Abstract
一种轴制动盘、特别是用于轨道车辆的轴制动盘,包括一摩擦环(1),该摩擦环借助螺钉(4)固定在轮毂(2)上,这些螺钉被引导穿过一贴靠在连接凸缘上的张紧环(5),这些连接凸缘设置在摩擦环(1)的内周上,该张紧环为螺钉(4)形成支座,所述轴制动盘这样构成,即所述张紧环(5)和轮毂(2)形锁合地相互接合。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1前序部分所述的轴制动盘、特别是用于轨道车辆的轴制动盘。
背景技术
这样的轴制动盘由DE 3814614A1已知。为了将摩擦环固定在轨道车辆的轮毂或轴上,设有设置在摩擦环的内周上并且径向向内延伸的连接凸缘,接合到轮毂中的螺钉被引导穿过所述连接凸缘。
在此,张紧环还应防止螺纹连接结构在相互连接的部件的位置改变时被加载弯曲载荷,螺钉被引导穿过所述张紧环并且螺钉以其头部或类似的部分支撑在其上。
经由特殊的一方面保持在轮毂中、另一方面接合到摩擦环中的锁紧元件,实现防止相对转动。这些锁紧元件用于传递制动力矩,同样如在摩擦环的连接凸缘与轮毂之间的存在的摩擦锁合(Reibschluss)那样。
而张紧环并不适合于传递制动力矩,因为螺钉以一定的间隙不仅被引导穿过张紧环、而且被引导穿过连接凸缘。
这导致,确保了张紧环的在摩擦环由热量引起而膨胀时通过张紧环不足够的对中,由此得到螺钉的附加的弯曲应力。
除了这些功能缺陷之外,在制造轴制动盘时也得到不利的成本结构,特别是由于要制造成专用零件的锁紧元件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,进一步开发所述类型的轴制动盘,使得其功能可靠性和其寿命得以改善以及更经济的制造是可能的。
所述目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的轴制动盘来实现。
通过张紧环和轮毂的形锁合的(formschlüssig)相互接合,使张紧环可靠地对中,亦即即使当摩擦环由于由热量引起的径向膨胀而不为张紧环提供径向支撑时亦如此。
在这种情况下,张紧环通过轮毂得以保持,优选在张紧环上一体成型的形锁合部件接合到该轮毂中,例如作为爪,这些爪***轮毂的端侧的凹槽中。
在此设有至少三个爪和相应的凹槽,它们分别径向地朝向中心轴线定向。
张紧环与轮毂的就此而言防止相对转动的连接也能实现将制动力矩传递到轮毂上,其中这经由张紧环摩擦锁合地贴靠在摩擦环上来实现。
除了所描述的纯功能优点外,本发明的突出之处特别是在于其制造技术上的实现,因为可以放弃使用对于现有技术描述的、迄今必需的锁紧元件,目前为止利用这些锁紧元件在轮毂和摩擦环之间建立防止相对转动。
因为这些锁紧元件必须精确配合地存在,所以它们仅能以相应的耗费来制造,现在可以放弃该耗费。
通过张紧环的在每种运行状态中被确保的对中,避免了螺钉的附加的弯曲应力,如其目前会出现的那样。
自然,这总体上不仅导致轴制动盘的功能可靠性,而是也导致提高寿命,因为现在实际上排除了螺钉疲劳断裂的危险。
形锁合元件、特别是所述的卡锁入轮毂凹槽中的爪优选以相等的角间距设置在张紧环上,由此得到了均匀的并且因而优化的力导入。
本发明的其他有利的构成在诸从属权利要求中给出。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出一轴制动盘,该轴制动盘具有一摩擦环1,该摩擦环通过螺钉4与一轮毂2相连接。
在此,这些螺钉4旋入在端侧设置在轮毂2中的螺纹孔9中,而它们以其杆被引导穿过摩擦环9的通孔10和一张紧环5的通孔8(图4),该张紧环贴靠在摩擦环1的连接凸缘3上并且更确切地说贴靠在与轮毂2相对置的一侧上。
该张紧环5为螺钉4、亦即其头部形成支座,摩擦环1通过该支座被压靠到轮毂2上。
摩擦环1的这些连接凸缘3均匀地分布在该摩擦环的内周上并且径向向内延伸。
按照本发明,张紧环5和轮毂2形锁合地彼此接合。为此,一体地构成的张紧环5在本实施例中具有四个、优选一体成型的爪6,这些爪分别凸块式地构成并且平行于中心轴线X延伸。这些彼此间以相等的角间距设置的爪6接合到与之匹配的凹槽7中,这些凹槽在端侧在轮毂2中制出,其中轮毂7与螺纹孔9相邻。
为了实现张紧环5的在每种运行状态中力求的对中,必须设置至少三个爪,这些爪也应以彼此间相等的角间距设置,以将制动力矩均匀地从摩擦环1传递到轮毂2上。
代替凸块式的爪6,当然也可想到其他几何形状。重要的是,在张紧环5和轮毂2之间在圆周上并且在径向上形成形锁合。
在此,如提到的那样,各爪6可以一体成型在张紧环5上;但也可想到,此外将这些爪作为独立的部件与张紧环5固定地连接。
当然原则上轮毂也可以代替凹槽7而设有爪或者其他构型的突起,这些爪或突起接合到张紧环5的匹配的凹槽或类似的凹陷中。
Claims (11)
1.轴制动盘、特别是用于轨道车辆的轴制动盘,包括一摩擦环(1),该摩擦环借助螺钉(4)固定在轮毂(2)上,这些螺钉被引导穿过一贴靠在连接凸缘(3)上的张紧环(5),这些连接凸缘设置在摩擦环(1)的内周上,该张紧环为螺钉(4)形成支座,其特征在于,所述张紧环(5)和轮毂(2)形锁合地相互接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴制动盘,其特征在于,所述轮毂(2)和张紧环(5)在它们的面向彼此的侧面上设有多个对应的突起和凹陷。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴制动盘,其特征在于,所述突起构成为爪(6),这些爪接合到凹槽(7)中。
4.根据上述权利要求之任一项所述的轴制动盘,其特征在于,所述爪(6)设置在张紧环(5)上,而所述凹槽(7)设置在轮毂(2)的面向的端侧上。
5.根据上述权利要求之任一项所述的轴制动盘,其特征在于,所述爪(6)凸块式地构成并且平行于中心轴线(X)延伸。
6.根据上述权利要求之任一项所述的轴制动盘,其特征在于,所述爪(6)被引导穿过在两个连接凸缘(3)之间形成的空间。
7.根据上述权利要求之任一项所述的轴制动盘,其特征在于,所述张紧环(5)和轮毂(2)的突起或凹陷以相等的角间距设置。
8.根据上述权利要求之任一项所述的轴制动盘,其特征在于,设有至少三个相互对应的形锁合件。
9.根据上述权利要求之任一项所述的轴制动盘,其特征在于,所述爪(6)一体成型在张紧环(5)上。
10.根据上述权利要求之任一项所述的轴制动盘,其特征在于,所述爪(6)作为独立的部件固定地与张紧环(5)相连接。
11.根据上述权利要求之任一项所述的轴制动盘,其特征在于,所述突起和凹陷相对于中心轴线(X)沿径向延伸。
