10.根据权利要求9的填充装置,其中,所述排放单元(5)包括排放阀(5b),所述排放阀提供到室中的清洁气体的单向通道,从该室以清洁气体供应所述排放针(5a)。
11.根据权利要求10的填充装置,其中,所述排放针(5a)连接到所述旋转部分(7),提供从所述旋转部分的一侧到另一侧的用于清洁气体的流动路径,并且所述排放阀(5b)连接到远离所述筒(3)指向的所述排放针(5a)的打开端部。
12.根据权利要求10的填充装置,其中,排放针(5a)连接到所述旋转部分(7),提供从所述旋转部分的一侧到另一侧的用于清洁气体的流动路径,并且所述排放阀(5b)连接到所述外壳(1)的壁,提供从所述外壳的壁外部到所述外壳(1)的壁的内部的清洁气体的通路。
13.结合根据权利要求1-11中的任一项权利要求的填充装置和包含液体的筒(3)的成套工具,所述填充装置可以是一次性的并且因此永久连接到所述筒(3),或者是多次使用的并且因此能够连接到所述筒(3)和从所述筒(3)脱离连接。
