本发明提供掺杂改性锆酸锶基中高压瓷介电容器材料,其特征在于由锆酸锶SrZrO360-64%、钛酸锶SrTiO320~24%、二氧化锰MnO24~8%、氧化镝Dy2O38-10%、锆酸钙CaZrO38-12%组成的掺杂改性锆酸锶基中高压瓷介电容器材料,上述各组份之和为100%,将锆酸锶SrZrO3、钛酸锶SrTiO3、二氧化锰MnO2、氧化镝Dy2O3、锆酸钙CaZrO3按配方比例混合后加入聚乙烯醇压制成型,然后在1250到1400摄氏度范围内烧结得到掺杂改性锆酸锶基中高压瓷介电容器材料,采用本配方,就可以使电容材料的介电常数增大为12800,耐压值19KV/mm,温度特性为Y5U,经济型掺杂改性锆酸锶基中高压瓷介电容器材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电容材料,尤其是高压陶瓷电容材料。
背景技术
而目前的高压电容多数是成本高,介电常数低,在耐压工作温度范围较低,在高温时温度变化率太高,不能满足在振荡回路里补偿正温度系数的要求和满足电子线路小型化的需求,且损耗值过大。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种经济的,介电常数的高压陶瓷电容材料。
掺杂改性锆酸锶基中高压瓷介电容器材料,其特征在于由锆酸锶SrZrO360-64%、钛酸锶SrTiO320~24%、二氧化锰MnO24~8%、氧化镝Dy2O38-10%、锆酸钙CaZrO38-12%组成的高压陶瓷电容器材料。
采用本配方,就可以使电容材料的介电常数增大为12800,耐压值19KV/mm,温度特性为Y5U,经济型中高压瓷介电容器材料。
具体实施方式
具体实施时,我们将锆酸锶SrZrO3、钛酸锶SrTiO3、二氧化锰MnO2、氧化镝Dy2O3、锆酸钙CaZrO3按配方比例混合后加入聚乙烯醇压制成型,然后在1250到1400摄氏度范围内烧结得到本配方陶瓷电容。
在配比时,我们将锆酸锶SrZrO3、钛酸锶SrTiO3、二氧化锰MnO2、氧化镝Dy2O3、锆酸钙CaZrO3按照配比搅拌球磨混合,用少量丙酮稀释,高速搅拌(7000r/min)20min,使无机材料充分分散,加入8%的聚乙烯醇进行喷雾造粒,然后置于130℃烘箱中1h,就可以得到本配方的电容器,其电容材料的介电常数增大为12800,耐压值19KV/mm,温度特性为Y5U,经济型中高压瓷介电容器材料。

1.掺杂改性锆酸锶基中高压瓷介电容器材料,其特征在于由锆酸锶SrZrO360-64%、钛酸锶SrTiO320~24%、二氧化锰MnO24~8%、氧化镝Dy2O38-10%、锆酸钙CaZrO38-12%组成的掺杂改性锆酸锶基中高压瓷介电容器材料,上述各组份之和为100%,将锆酸锶SrZrO3、钛酸锶SrTiO3、二氧化锰MnO2、氧化镝Dy2O3、锆酸钙CaZrO3按配方比例混合后加入聚乙烯醇压制成型,然后在1250到1400摄氏度范围内烧结得到掺杂改性锆酸锶基中高压瓷介电容器材料。
