一种废旧橡胶裂解后粗炭黑的湿法粉碎加工工艺,将工业粗炭黑与水装入混合搅拌罐,再分别进入I级液体粉碎机、II级液体粉碎机,II级液体粉碎后的炭液进入缓冲搅拌罐,再进入III级液体纳米精细粉碎***,III级液体粉碎后的炭液进入蒸馏釜,蒸去70%的水分后的浆液进入活化级机,活化后的粒状湿炭黑进入微波干燥机进行微波加热干燥,干燥后进行包装待用。本发明工艺简单,操作方便,所用设备全部为现有技术,只需将它们组装起来即可;该工艺处理精度高,无泄漏,比干法粉碎加工出的炭黑要精细,附加值更高;此工艺不但改善了工作环境,而且彻底消除了对环境的二次污染,加工后的精细再生炭黑,可替代现有工业炭黑使用,节约了资源和能源。

废旧橡胶裂解后粗炭黑的湿法粉碎加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种对废旧橡胶热裂解后产生的工业粗炭黑湿法粉碎加工再利用的工艺。
背景技术
以废旧轮胎热裂解处理固体黑色垃圾并回收油品再利用的技术,已经在世界范围内得到快速推广,不但消除了部分固体垃圾对环境的污染,而且实现了能源的再生利用,但是废轮胎热裂解后产生的粗炭黑,大部分被白白扔掉,少数采用干式粉碎加工再利用技术,此技术加工精度较低,加工过程中都有不同程度的外泄和粉尘扩散现象,严重危害操作人员的身体健康并对环境造成二次污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种湿法精细粉碎热裂解粗炭黑的工艺,该工艺在全密闭环境下湿法连续粉碎加工,以实现粗炭黑的再利用,同时克服现有技术处理粗炭黑时所带来的问题。
实现本发明目的所采取的技术方案是:将重量比为40-50%的工业粗炭黑与重量比为50-60%的水装入混合搅拌罐,搅拌混合后进入I级液体粉碎机,通过I级液体粉碎后的炭液进入II级液体粉碎机,II级液体粉碎后的炭液进入一个缓冲搅拌罐,通过缓冲搅拌后的炭液进入III级液体纳米精细粉碎***,III级液体纳米精细粉碎***由五个液体纳米精细粉碎机串联组成;III级液体粉碎后的炭液进入蒸馏釜,蒸去70%水分后的浆液进入活化机,对浆液进行活化加工,活化后的块状湿炭黑进入微波干燥机进行微波加热干燥,干燥后进行包装待用。
本发明的积极效果是:工艺简单,操作方便,所用设备全部为现有技术,只需将它们组装起来即可;该工艺处理精度高,无泄漏,比干法粉碎加工出的炭黑要精细,附加值更高;此工艺不但改善了工作环境,而且彻底消除了对环境的二次污染,加工后的精细再生炭黑,可替代现有工业炭黑使用,节约了资源和能源。

具体实施方式
本发明工艺中所用设备有混合搅拌罐,I级液体粉碎机,II级液体粉碎机,缓冲搅拌罐,III级液体纳米精细粉碎机***,蒸馏釜,活化机,微波干燥机,I级液体粉碎机进液口与混合搅拌罐出液口相连接,II级液体粉碎机进液口与I级液体粉碎机的出液口相连接,缓冲搅拌罐的进液口与II级液体粉碎机的出液口相连接,五台液体纳米精细粉碎机串联后组成III级液体纳米精细粉碎***,其进液口与缓冲搅拌罐的出液口相连接,III级液体纳米精细粉碎***的出液口连接蒸馏釜,蒸馏釜出液口与活化机进口相连接,活化后的湿炭料进入微波干燥机烘干。
本发明工艺的工艺过程是:首先按要求将重量比为50-60%的水加入混合搅拌罐,启动搅拌罐电机,再将40-50%的粗炭黑加入混合搅拌罐,充分搅拌后,启动I级液体粉碎机电机和II级液体粉碎机电机,II级粉碎后的炭液注入缓冲搅拌罐,这时启动缓冲搅拌罐上的搅拌电机对II级粉碎后的炭液进行搅拌,经缓冲搅拌罐搅拌后的炭液注入III级液体纳米精细粉碎***的第一台液体纳米粉碎机,五台液体纳米粉碎机电机按先后顺序依次启动;经III级液体纳米精细粉碎***粉碎后的炭液注入蒸馏釜,此时启动蒸馏釜搅拌电机并打开蒸馏釜上的导热油阀门,进行加热,蒸去70%的水分后,炭液进入活化机,活化机电机启动,活化后的炭料进入微波干燥机,微波干燥机的电气***启动进行干燥10-12分钟,干燥后的精细炭黑装袋包装。混合搅拌罐按要求不间断加入水和废粗炭黑,即可实现连续加工生产。

1.一种废旧橡胶裂解后粗炭黑的湿法粉碎加工工艺,其特征在于:将重量比为40-50%的工业粗炭黑与重量比为50-60%的水装入混合搅拌罐,搅拌混合后进入I级液体粉碎机,通过I级液体粉碎后的炭液进入II级液体粉碎机,II级液体粉碎后的炭液进入一个缓冲搅拌罐,通过缓冲搅拌后的炭液进入III级液体纳米精细粉碎***,III级液体纳米精细粉碎***由五个液体纳米精细粉碎机串联组成;III级液体粉碎后的炭液进入蒸馏釜,蒸去70%水分后的浆液进入活化级机,对浆液进行活化加工,活化后的块状湿炭黑进入微波干燥机进行微波加热干燥,干燥后进行包装待用。
