食品垃圾粉碎机
本机采用钢板焊接而成，主要针对家庭和集体食堂的食品垃圾进行有机加工。有7、主体上盖，打开上盖靠形成开关工作。双轮5、挤压和6、滚切轮同时开始工作。把食品垃圾全部粉碎，对猪、鸡、鱼骨头进行粉碎。同时对果蔬的根茎叶、果核也进行粉碎。主要是针对职工食堂、饭店、宾馆、学校食堂等集体伙食的食品垃圾进行粉碎。通过机器下方8、漏斗进入地漏流入城市主管道，在主管道终端可设立沼气池和垃圾转换有机肥。防止食品垃圾倒入公路两侧的垃圾桶内。减少了垃圾车的运力。如果利用好还可以生产沼气、有机肥。 
主电机1靠上盖7形成开关启动给配电盘3电路进行运转，给减速器2通过链轮连接箱9带动滚切轮6进行工作。

Claims (1)

1.主要是通过两个挤压滚轮来完成食品粉碎，粉碎机下面有两个随动轮进行二次加工进入漏斗，漏斗下面是挤压轮进入下方漏斗(地沟槽、地漏)。主要动力是靠两条链轮传动。减速机是靠电脑控制带动滚切轮来完成视频粉碎任务。
