Abstract

一种在金属板材制作微孔的方法,包括有A.使金属板材在一工作平台(1)上进给,并凸伸出于剪切缘(11);B.使一冲头(3)位于第一位置(Y1),且与工作平台(1)维持一工作间隙(S);C.冲头(3)朝向工作平台(1)施予一剪力;D.金属板材受剪力而弯曲,于第二表面(22)形成多个点形连续排列凹陷(4);E.金属板材上的第一表面(21)承受剪力而成形一线形凹陷(5);F.透过剪刀使金属板材变形,点形连续排列凹陷(4)与线形凹陷(5)相贯通形成微孔(6);G.冲头(3)在第一位置复位,再偏移一工作距离(T),移至一第二位置(Y2);H.金属板材再进给;I.冲头(3)在第二位置(Y2),重复步骤C、D、E、F;J.冲头(3)在第二位置(Y2)复位后再回至第一位置(Y1),以完成一次循环加工。该方法可于一定单位面积的金属板材上,成型出最多微孔数量,借以能作为吸音板之用,并提高其吸音率。
