Abstract

本发明公开了一种使用寿命长且性能可靠的汽车离合器踏板机构。包括踏板、踏板柄、铰轴和油泵活塞杆,所述铰轴为阶梯轴,铰轴的粗轴上套装有轴承,踏板柄上部与轴承外圈焊接为一体,油泵活塞杆上端装在铰轴的细轴上,并与细轴旋转配合,铰轴两端旋有螺帽。本发明中铰轴为阶梯轴,轴承和油泵活塞杆分装在铰轴的不同轴段上,相互之间不发生磨擦;踏板柄上部与轴承外圈焊接为一体,使踏板柄不与铰轴发生直接关系,而是通过轴承与铰轴发生间接配合关系,因此,铰轴与踏板柄不会发生磨擦。由于轴承的作用,不但减小了磨擦力还减小了下踩踏板的阻力,使用寿命大大提高,离合器踏板机构的性能更加可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车离合器踏板机构。
背景技术
现有的汽车离合器踏板机构,主要由踏板、踏板柄、铰轴和油泵活塞杆组成,踏板柄上部设有轴孔,铰轴穿入该轴孔中。工作时,下踩踏板并带动踏板柄下移,使油泵活塞杆推动油泵工作。由于上述结构使踏板柄上的轴孔和铰轴发生磨擦,时间长后,轴孔磨得越来越大,影响了离合器的行程,往往造成离合不彻底,使挂档不顺畅,刚挂档时还常常出现熄火现象。长期使用对离合器片、压盘、变速箱等部件造成损坏,严重时易导致交通事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使用寿命长且性能可靠的汽车离合器踏板机构。
本发明的技术方案是:包括踏板、踏板柄、铰轴和油泵活塞杆,所述铰轴为阶梯轴,铰轴的粗轴上套装有轴承,踏板柄上部与轴承外圈焊接为一体,油泵活塞杆上端装在铰轴的细轴上,并与细轴旋转配合,铰轴两端旋有螺帽。
本发明的技术效果是:铰轴为阶梯轴,轴承和油泵活塞杆分装在铰轴的不同轴段上,相互之间不发生磨擦;踏板柄上部与轴承外圈焊接为一体,使踏板柄不与铰轴发生直接关系,而是通过轴承与铰轴发生间接配合关系,因此,铰轴与踏板柄不会发生磨擦。由于轴承的作用,不但减小了磨擦力还减小了下踩踏板的阻力,使用寿命大大提高,离合器踏板机构的性能更加可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。图1和图2所示,本发明包括踏板、踏板柄4、铰轴1和油泵活塞杆5,所述铰轴1为阶梯轴,铰轴1的粗轴上套装有轴承2,踏板柄4上部与轴承外圈焊接为一体,油泵活塞杆5上端装在铰轴1的细轴上,铰轴1两端旋有螺帽6。一般情况下,轴承外圈很难焊接,为解决此问题,可在轴承外圈上加套一个圈套3,圈套3与轴承外圈过盈配合,然后将踏板柄4上部与圈套3焊接为一体。为保险起见,可在踏板柄4上部设置轴孔,将其套装在铰轴1上,然后与圈套3焊为一体。这样焊点即使脱焊后,踏板柄4仍然套在铰轴1上,离合器踏板机构仍能正常工作,提高了行车时离合器操作的可靠性和安全性。操作过程如下:脚踩下踏板,踏板带动踏板柄4下移,踏板柄4带动轴承外圈旋转同时使铰轴1下移,装在铰轴1上的油泵活塞杆5同步下移,油泵活塞杆5的下端作用在油泵上开启相应工作。当回抬踏板时,整个过程与上述过程相反,在此不再赘述。在踏板踩踏和回抬过程中,还有一些***辅件的配合,如弹簧等,因这些结构均属现有技术,本行业普通技术人员均知晓,在此不再详述。

1.一种汽车离合器踏板机构,包括踏板、踏板柄(4)、铰轴(1)和油泵活塞杆(5),其特征在于:所述铰轴(1)为阶梯轴,铰轴(1)的粗轴上套装有轴承(2),踏板柄(4)上部与过盈配合在轴承外圈上的圈套(3)焊接为一体,油泵活塞杆(5)上端装在铰轴(1)的细轴上,并与细轴旋转配合,铰轴(1)两端旋有螺帽(6)。
