技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于调节交通工具尤其是汽车的座椅靠背的倾角的调节装置。
背景技术
现有技术中业已公知各种用于无级调节或分级调节座椅倾角的调节装置。无级调节装置可实现座椅靠背倾角绝对精确的调节。此外也比分级调节装置更轻便和廉价。然而为了能够操纵一个手轮来调节靠背倾角,在手轮和B柱之间必须有一个最小间距。由于分级调节装置总是用一个操纵杆来调节并且操纵杆可用比较平的手形来操作,所以在操纵杆和B柱之间的间距可以特别小,从而可以更好地得到利用交通工具内舱中仅有限地可供利用的空间。
德国专利申请公开说明书DE 3126142 A1介绍了一种用于调节交通工具座椅靠背的无级调节装置。为调节靠背而操纵一根操纵杆,后者翻转一个分离凸轮,从而将一个联锁棘爪从一个摩擦面上抬起,并且乘坐人员以其后背施压或减轻压力就能调节靠背倾角。这种调节装置摩擦连接地锁定靠背。但尤其当体重较大的人员乘坐时,可能因其背部对靠背施加强压而导致靠背不期望地被调节。当乘坐人员是小孩时也同样可能发生靠背被不期望地调节的情况,例如当小孩从后排座用脚紧紧地抵靠在靠背上时。由于靠背的调节需由乘坐人员施加一定的压力,因此,尤其对于较虚弱或年老的人们来说操作不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种无需乘坐人员后背用力施压就可以进行调节的调节装置。
上述技术问题按照本发明通过一种用于调节交通工具尤其是汽车的座椅靠背倾角的调节装置来解决,其中,该调节装置可通过一个棘轮机构来操作。所述棘轮机构可用手指来操作,因为只需为此施加一个特别小的力。这尤其对于体虚或年老人员来说很舒适。所述靠背可相宜地通过形状配合连接锁定在其调节好的位置中,由此,即便在对靠背施加较大的压力或顶靠力的情形下,靠背也能可靠保持在倾角调节妥当的位置上。
所述靠背的倾角优选可无级调节,从而可实现特别精确的调节。但原则上也可或多或少分级较细地调节靠背的倾角。
为操作所述棘轮机构,可以在座椅侧面设置一个操纵杆。该操纵杆不仅能舒适地用较小的力进行操纵,而且也能最佳地充分利用交通工具内部空间,因为在操纵杆和B柱之间的间距可相对较小,以便尽管如此仍能舒服地操作所述操纵杆。
为了能够借助调节装置增大或减小靠背的倾角,所述棘轮机构的作用方向可转换。
在一个优选实施方式中,所述棘轮机构可借助至少一个牵引索转换作用方向。为了由操纵杆发起所述转换操作,该牵引索可例如借助一个操纵钮或类似构件被简便地操作。
在另一可选的实施方式中,所述棘轮机构可借助一个可旋转的把手转换其作用方向。为此,该把手可绕其纵轴线旋转,由此可通过向左或向右轻轻转动操作所述至少一根牵引索,并因此改变棘轮机构的作用方向。
所述棘轮机构可相宜地设置在一个驱动所述调节装置的驱动杆上。
本发明还提供一种交通工具座椅,尤其是汽车座椅,它带有如上所述的调节装置。
此外,本发明提供一种带有如上所述交通工具座椅的汽车。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个用于无级调节一个在此仅简略示出的交通工具座椅15的在此未详细表示的靠背的倾角的调节装置10。该调节装置10可借助一个棘轮机构11和一个驱动杆13***作,该棘轮机构11设置在处于一个操纵杆12区域内的所述驱动杆13上。因而,为调节靠背倾角,可由人手动操纵所述操纵杆12,该操纵杆12通过棘轮机构11驱动所述驱动杆13,后者又驱动所述调节装置10。
为了有更好的视觉美感,所述操纵杆12部分被一个挡板14遮盖。
图2示出一个用于无级调节一个交通工具座椅28的靠背21的倾角的调节装置20。借助一个操纵杆22并通过一个棘轮机构23驱动一个驱动杆24,后者最后操作所述调节装置20。在操纵杆22上设有两根牵引索25和26,以便转换棘轮机构23的作用方向。所述转换可借助一个在此未详细示出的操纵钮进行,或通过翻转一个把手27,例如向上或向下,也或者向左或向右翻转来进行所述转换。
在图3所示的另一可选实施方式中,交通工具座椅32也具有一个调节装置30。其中,两根牵引索25和26可通过一个可旋转的把手31来操作。为操作牵引索25和26,可将把手31绕其纵向轴线向左或向右旋转。
尽管已详细说明了上述至少一种实施形式,但不言而喻的是,仍存在大量的其他实施形式。必须强调指出的是,上述至少一种实施形式的目的并不在于以某种方式限制本发明的保护范围、应用领域或详细具体的扩展设计。上面的描述仅仅给本领域技术人员给出一种指导,以便能够实施本发明的至少一种实施方式。所述各构件在功能和布置方面当然可以有很多可选变化,只要不背离权利要求书的保护范围即可。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于调节交通工具尤其是汽车的座椅(15,28,32)靠背(21)倾角的调节装置(10,20,30),其中,该调节装置(10,20,30)通过一个棘轮机构(11,23)来操作。
2.如权利要求1所述的调节装置(10,20,30),其中,所述靠背(21)的倾角可无级调节。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的调节装置(10,20,30),其中,所述棘轮机构(11,23)可借助一个设置在交通工具座椅侧面的操纵杆(12,22)操作。
4.如权利要求1至3之一所述的调节装置(10,20,30),其中,所述棘轮机构(11,23)的作用方向可转换。
5.如权利要求4所述的调节装置(10,20,30),其中,所述棘轮机构(23)可借助至少一个牵引索(25,26)转换其作用方向。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的调节装置(10,20,30),其中,所述棘轮机构(23)可借助一个可翻转或旋转的把手(27,31)转换其作用方向。
7.如权利要求1至6之一所述的调节装置(10,20,30),其中,所述棘轮机构(11,23)可设置在一个驱动所述调节装置(10,20,30)的驱动杆(13,24)上。
8.一种交通工具座椅(15,28,32),尤其是汽车座椅,带有如权利要求1至7之一所述的调节装置(10,20,30)。
9.一种带有如权利要求8所述交通工具座椅(15,28,32)的汽车。
