Abstract

一种具有相对刚性锁定的无浮动活塞气弹簧,涉及气弹簧生产技术领域。本发明目的在于在所述气弹簧的气室内先填充油,然后充入压缩氮气。本发明给气室内加相对足够的油(留有小量的气腔),无需浮动活塞,再充入压缩氮气,因其气腔相对较小,其锁定效果基本可达到刚性锁定,且阻力也较小。

技术领域
本发明涉及气弹簧生产技术领域。
背景技术
从现有可控型气弹簧按锁定力特性不同,分为柔性锁定(气体)和刚性锁定(液体)。
柔性锁定为少量的油和压缩氮气混合在一起,同一个气窒内,因气体可压缩性,此时锁定后,在外力作用下会产生较大位移。
刚性锁定为油和压缩氮气处于分隔开状态(用浮动活塞将其隔开),其缺点是:安装尺寸被限定在一定范围内,相应气室容积会做到很小,当要求内部压力较大时,将导致压缩力值的增大(阻力加大),达不到需要的状态。
发明内容
本发明目的在于在所述气弹簧的气室内先填充油,然后加入压缩氮气。
在所述气室内,油体积百分比为80~90%,压缩氮气的体积百分比为10~20%。
本发明给气室内加相对足够的油(留有小量的气腔),无需浮动活塞,再充入压缩氮气,因其气腔相对较小,其锁定效果基本可达到刚性锁定,且阻力也较小。
具体实施方式
在制作气弹簧时,先向气室内先填充气室总体积量的80%~90%的油,然后再充入10%~20%压缩氮气。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有相对刚性锁定的无浮动活塞气弹簧,其特征在于在所述气弹簧的气室内先填充油,然后充入压缩氮气。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有相对刚性锁定的无浮动活塞气弹簧,其特征在于在所述气室内,油体积百分比为80~90%,压缩氮气的体积百分比为10~20%。
