Abstract

一种风扇,包括风扇架、定子以及转子,风扇架包括外框及托座,定子装设于托座上方,转子包括转轴以及由上方罩住定子的转子外壳,转子外壳包括顶板以及由顶板向下垂直延伸出的空心圆柱形套筒,转轴由顶板中心向下垂直延伸出并可转动地装设于定子,转子外壳的套筒的下部延伸至托座的周侧,以将托座环绕包围,套筒下部与托座之间形成一装配间隙。本发明风扇工作时,由于转子外壳的套筒的下部将托座环绕包围,使得风流难以与托座接触而反弹进入转子内部,从而割断了灰尘进入转子内部的最主要的途径,防尘效果显著且防尘成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇。
背景技术
风扇工作时,灰尘很容易由风扇架及转子之间的装配间隙进入转子内部,对转子及定子造成影响,轻则使得风扇产生噪音,重则可能使得风扇停转。同时,灰尘的进入也大大降低了风扇的使用寿命。
为降低灰尘损害,业界出现了防尘环等一类防尘装置。防尘装置装设于风扇的风扇架及转子之间,用于防止灰尘由风扇架及转子之间的装配间隙进入转子内部。但是,增加防尘装置会使风扇成本提高。另外,由于防尘装置在制造及装配时,很可能存在误差。这种误差会导致防尘装置与转子产生磨擦,影响转子的正常转动。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种具有低成本防尘设计的风扇。
一种风扇,包括一风扇架、一定子以及一转子,所述风扇架包括外框及托座,所述定子装设于所述托座上方,所述转子包括转轴以及由上方罩住所述定子的转子外壳,所述转子外壳包括一顶板以及一由所述顶板向下垂直延伸出的空心圆柱形套筒,所述转轴由所述顶板中心向下垂直延伸出并可转动地装设于所述定子,所述转子外壳的套筒的下部延伸至所述托座的周侧,以将所述托座环绕包围,所述套筒下部与所述托座之间形成一环绕所述托座的装配间隙。
本发明风扇工作时,由于转子外壳的套筒的下部将托座环绕包围,使得风流难以与托座接触而反弹进入转子内部,从而割断了灰尘进入转子内部的最主要的途径,防尘效果显著。另外,本发明风扇无需额外安装防尘装置,防尘成本低廉,并且避免了防尘装置的制造误差及装配误差可能造成的对于转子的影响。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,在本发明的第一较佳实施方式中,风扇10包括一风扇架20以及装设于风扇架20内的一定子40与一转子60。
风扇架20为一体成型的塑件,包括位于***的外框21以及位于底部中央的托座23。
定子40装设于风扇架20的托座23。定子40包括电路板41、线圈43及固定卡子45。电路板41上设有控制电路,用于控制风扇10的转速。
转子60包括转轴61、转子外壳63、扇叶65及磁铁67。转子外壳63与转轴61一体成型。转子外壳63包括一圆形顶板631以及一由顶板631周缘向下垂直延伸出的空心圆柱形套筒633。转轴61由转子外壳63的顶板631的中心向下垂直延伸出。转轴61通过定子40的固定卡子45可转动地装设于定子40。转子外壳63由上方罩住定子40。转子外壳63的套筒633的下部延伸至托座23的周侧,以将托座23环绕包围。套筒633的下部与托座23之间还形成一环绕托座23的装配间隙80,使得转子外壳63不会接触托座23,从而保证转子60的正常转动。扇叶65由转子外壳63延伸出,并位于转子外壳63及风扇架20的外框21之间。磁铁67附着于转子外壳63的套筒633的内壁,并环绕定子40的线圈43设置。
传统风扇工作时,部分风流会经风扇架的托座反弹而进入转子内部。这是灰尘进入转子内部的最主要的途径。本发明风扇10工作时,由于转子外壳63的套筒633的下部将托座23环绕包围,使得风流难以与托座23接触而反弹进入转子60内部,从而割断了灰尘进入转子60内部的最主要的途径,防尘效果显著。
另外,装配间隙80的宽度最好在0.5毫米左右,这样可以在使转子60的外壳63不与托座23接触而保证转子60的正常转动的基础上,尽可能地降低灰尘进入转子60内部的可能性。
请参考图2,图2显示了本发明的第二较佳实施方式的风扇10a。风扇10a与风扇10的区别在于,风扇10a的托座23a的周侧壁上开设一环绕托座23a的环槽230a,风扇10a的转子60a的套筒633a的内壁对应延伸出一环形凸起635a并延伸至环槽230a内。环槽230a与环形凸起635a的设计可进一步阻隔灰尘进入转子60a内部。

Claims (3)

1.一种风扇,包括一风扇架、一定子以及一转子,所述风扇架包括外框及托座,所述定子装设于所述托座上方,所述转子包括转轴以及由上方罩住所述定子的转子外壳,所述转子外壳包括一顶板以及一由所述顶板向下垂直延伸出的空心圆柱形套筒,所述转轴由所述顶板中心向下垂直延伸出并可转动地装设于所述定子,其特征在于:所述转子外壳的套筒的下部延伸至所述托座的周侧,以将所述托座环绕包围,所述套筒的下部与所述托座之间形成一环绕所述托座的装配间隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其特征在于:所述装配间隙的宽度为0.5毫米。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的风扇,其特征在于:所述托座的周侧壁上开设一环槽,所述套筒的内壁对应延伸出一环形凸起并延伸至所述环槽内。
