Abstract

背景技术

发明内容
因此本发明的任务在于,提出一种双离合器,它允许从接合***到压板的刚性力传递。此外将提出一种成本持平或成本低的方案,其中包含部件的减少。
该任务将通过一个用于设有一个被构成空心轴的第一变速器输入轴及一个同心地导入在该第一变速器输入轴中的第二变速器输入轴的双离合器变速器的双离合器来解决,该双离合器由一个压合的第一及一个拉合的第二摩擦离合器组成并具有一个中央的、借助第一轴承可转动地支承在空心轴上的反压板及两个各相对反压板的一侧轴向上在中间各置有一个与各变速器输入轴无相对转动地连接的离合器从动盘的摩擦片的情况下可压紧的、与反压板无相对转动地连接的压板及一个静液力的接合***,该接合***具有一个围绕空心轴设置的缸壳及两个在该缸壳中为了相对反压板压紧压板在轴向上可相对移动的环形活塞,其解决方案为第一轴承轴向地固定在空心轴上及缸壳借助第二轴承轴向固定地并相对空心轴可转动地接收在该空心轴上。通过两个轴承轴向固定地设置可使接合***的缸壳轴向地支撑在第二轴承上,而压板轴向上支撑在第一轴承上,以致当摩擦离合器***作时在环形活塞,压板,反压板及缸壳之间的力传递通过空心轴形成闭合。以此方式可取消离合器盖并由此节约了材料、重量及成本以及轴向结构空间。在此情况下通常支撑在离合器盖上的或由它支承的构件、例如轴向可移动并无相对转动接收压板的板簧及无相对转动地连接在曲轴上或设置在其中间的飞轮质量部分可直接与反压板连接。
为了借助环形活塞加载压板设有相应的装置,例如在第一环形活塞与第一摩擦离合器的压板之间所设有的一个借助接合轴承转动脱耦的压力罐及在第二环形活塞与第二摩擦离合器的压板之间借助接合轴承脱耦的、穿过反压板的拉紧螺杆。
轴承被构成滚道轴承,4点轴承角接触球轴承等,它们能够旋转地接收轴向操作力。这些轴承和/或接合轴承最好用油脂来润滑。
双离合器连同接合***轴向固定地被接收在空心轴上。操作摩擦离合器所需的接合***的压力介质的供给通过相应的管路使可变化的、由控制单元测定并由相应阀控制的压力输送给接合***的接收缸及在一个容积控制***的情况下被导出。为了补偿变速器壳体与空心轴之间存在的间隙,在变速器壳体与缸壳之间的压力介质交换部分中设有一个轴向间隙补偿装置,它可通过轴向可相互移动的接插件或销来实现。输入管路或接合***以有利的方式防扭转,以防止例如由于接合轴承引起的拖动转矩。
具体实施方式
参照一个唯一的附图来详细描述本发明。该附图表示具有两个摩擦离合器3,4的双离合器1在旋转轴线2以上的部分视图这些摩擦离合器根据其操作与离合器从动盘5,6的摩擦片7,8形成摩擦配合,其中根据该摩擦配合将一个导入摩擦离合器3,4的转矩传递到变速器输入轴9,10上。变速器输入轴9被构成空心轴11,在其中同心地接收变速器输入轴10。
由未示出的内燃机的曲轴12提供的转矩通过飞轮13传递到双离合器1上。在此情况下为了补偿轴向间隙在飞轮13与反压板14之间设有一个齿结构15,该齿结构通过飞轮13的内齿及一个与分压板固定连接的齿结构部件35的外齿构成。在反压板14旁在其每一侧上借助未示出的板簧无相对转动地及轴向可移动地配置了压板16,17,这些压板可各将摩擦片7,8压紧到反压板上。该反压板借助轴承18可转动地支承在空心轴11上及轴向上在齿结构19与挡圈20之间固定地被接收在该空心轴上。
两个摩擦离合器3,4由接合***21来操作,该接合***的缸壳22被轴向上固定地设置在安装于空心轴11上的轴承23上。轴承23在轴向的两侧上借助挡圈24,25被接收在空心轴11上及由此在空心轴11上相对该空心轴可转动地并在轴向上固定地接收了接合***。在缸壳22上在相应的缸孔中配置了两个轴向上对立的并可在轴向上移动的环形活塞26,27,这些活塞通过接合轴承28,29在轴向上对摩擦离合器3的压力罐30或摩擦离合器4的拉紧螺杆31加载。为此环形活塞26,27借助压力介质相应地加载压力,该压力介质通过管路32由变速器壳体导入。
当环形活塞27被加载压力时该环形活塞通过压力介质轴向地支撑在缸壳22上,该缸壳通过轴向上固定的轴承23支撑在空心轴11上。该压力通过接合轴承29及压力罐30传递到压板16上,因此该压板轴向上被压紧到反压板14上,该反压板则通过轴承18轴向固定地支撑在空心轴11上,以致力传递通过空心轴闭合,其中轴承18,23轴向上相背着地受压及挡圈20,25被加载。
当环形活塞26被加载压力时该环形活塞通过压力介质支撑在缸壳22上,该缸壳通过螺栓33及止挡部件34支撑在轴承23上及由那里支撑在空心轴11上。环形活塞26通过接合轴承28使穿过反压板14的并以未示出的方式加载压板17的拉紧螺杆31移动,以致压板17相对反压板14轴向上被压紧。在此情况下该反压板通过轴向固定的轴承18支撑在空心轴11上,以致空心轴11又使力传递闭合。然而在摩擦离合器4***作时通过环形活塞32使两个轴承18,23轴向上相对着地受压,以致压紧力一方面通过齿结构19及另一方面由挡圈24接收。

3.根据权利要求1或2的双离合器(1),其特征在于:在第一环形活塞(27)与所述第一摩擦离合器(3)的压板(16)之间设有一个借助接合轴承(29)转动脱耦的压力罐(30)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项的双离合器(1),其特征在于:在第二环形活塞(26)与所述第二摩擦离合器(4)的压板(17)之间设有借助接合轴承(28)脱耦的、穿过所述反压板(14)的拉紧螺杆(31)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项的双离合器(1),其特征在于:所述轴承(18,23)被构成滚道轴承、4点轴承和/或角接触球轴承。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项的双离合器(1),其特征在于:所述接合轴承(28,29)和/或所述轴承(18,23)用油脂润滑。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项的双离合器(1),其特征在于:在所述变速器的变速器壳体与所述缸壳(22)之间的压力介质的交换包括一个轴向的间隙补偿。
