现有的增力机构往往结构不够简洁,或者增力效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种增力效果显著的垂直增力机构。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种垂直增力机构,包括动力机构,动力机构连有滑槽板,滑槽板连有垂直滑块,滑槽板上还连有直线导轨,直线导轨上设有左右滑块,通过支点固定的摆杆一端设有与垂直滑块配合的第一轴承滚子,另一端设有与左右滑块配合的第二轴承滚子,左右滑块上设有可与出力端配合的凸轮槽。
作为优选,所述动力机构为气缸或液压缸。
发明有益的效果是:本发明结构简洁合理,使用方便,增力效果显著,可广泛运用于电子、机械等多种领域。

实施例:如图1,这种垂直增力机构,包括动力机构1,如气缸或液压缸,动力机构1连有滑槽板9,滑槽板9连有垂直滑块2,滑槽板9上还连有直线导轨5,直线导轨5上设有左右滑块6,通过支点10固定的摆杆4一端设有与垂直滑块2配合的第一轴承滚子3,另一端设有与左右滑块6配合的第二轴承滚子11,左右滑块6上设有可与出力端7配合的凸轮槽8。
工作时,由气缸或者液压缸推动垂直滑块2向下滑动,垂直滑块2将第一滚子轴承3向下带动,从而使摆杆4作绕支点10摆动动作,摆杆4的另一端的第二滚子轴承11又水平方向的带动左右滑块6,左右滑块6上的凸轮槽8向下推动出力端7。整个垂直加力机构的加力倍数与摆杆4的摆动角度和左右滑块6上的凸轮槽8行程角度直接相关。

1.一种垂直增力机构,包括动力机构(1),其特征是:动力机构(1)连有滑槽板(9),滑槽板(9)连有垂直滑块(2),滑槽板(9)上还连有直线导轨(5),直线导轨(5)上设有左右滑块(6),通过支点(10)固定的摆杆(4)一端设有与垂直滑块(2)配合的第一轴承滚子(3),另一端设有与左右滑块(6)配合的第二轴承滚子(11),左右滑块(6)上设有可与出力端(7)配合的凸轮槽(8)。
