Abstract

电位器线性测试仪及测试方法。将电位器固定在角板上,角板上嵌有刻度盘。心轴上装有可调指针,把电位器和电源、电表接好后,用手平稳慢慢旋转分度头手柄,从而实现电位器平稳慢速转动,测出电位器电压线性值的变化过程。避免不合格的电位器流入生产过程中,减少不必要的经济损失和工人的重复操作,能够让检验人员对外购的电位器先进行线性测试。

技术领域
本发明属于检测仪器,具体涉及电位器线性测试仪及测试方法。
背景技术
目前外购回的电位器,检验人员无测试仪,只能用手转动电位器心轴,测试它的阻值变化。这样无法确认电位器在加上电压时,他的线性值是否正常。并且当电位器装机带电检验出现异常现象时,无法确定是电位器本身的问题,还是安装焊接时出现了问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供了一种能够避免不合格的电位器流入生产过程中,减少不必要的经济损失和工人的重复操作,能够让检验人员对外购的电位器先进行线性测试,判断电位器是否合格的电位器线性测试仪及测试方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:包括安装底板以及设置在安装底板上的带有刻度盘的角板,在角板的两侧的分别设置有分度头和螺母立板,所说的角板与分度头之间设置有心轴,且所述角板上开设有与心轴同心的通孔,该心轴一端夹紧在分度头的卡盘上,心轴的另一端开设有带内螺纹的内孔,弹性夹头的一端通过螺纹拧入心轴的内孔,弹性夹头的另一端采用锥体结构,且在该锥体结构上套装有锁紧套,在心轴的外表面开设有螺纹,锁紧螺母设置在心轴外侧与心轴螺纹连接压紧锁紧套,带有指针的转动盘套装在锁紧螺母的外侧并与角板上的刻度盘相对应,所说的螺母立板上螺纹连接有与心轴同轴的螺杆,螺杆的一端设置有铰杆,另一端设置有垫块。
本发明的安装底板上开设有T型槽,角板及螺母立板安装在该T型槽内;心轴与弹性夹头相连接的一端还设置有锁紧螺钉;铰杆上还设置有起限位作用的垫圈;转动盘通过转动盘锁紧螺母套装在锁紧螺母上;角板的通孔上面向螺母立板的一侧还设置有定位垫;垫块与角板的通孔之间还设置有校准用的与通孔相对应的定位套。
电位器线性测试仪的测试方法,1)首先,在安装底板的左边安装分度头,右边安装角板,在分度头和角板中间安装心轴,心轴左端夹在分度头的卡爪里,心轴的右端安装弹性夹头及标准定位棒,将定位套装入角板的右边,使定位套的孔***标准定位棒,然后用分度头卡爪夹紧心轴,心轴找正工作已完成,拆下定位套和标准定位棒;2)将定位垫安装在角板上,再将电位器安装在角板的定位垫上,使电位器的心轴***弹性夹头内,用垫块和螺杆将电位器顶紧,使电位器不松动,不转动为止;3)转动分度头手柄,使电位器电压为0,把指针调整到刻度盘的0位,然后用转动盘锁紧螺母锁紧转动盘;4)平稳慢速转动分度盘手柄带动心轴转动的同时使电位器的心轴一起转动,观察电表,指针每转动1°,观察并记录相应电压值,根据记录制作出电压线性表,如果电位器电压有中断、忽大忽小、不随角度变化而变化或者达不到电压上限值,均判定该电位器不合格。
本发明通过心轴和电位器连接装置,将电位器的转动过程传递到可调指针上,可以在电位器入库时进行电位器的线性检测,且操作方便、简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参见图1,本发明包括安装底板1以及设置在安装底板1上的带有刻度盘16的角板15,在角板15的两侧的分别设置有分度头24和螺母立板8,安装底板1上开设有T型槽,角板15和键11通过螺钉10固定,将键放入安装板的T型槽中,调整位置后用螺钉12将角板与安装底板固定,所说的角板15与分度头之间设置有心轴25,且所述角板15上开设有与心轴25同心的通孔18,该心轴25一端夹紧在分度头24的卡盘上,心轴25的另一端开设有带内螺纹的内孔,弹性夹头21的一端通过螺纹拧入心轴25的内孔,弹性夹头21的另一端采用锥体结构,且在该锥体结构上套装有锁紧套20及锁紧螺钉22,在心轴25的外表面开设有螺纹,锁紧螺母23设置在心轴25外侧与心轴螺纹连接压紧锁紧套20,带有指针17的转动盘26通过转动盘锁紧螺母19套装在锁紧螺母23上,螺母立板8用T型螺栓2、垫圈3和螺母4固定在安装板右侧,T型螺栓的T型头穿入安装板的T型槽中,调整合适位置后拧紧螺母使得螺母立板固定,所说的螺母立板8上螺纹连接有与心轴25同轴的螺杆7,螺杆7的一端设置有铰杆5,另一端设置有垫块9,铰杆5上还设置有起限位作用的垫圈6。调试装配位置时在角板右侧装入与角板15的通孔18相对应的定位套13,调试完成后将定位套13撤下,改装定位垫14。
具体测试过程如下:1)首长,在安装底板1的左边安装分度头24,右边安装角板15,在分度头24和角板15中间安装心轴25,心轴左端夹在分度头24的卡爪里,心轴25的右端安装弹性夹头21及标准定位棒,将定位套13装入角板15的左边,使定位套13的孔***标准定位棒,然后用分度头24卡爪夹紧心轴25,心轴25找正工作已完成,然后拆下定位套13和标准定位棒;2)将垫片14安装在角板15上,再将电位器安装在角板的垫片14上,使电位器的心轴***弹性夹头内,用垫块9和螺杆7将电位器顶紧,使电位器不松动,不转动为止;3)转动分度头手柄,使电位器电压为0,把指针17调整到刻度盘16的0位,然后用转动盘锁紧螺母19锁紧转动盘26;4)用手平稳慢速转动分度盘手柄带动心轴25转动的同时使电位器的心轴一起转动,观察电表,指针每转动1°,观察并记录相应电压值,根据记录制作出电压线性表,如果电位器电压有中断、忽大忽小、不随角度变化而变化或者达不到电压上限值,均判定该电位器不合格。
本发明可以精确的测试出电位器旋转0.5°时相应的电压变化。

Claims (8)

1.电位器线性测试仪,其特征在于:包括安装底板(1)以及设置在安装底板(1)上的带有刻度盘(16)的角板(15),在角板(15)的两侧的分别设置有分度头(24)和螺母立板(8),所说的角板(15)与分度头之间设置有心轴(25),且所述角板(15)上开设有与心轴(25)同心的通孔(18),该心轴(25)一端夹紧在分度头(24)的卡盘上,心轴(25)的另一端开设有带内螺纹的内孔,弹性夹头(21)的一端通过螺纹拧入心轴(25)的内孔,弹性夹头(21)的另一端采用锥体结构,且在该锥体结构上套装有锁紧套(20),在心轴(25)的外表面开设有螺纹,锁紧螺母(23)设置在心轴(25)外侧与心轴螺纹连接压紧锁紧套(20),带有指针(17)的转动盘(26)套装在锁紧螺母(23)的外侧并与角板(15)上的刻度盘(16)相对应,所说的螺母立板(8)上螺纹连接有与心轴(25)同轴的螺杆(7),螺杆(7)的一端设置有铰杆(5),另一端设置有垫块(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电位器线性测试仪,其特征在于:所说的安装底板(1)上开设有T型槽,角板(15)及螺母立板(8)安装在该T型槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电位器线性测试仪,其特征在于:所说的心轴(25)与弹性夹头(21)相连接的一端还设置有锁紧螺钉(22)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电位器线性测试仪,其特征在于:所说的铰杆(5)上还设置有起限位作用的垫圈(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电位器线性测试仪,其特征在于:所说的转动盘(26)通过转动盘锁紧螺母(19)套装在锁紧螺母(23)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电位器线性测试仪,其特征在于:所说的角板(15)的通孔(18)上面向螺母立板(8)的一侧还设置有定位垫(14)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电位器线性测试仪,其特征在于:所说的垫块(9)与角板(15)的通孔(18)之间还设置有校准用的与通孔(18)相对应的定位套(13)。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的电位器线性测试仪的测试方法,其特征在于:
1)首先,在安装底板(1)的左边安装分度头(24),右边安装角板(15),在分度头(24)和角板(15)中间安装心轴(25),心轴左端夹在分度头(24)的卡爪里,心轴(25)的右端安装弹性夹头(21)及标准定位棒,将定位套(13)装入角板(15)的右边,使定位套(13)的孔***标准定位棒,然后用分度头(24)卡爪夹紧心轴(25),心轴(25)找正工作已完成,拆下定位套(13)和标准定位棒;
2)将定位垫(14)安装在角板(15)上,再将电位器安装在角板的定位垫(14)上,使电位器的心轴***弹性夹头内,用垫块(9)和螺杆(7)将电位器顶紧,使电位器不松动,不转动为止;
3)转动分度头手柄,使电位器电压为0,把指针(17)调整到刻度盘(16)的0位,然后用转动盘锁紧螺母(19)锁紧转动盘(26);
4)平稳慢速转动分度盘手柄带动心轴(25)转动的同时使电位器的心轴一起转动,观察电表,指针每转动1°,观察并记录相应电压值,根据记录制作出电压线性表,如果电位器电压有中断、忽大忽小、不随角度变化而变化或者达不到电压上限值,均判定该电位器不合格。
