基团的一些已被取代。合适的取代基包括但不限于烷基;羟烷基;二羟基烷基;(羟烷基)烷烯基桥基例如环糊精甘油醚;芳基;麦芽糖基;烯丙基;苄基;烷酰基;阳离子环糊精例如包含2-羟基-3-(二甲基氨基)丙基醚的那些;季铵基团;阴离子环糊精例如羧基烷基、磺基丁基醚、硫酸根基团、以及琥珀酸根;两性的环糊精;以及它们的混合物。
所述取代基可为饱和或不饱和的,直的或支化的链。优选的取代基包括饱和的且直链的烷基、羟烷基以及它们的混合物。优选的烷基和羟烷基取代基选自C1-C8烷基或羟烷基或它们的混合物,更优选的烷基和羟烷基取代基选自C1-C6烷基或羟烷基或它们的混合物,甚至更优选的烷基和羟烷基取代基选自C1-C4烷基或羟烷基以及它们的混合物。尤其优选的烷基和羟烷基取代基是丙基、乙基和甲基,更尤其是羟丙基和甲基并且甚至更优选甲基。
用于本发明中的优选的环状低聚糖是未取代的,或者仅被饱和的直链烷基、或羟烷基取代基取代。因此,可用于本文的环状低聚糖的优选实例是α-环糊精、β-环糊精、甲基-α-环糊精、甲基-α-环糊精、以及羟丙基-β-环糊精。

以上组合物通过将所有物质置于共混装置中并且共混直至混合物完全均匀来制造。当混合物被均匀化时,使用合适的模塑工具/冲压机将所述混合物压缩至期望的形状。合适装置的一个实例是GEA Courtoy R253-27压片机。使用1×1010-1×1012Nm-2的力压缩所述粉末。将所得的料片以期望的形状从模具中排出。
本文所公开的量纲和值不旨在被理解为严格地限于所述的精确值。相反,除非另外指明,每个这样的量纲是指所引用的数值和围绕该数值的功能上等同的范围。例如,公开为“40mm”的量纲旨在表示“约40mm”。
Claims (13)
1.一种包括冷压的固体润滑组合物的毛发移除装置,所述冷压的固体润滑组合物包含温度敏感组分,例如芳香剂油。
2.如权利要求1所述的毛发移除装置,其中所述冷压的固体润滑组合物包含水溶性润滑聚合物,所述水溶性润滑聚合物:
i.在标准温度和压力下为固体;
ii.具有小于或等于8,000,000,优选地100,000至7,000,000的分子量。
3.如权利要求2所述的毛发移除装置,其中所述水溶性润滑聚合物包含聚氧化亚烷基二醇、聚烷烃氧化物、纤维质聚合物、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯基咪唑啉、聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯或它们的混合物。
4.如前述任一项权利要求所述的毛发移除装置,其中所述冷压的固体润滑组合物另外包含疏水性基料。
5.如权利要求4所述的毛发移除装置,其中所述疏水性基料包含硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、乙基纤维素、聚己内酯或它们的混合物。
6.如前述任一项权利要求所述的毛发移除装置,其中所述冷压的固体润滑组合物另外包含C12-C22脂肪醇、或它们的混合物。
7.如前述任一项权利要求所述的毛发移除装置,其中所述冷压的固体润滑组合物包含能够释放地包封在环状低聚糖内的芳香剂油。
8.如权利要求7所述的毛发移除装置,其中所述环状低聚糖包括α-环糊精、β-环糊精、甲基-α-环糊精、甲基-α-环糊精、羟丙基-β-环糊精、或它们的混合物。
9.如前述任一项权利要求所述的毛发移除装置,所述毛发移除装置被构造成剃刀。
10.如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的毛发移除装置,其中所述毛发移除装置包括光源以降解或破坏毛发或发根。
11.如权利要求10所述的毛发移除装置,其中所述光源包括激光源。
12.如前述任一项权利要求所述的毛发移除装置润滑皮肤并移除毛发的用途。
13.一种用于制造包括固体润滑组合物的毛发移除装置的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a.提供细分形式的水溶性润滑组合物,所述水溶性润滑组合物
i.在标准温度和压力下为固体;
ii.具有小于或等于8,000,000,优选地100,000至3,000,000的分子量;
b.提供温度敏感组分,例如芳香剂油;
c.将所述水溶性润滑组合物和所述温度敏感组分密切混合;
d.在无主动加热下压缩所述混合物以提供固体润滑组合物;
e.提供毛发移除装置;
f.将所述固体润滑组合物固定到所述毛发移除装置上。
