Abstract

本发明涉及一种旋转中心换挡的啮合套操纵机构,其包括移动拉杆、啮合套、右齿轮、旋转主轴、左齿轮、弹性销、拨快底座、钢球,所述左齿轮和右齿轮分别通过轴套固定安装在旋转主轴外圈上,啮合套与拨快底座通过弹性销连接,拨快底座安装于旋转主轴内部,拨快底座通过安装在其上的钢球与移动拉杆连接。所述移动拉杆置于旋转主轴中间控制啮合套。本发明的换挡轴在轴中心位置,中间使用拉杆,不选用外置拨叉、拨杆,在齿轮排布密集的情况下,在有限的空间内能方便、正常、可靠的变换各种齿轮档位和速度;能有效的减小变速机构的体积;使变速***布置更加紧凑、连接更加可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种在旋转中心换挡的啮合套操纵机构,属于机械传动技术领域。
背景技术
目前,公知的机械传动***变速机构的换挡方式是采用外置的拨杆、拨叉和拨头等繁琐的部件来拨动啮合套,使啮合套与不同的齿轮啮合,从而达到换挡的目的。这种传统的啮合套离合方式虽然较稳定可靠,但是占用空间大,拨杆及拨叉极易与其他零部件相碰撞出现干涉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种旋转中心换挡的啮合套操纵机构,该操纵机构能够解决传统的变速机构占用空间大,拨杆及拨叉极易与其他零部件相碰撞出现干涉的问题。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,旋转中心换挡的啮合套操纵机构包括移动拉杆、啮合套、右齿轮、旋转主轴、左齿轮、弹性销、拨快底座、钢球,所述左齿轮和右齿轮分别通过轴套固定安装在旋转主轴外圈上,啮合套与拨快底座通过弹性销连接,拨快底座安装于旋转主轴内部,拨快底座通过安装在其上的钢球与移动拉杆连接。
所述移动拉杆置于旋转主轴中间控制啮合套。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明的换挡轴在轴中心位置,中间使用拉杆,不选用外置拨叉、拨杆,在齿轮排布密集的情况下,在有限的空间内能方便、正常、可靠的变换各种齿轮档位和速度;能有效的减小变速机构的体积;使变速***布置更加紧凑、连接更加可靠。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1所示,包括移动拉杆1、啮合套2、右齿轮3、旋转主轴4、左齿轮5、弹性销6、拨快底座7及钢球8。
所述左齿轮5和右齿轮3分别固定安装在旋转主轴4外圈上,左齿轮5和右齿轮3以旋转主轴4为中心自由转动;啮合套2与拨快底座7通过弹性销6连接在一起,啮合套2通过花键在旋转主轴4上前后移动,并和旋转主轴4一起转动;拨快底座7安装于旋转主轴4内部,旋转主轴4、啮合套2、拨快底座7转动方向及转速一致;拨快底座7通过安装在其上两孔间的钢球8与移动拉杆1安装在一起,移动拉杆1置于旋转主轴4中间控制啮合套,将移动拉杆1移动,则啮合套2、拨快底座7跟随移动。
处在旋转轴中心部位的移动拉杆1通过弹性销6、拨快底座7、钢球8带动在旋转主轴中间位置与花键啮合的啮合套2;啮合套2右移时和右齿轮3啮合,此时,右齿轮3和旋转主轴4啮合,传动***中右齿轮3与旋转主轴4起作用,此时,左齿轮5不转动或空转;啮合套2左移时,先与右齿轮3脱离开,再与左齿轮5啮合,同理,传动***中左齿轮5与旋转主轴4起作用,此时,右齿轮3不转动或空转。啮合套2左右移动时,移动拉杆1在摩擦力及非常小的外力作用下可不随旋转主轴转动。通过置于旋转主轴4中间的移动拉杆1控制啮合套,能可靠的进行换档操作。当右齿轮和左齿轮是锥齿轮时即可在旋转主轴上实现主轴旋转换向。
本发明能够解决传统的变速机构占用空间大,拨杆及拨叉极易与其他零部件相碰撞出现干涉的问题。

1. 一种旋转中心换挡的啮合套操纵机构,其特征是:包括移动拉杆(1)、啮合套(2)、右齿轮(3)、旋转主轴(4)、左齿轮(5)、弹性销(6)、拨快底座(7)、钢球(8),所述左齿轮(5)和右齿轮(3)分别通过轴套固定安装在旋转主轴(4)外圈上,啮合套(2)与拨快底座(7)通过弹性销(6)连接,拨快底座(7)安装于旋转主轴(4)内,拨快底座(7) 通过安装在其上的钢球(8)与移动拉杆(1)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的旋转中心换挡的啮合套操纵机构,其特征是:所述移动拉杆(1)置于旋转主轴(4)中间控制啮合套(2)。
