本发明属于医药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗颈椎病的药物。
背景技术
颈椎病是多种疾病的根源，随着现代社会生活节奏加快，工作方式变化，电脑、空调广泛应用，人们遭受风寒湿邪侵袭及屈颈几率都大幅度增加，造成颈椎病发病率不断上升，且发病年龄不断提前。
颈椎病又称颈椎综合征，是颈椎骨关节炎、增生性颈椎炎、颈神经根综合征、颈椎间盘脱出症的总称，是一种以退行性病理改变为基础的疾患。主要由于颈椎长期劳损、骨质增生，或椎间盘脱出、韧带增厚，致使颈椎脊髓、神经根或椎动脉受压，导致一系列功能障碍的临床综合征。表现为颈椎间盘退变本身及其继发性的一系列病理改变，如椎节失稳、松动；髓核突出或脱出；骨刺形成；韧带肥厚和继发的椎管狭窄等，刺激或压迫了邻近的神经根、脊髓、椎动脉及颈部交感神经等组织，并引起各种各样症状和体征的综合征。
针对颈椎病，目前有多种疗法。物理疗法有利用各种机械的牵引疗法、按摩疗法、热疗、磁疗等，效果不够理想，而治疗骨质增生的药品多为外用药，一般只能缓解症状，虽然也有内服药，但毒性大，不宜久服。所以，迫切需要疗效确切，毒副作用小，宜于长期服用的药物。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种效果显著、毒副作用小的治疗颈椎病的药物，用于颈椎骨质增生、颈椎病引起的四肢麻木、疼痛，活动受限等。
中医认为骨质增生多因年老体弱，气滞血瘀，湿热痰瘀阻于经脉骨节，气血不畅所致，以养血活血，益肾行气，祛风通络，除湿止痛为治疗原则。本发明基于中医对颈椎病的发病机理“百病皆生于痰，百病皆生于瘀”、“邪之所凑，其气必虚”、“痛则不通”，选用活血化瘀、养血行血、通络活络、祛风散寒、化痰胜湿、滋补肝肾、强壮筋骨、消炎祛肿的药物，以扶正祛邪、强阳壮骨、散瘀抗炎、改善血液循环、抑制消除水肿，从而达到治疗颈椎病的目的。
本发明治疗颈椎病的药物是经过发明人进行大量摸索总结得出的，是由下列重量份的原料药制成：黄芪15份，甘草10份，柴胡10份，麻黄10份，川芎10份，鸡血藤5份、红花5份，白首乌5份，郁金5份。
黄芪：补气固表，利尿托毒。
甘草：清热解毒，祛痰止咳。
柴胡：和解退热、疏肝解郁、升举阳气。
麻黄：发汗、平喘、利水。
川芎：活血行气，行气开郁，祛风止痛。
鸡血藤：补血，活血，通络。用于血虚萎黄，麻木瘫痪，风湿痹痛。
红花：用于活血通经，去瘀止痛。
白首乌：滋补强壮，养血补血，乌须黑发，收敛精气，生肌敛疮，润肠通便。 
郁金：行气化瘀，清心解郁，利胆退黄。
本发明有益效果：本发明的药物，有舒筋通络，缓急止痛之功效，用于颈椎骨质增生、颈椎病引起的四肢麻木、疼痛及活动受限，效果显著；且所用原料药均为中药，几乎无毒副作用，可以放心食用。
具体实施方式：
一种治疗颈椎病的药物，由以下原料药制备而成：
黄芪15份，甘草10份，柴胡10份，麻黄10份，川芎10份，鸡血藤5份、红花5份，白首乌5份，郁金5份。
制备方法：将上述原料药按重量份称好，放入10倍重量的水中熬制2-4小时，过滤掉药渣，浓缩滤液成干浸膏，粉碎，压制成片剂或者制成胶囊剂。
临床实验
1、一般资料
743例病人中，男性496例，女性247例，男女之比2：1，患病时间短者三个月，长者达5～6年。
、诊断标准
所有的患者均经过X光照片或CT检查确诊，并结合患者症状分析确诊。
、临床症状
在743例患者中，头晕188例，占25.30%；颈部活动受限肩痛234例，占31.50%；下肢行动困难13例，占1.75%；头昏呕吐17例，占2.29%，身软无力78例，占10.50%，下肢麻木213例，占28.66%。
、治疗法则和用药
根据中医辨证论治法则，结合现代医学科学的方法，以舒筋通络、缓急止痛的方法，采用本发明药物组合物的药物治疗一疗程三个月。
、疗效标准
疗效标准分4级：治愈、显效、有效、无效。
有效率=（治愈数+显效数+有效数）/患者例数*100%。

 7、结论
经过743例患者使用验证，治疗颈椎病的总有效率为94.89%，说明本发明药物对治疗颈椎病有显著疗效。

黄芪15份，甘草10份，柴胡10份，麻黄10份，川芎10份，
鸡血藤5份，红花5份，白首乌5份，郁金5份。
