Abstract

本发明公开了一种改性聚氨酯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先,在反应容器中加入聚氧化丙烯二醇,升温至75-80℃后,加入TDI以及T12催化剂反应2小时,接着加入二羟甲基丙酸反应30min后,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯再反应1小时,之后加入扩链剂1.4-丁二醇反应1小时,反应结束后降温至30摄氏度,在高速搅拌下将KOH溶液加入到预聚体中分散20分钟,此时pH值为7-8,之后加入乙二胺继续搅拌反应20分钟,再在高剪力作用下加去离子水制得水性聚氨酯乳液。由此可知:本发明有效地提高该改性聚氨酯的断裂伸长率、透湿透气性。

Description

改性聚氨酯的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯的制备方法,尤其是一种采用丙烯酸羟乙酯改性处理的聚氨酯制备方法。
背景技术
涂层整理是一种新型的整理工艺,它能赋予织物许多特定的功能,如拒水、透气、透湿、防风、防钻绒、防油、防辐射和阻燃等特性。还可以对织物进行特种高级整理。例如:单面染色、闪光效应以及混色效应。因此,涂层整理技术得到了长足发展。
涂层整理所用的涂层剂主要有:天然及合成橡胶、聚氯乙烯、硅酮弹性体、聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯等。在精细涂层加工中,主要采用后述两种材料。在我国,精细涂层织物普遍使用聚丙烯酸酯类。由于聚丙烯酸酯涂层剂涂层有表面粗糙、弹性较差,低温易脆裂等缺点,故该类涂层仅适用于中低档涂层织物。而聚氨酯涂层剂则有优良的耐磨、耐寒、耐溶剂和弹性好等优点,因此,聚氨酯涂层特别适宜于寒冷地区的服装织物以及中高档涂层织物的整理。对于聚氨酯涂层剂,一般分为溶剂型聚氨酯涂层剂以及水分散型聚氨酯涂层剂,溶剂型聚氨酯涂层剂有易燃、毒气、环境污染等缺陷,因而近年来的研究主要集中于水分散型聚氨酯涂层剂。
发明内容
本发明提供一种改性聚氨酯的制备方法,其具有高断裂伸长率、高透湿透气性,同时较为环保。
为实现以上的技术目的,本发明将采取以下的技术方案:
一种改性聚氨酯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先,在氮气保护下,往反应容器中加入聚氧化丙烯二醇,升温至75-80℃后,加入TDI以及T12催化剂反应2小时,接着加入二羟甲基丙酸反应30min后,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯再反应1小时,之后加入扩链剂1.4-丁二醇反应1小时,反应结束后降温至30摄氏度,在高速搅拌下将KOH溶液加入到预聚体中分散20分钟,此时pH值为7-8,之后加入乙二胺继续搅拌反应20分钟,再在高剪力作用下加去离子水制得水性聚氨酯乳液。
在每次添加试剂时,均同时添加丁酮。
根据以上的技术方案,可以实现以下的有益效果:
本发明采用二羟甲基丙酸对聚氨酯进行改性,可以有效地提高该改性聚氨酯的断裂伸长率、透湿透气性;
本发明在制备预聚体时,添加催化剂T12,可以提高TDI与聚氧化丙烯二醇两者的聚合;
本发明采用两种不同的扩链剂进行预聚体的扩链,且该两种扩链剂是分布加入,因此,可以改善预聚体扩链。
本发明在每次添加试剂时,均同时加入丁酮,可以对反应液助溶降粘。
本发明采用KOH溶液为中和剂,可以避免采用碱性有机胺溶剂进行中和导致的污染。
具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例详细地说明本发明的技术方案。
本发明所述改性聚氨酯的制备方法,采用的试剂有:聚氧化丙烯二醇;甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI;T12催化剂;二羟甲基丙酸;丙烯酸羟乙酯;1.4-丁二醇;乙二胺;去离子水。具体包括以下步骤:
在氮气保护下,向配备有温度计(可采用热电偶)、搅拌器(FLUKE高速乳化分散机)的反应容器中加入聚氧化丙烯二醇,升温至75-80℃后,加入TDI以及T12催化剂反应2小时,接着加入二羟甲基丙酸反应30min后,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯再反应1小时,扩链剂1.4-丁二醇反应1小时,将上述扩链后的预聚体降温至30摄氏度,在FLUKE高速乳化分散机的高速搅拌下将KOH溶液加入到预聚体中,致使pH值为7-8,分散20分钟后,加入乙二胺继续搅拌反应20分钟后,在FLUKE高速乳化分散机提供的高剪力作用下加去离子水制得水性聚氨酯乳液,另外,在以上不同阶段分别加入一定量的丁酮,以对反应液助溶降粘。
按照GB/T 1725-79测得水性聚氨酯乳液固含量为30%,二羟甲基丙酸的含量为4.87%,粒径为80-100nm,按照ASTM D882标准测得膜拉伸强度为28MPa,断裂伸长率760%。

1.一种改性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:首先,在氮气保护下,往反应容器中加入聚氧化丙烯二醇,升温至75-80℃后,加入TDI以及T12催化剂反应2小时,接着加入二羟甲基丙酸反应30min后,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯再反应1小时,之后加入扩链剂1,4-丁二醇反应1小时,反应结束后降温至30摄氏度,在高速搅拌下将KOH溶液加入到预聚体中分散20分钟,此时pH值为7-8,之后加入乙二胺继续搅拌反应20分钟,再在高剪力作用下加去离子水制得水性聚氨酯乳液;在每次添加试剂时,均同时添加丁酮,以对反应液助溶降粘。
