Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型袋泡茶饮品。该产品以菊苣为主要原料,并配以枸杞、燕麦、荞麦三种具有特殊保健功能的材料,经筛选、清洗、低温干燥、切片、烘烤、机械粉碎、细胞破壁、γ电磁波冷杀菌等一系列技术加工而成。具有同步调节血脂、血糖、血尿酸,即改善人体内分泌紊乱的独特药理活性,同时可有效改善人体菌群分布,调节肠胃功能、解酒解荤腻、清肠通便、降火润燥、纤体护肤、强筋壮骨、增强人体免疫力等。对高血压、高血脂、高胆固醇、肥胖症、糖尿病及心脑血管等疾病具有很好的预防和调理功效。是一种天然保健、营养全面、绿色无公害的多功能代用茶。

本发明涉及一种清肝利胆、开胃健脾、降压降脂降糖的保健茶。
背景技术
在经济高速发展的当今社会,快节奏生活与多方面压力所带来的健康问题已引起所有人的关注。“养生”这一概念也被人们提上日程,人人都希望自己拥有健康、长寿、高质量的生活。的确,拥有健康,才能拥有一切,有健康的身体才能挑起生活的重担,才能为人民服务,才能对社会有所贡献,才能享受生活带来的幸福。要做到身心健康,养生之道则是一条重要的途径。
当今社会,工作压力大、竞争激烈、生活节奏快、饮食没规律、睡眠不足等等,诸如此类状况使得我们身体过度“透支”。长此以往,身体各组织机能衰退,免疫力降低,健康离我们远去。而高血压、高血脂、高血糖则是目前常见的多发病。据悉,我国高血压、高血脂的患病率在逐年增长并呈现年轻化趋势,目前我国约有三亿高血压患者,约占全球高血压总人数的五分之一,最小患者年龄才十四五岁。调查数据显示,每二十个成年人中就有一个糖尿病患者,最小年龄仅七岁。治疗这种病通常以西药治疗为主,西药服用方便,但副作用较大,且治标不治本,也有采用中药治疗的,虽服用安全,但煎熬麻烦,且服用时口感差。为缓解高血压、高血脂、高血糖患者的痛苦,开发适合患者方便服用且具有降压、降脂、降糖综合功效,并同时达到提高身体各组织机能活性,增强免疫力,改善精神状况等的保健药已成为目前研究的热点。
菊苣,又名欧洲菊苣,为菊科菊苣属多年生草本植物。由于菊苣本身固有多种苦味物质,在生长过程中具有趋避害虫的特性,并且其适应性广,抗逆性强,田间栽培管理简单,生长过程几乎不需要施用肥料和农药,无任何污染,符合无公害绿色食品的标准。菊苣全身都是宝,地上部叶子可作为蔬菜或饲料。菊苣肉质根,一直以来作为新疆维吾尔族传统习用药材列居《新疆中草药手册》之中。全球赞誉的蔬菜王子——芽球菊苣,曾被列入08年北京***的特供蔬菜之列……菊苣含有的特殊有效成分,决定其具有极其宝贵的医用、保健价值,现已被***列为 “药食同源类”食品,同时被国际营养联盟专家誉为绿色“健康之王”。
菊苣中含有马栗树皮素、马栗树皮甙、野莴苣甙、山莴苣素、山莴苣苦素、α-山莴苣醇、17种氨基酸、β-胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素C和钙、钾、钠、硒、锌等多种微量元素以及益生元等营养价值极高的成分。如此多的营养成分使得菊苣具有同步调节血脂、血糖、血尿酸,即改善人体内分泌紊乱的独特药理活性,同时可有效改善人体菌群分布,调节肠胃功能、清肠通便、降火润燥、纤体护肤、增强人体免疫力等,对心脑血管硬化、营养不良性贫血等疾病有一定的防护作用,并且也是解酒解荤腻的首选佳品。
比如:菊苣中丰富的钾对调理身体各***的正常运行可谓是“功勋卓著”,维持人体碳水化合物及蛋白质代谢;提高脑部供氧量,使人精神振奋;维持神经肌肉的应激性和正常功能;维持心肌功能,调节心律等。钙作为人体含量最多的无机盐,在人体的作用是不可替代的。钙不仅是构成骨骼组织的主要矿物质成分,而且在机体各种生理和生物化学过程中起着重要作用。及时补充钙元素,不仅能强筋壮骨,更能感受到机体***的和谐统一。β-胡萝卜素的补充有助于提高视力,促进生长发育,预防先天不足,维持和促进免疫功能。有关数据显示,β-胡萝卜还具有预防和抑制肺癌的作用。马栗树皮素、马栗树皮甙等苦味素具有清肝利胆,生津去火的显著功效;而益生元等营养价值极高的成分,对高血糖、高血脂、心脑血管疾病等有一定的调节作用。
枸杞是常用的营养滋补佳品,具有滋补肝肾,养肝明目的功效,同时可有效改善体质,利于睡眠,对抗肿瘤、保肝、降压,以及老年人器官衰退的老化疾病等都有很强的改善作用;荞麦中含大量的黄酮类化合物,具有降血脂,扩张冠状动脉,增强冠状动脉血流量等作用,同时所含丰富的维生素有降低人体血脂和胆固醇的作用,是治疗高血压,心血管病的重要辅助药物;燕麦中的B族维生素、尼克酸、叶酸、泛酸都比较丰富,对美容护肤,纤体瘦身疗效显著。此外燕麦粉中还含有谷类粮食中均缺少的皂甙(人参的主要成分),可有效改善血液循环,缓解生活工作带来的压力;同时燕麦中含有极其丰富的亚油酸,对脂肪肝、糖尿病、浮肿、便秘等也有辅助疗效,对老年人增强体力,延年益寿也是大有裨益的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有辅助清肝利胆、开胃健脾、降压降脂降糖功效的保健茶,适宜高血压、高血脂、高血糖、高胆固醇、心脑血管硬化、营养不良性贫血、脾胃不和、精神状态不佳、肥胖症等患者长期饮用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
1、将采收的菊苣肉质根,经筛选、清洗后,放置在低温通风处晾晒,待沥干水分后,将一部分肉质根按1—2mm厚切片,并置于低温、低氧、避光等环境下进行低温干燥。取出后在150—200℃进行烘烤1—2小时。经机械粉碎至1—2mm颗粒备用;另一部分新鲜肉质根利用细胞破壁技术使其达到超微粉状态备用。
2、同理将新鲜枸杞、燕麦、荞麦进行低温干燥处理,并分别粉碎成1—2mm颗粒备用;并将部分荞麦、燕麦经细胞破壁技术使其达到超微粉状态备用。
3、将上述原料按比例称取所需份数,进行混合,包装,制成袋泡茶。
4、将成品经穿透力很强的γ电磁波冷杀菌技术进行消毒杀菌。该冷杀菌技术能最大限度地保持食品功能成分的生理活性及原有的色、香、味及营养成分,是一种安全高效的杀菌方法。
本发明所述的菊苣茶,苦味清淡,余味清甜,口感醇香,老少皆宜,尤以中老年饮用最佳。长期饮用本品,可清肝利胆、解毒消火、明目通便,对高胆固醇、高血压、高血脂、肥胖症及心脑血管疾病等都具有很好的预防和调理作用,并可有效提高人体免疫力功能,从而达到健康长寿之目的。
具体实施方式
将收获的菊苣肉质根筛选出直径为2—4厘米,肉质肥厚,无病虫害的优质材料,清洗干净置于通风、干燥处放置1—2周,沥干水分至根部萎蔫,将一部分菊苣肉质根切片,厚度为2mm,并置于低温、低氧、避光的环境下35℃进行低温干燥,4—6小时后水分含量约在1%左右时取出,在150—200℃进行烘烤,1—2小时后取出粉碎至1—2mm颗粒;另一部分菊苣鲜肉质根利用细胞破壁技术使其达到超微粉状态,即平均粒径在5—10μm备用。
同理将新鲜枸杞、燕麦、荞麦进行35℃低温干燥处理后,分别粉碎至1—2mm颗粒;将部分燕麦、荞麦通过细胞破壁技术,使其达到超微粉状态备用。
按以下组分称取所需有效成分:
菊苣80%,其中颗粒占70%,微粉占30%;
枸杞10%,均为颗粒状态;
荞麦5%,其中颗粒占70%,微粉占30%;
燕麦5%,其中颗粒占70%,微粉占30%。
将各成分混合后,用阻隔性能最好,保质期长,成本高的锡箔包装袋塑封,并经γ电磁波消毒灭菌,最后制得袋装菊苣茶。
Claims (3)
1.一种清肝利胆、开胃健脾、降压降脂降糖的保健茶,其特征在于主要成分原料及重量百分数如下:
菊苣70%—80%、枸杞10%—15%、荞麦 5%—10%、燕麦 5%—10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述清肝利胆、开胃健脾、降压降脂降糖保健茶的制备方法如下,按所述原料经筛选、清洗、切片、低温干燥、烘烤、机械粉碎、细胞破壁、γ电磁波冷杀菌等一系列工序加工而成,最后将加工产品经阻隔性能最高,保质期长,成本高的锡箔包装袋塑封。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述清肝利胆、开胃健脾、降压降脂降糖保健茶的制备方法,采用细胞破壁技术,使各组分达到超微粉状态,以打破各组分细胞壁(膜),使有益成分能充分地释放出来,分散、溶解于水中,实现有益成分的速溶,从而有效提高各生物活性成分及营养成分的吸收率及利用率;机械粉碎技术,将各组分粉碎至粒径为1—2mm,冲泡的过程中使有效成分缓慢释放,实现有益成分的缓溶;细胞破壁技术及机械粉碎技术的综合运用,使产品的速溶效果与缓溶效果有机结合,达到了营养成分的合理利用,有效提高了本产品的保健功效。
