Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车用轮胎,尤其涉及一种改进了胎唇部的汽车用轮胎。本发明的目的在于,通过将钢丝以螺旋钢丝的方式卷绕在由多根钢丝重叠而成的钢丝圈束的外周上来形成胎唇芯,使胎体帘线插在以螺旋方式卷绕的钢丝的各个间隙中以扩大胎唇部的芯与胎体帘线的接触面积,因此,即使对轮胎施加强的内压,胎体也不会从胎唇芯滑落,从而防止因胎体的分离造成的胎唇部的破损。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车用轮胎,尤其涉及一种改进了胎唇部的汽车用轮胎。
背景技术
轮胎被构成为:以胎体为骨架;在胎体的中央部形成有环带层;在环带层上设置有胎面胶层;在胎面胶层的两侧设置有胎侧胶层;并在胎侧胶层的两端设置有胎唇部,并且,轮胎是以这样的结构为基本要素而构成的:在胎唇部中,在由多根钢丝重叠而成的胎唇芯中设置有胎唇填充条,胎唇芯和胎唇填充条由胎体包围。但是,在这种现有的轮胎中,存在这样的问题:由于包围胎唇芯的胎体无法承受轮胎内压而从胎唇芯滑落,导致胎唇部破损。
为此,提出过一种通过使包围胎唇芯的胎体反包(Turn up)端部与胎体接合以防止胎体端部分离的轮胎(韩国专利申请第10-2001-7007967号)。可是,在这种技术中,难以在对长时间在恶劣条件下行驶的轮胎施加强的内压时,期待防止分离的效果。其后,还提出过一种轮胎(韩国专利申请第10-2006-0058268号),其设置有将包围胎唇芯的胎体端部压迫在胎唇芯上的压迫芯,而压迫芯具有将胎体端部压迫在胎唇芯上的胎唇部。可是,虽然这种轮胎的胎体的防止分离的效果好,但却存在制造困难的缺点。
发明内容
为了解决上述的问题,本发明的目的在于提供这样一种轮胎:包围胎唇芯的胎体即使在恶劣条件下长时间行驶而对轮胎施加强的内压,胎体也不会从胎唇芯滑落而分离,并且制造简单。
为了解决上述的问题,本发明提供一种轮胎,在形成胎唇芯时,通过将钢丝以螺旋方式卷绕在由多根钢丝重叠而成的钢丝圈(wire ring)束的外周上形成胎唇芯,使包围胎唇芯的胎体的帘线插在以螺旋方式卷绕的钢丝的各个间隙的槽中,从而扩大胎唇部的芯与胎体帘线的接触面积。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种改进了胎唇部的汽车用轮胎,其结构为:以胎体为骨架;在胎体的中央部形成有环带层;在环带层上设置有胎面胶层;在胎面胶层的两侧设置有胎侧胶层;在胎侧胶层的两端设置有胎唇部,在胎唇部中,在由多根钢丝重叠而成的钢丝圈(wire ring)构成的胎唇芯中设置有胎唇填充条,胎唇芯和胎唇填充条由胎体包围,其特征在于,胎唇芯由通过合并多根钢丝圈(wire ring)而形成的钢丝圈束和以螺旋方式卷绕在钢丝圈束的外周上的钢丝6构成。下面,通过附图对本发明进行说明。
本发明提供一种汽车用轮胎,其结构为:以胎体1为骨架;在胎体1的中央部形成有环带层2;在环带层2上设置有胎面胶层3;在胎面胶层3的两侧设置有胎侧胶层4;在胎侧胶层4的两端设置有胎唇部5,在胎唇部中,在由合并多根钢丝圈(wire ring)而成的钢丝圈束51所构成的胎唇芯上设置有胎唇填充条52,胎唇芯和胎唇填充条52由胎体1包围,其特征在于,胎唇芯由钢丝圈束51和以螺旋方式卷绕在钢丝圈束51的外周上的钢丝6构成。
另外,本发明提供一种轮胎,其中,通过使卷绕钢丝圈束51的钢丝6的螺距数与胎体1的帘线数一致而使胎体1的各个帘线11位于钢丝6的螺距之间。
在制造轮胎时,制造生胎,然后将生胎装入加硫模具中并在生胎的内部设置气袋,通过使气袋膨胀而使生胎对应于模具的形状来成形,其中生胎是以下述结构为基本要素而形成的:以胎体为骨架,在胎体的中央部形成环带层,在环带层上设置胎面胶层,在胎面胶层的两侧设置胎侧胶层,在胎侧胶层的两端设置胎唇部,在胎唇部中,在由多根钢丝重叠而成的胎唇芯上设置有胎唇填充条,胎唇芯和胎唇填充条由胎体包围;但在本发明中,在形成胎唇芯时,是将钢丝以螺旋方式卷绕在由多根钢丝重叠而成的钢丝圈(wire ring)束的外周上来形成胎唇芯,如果在上述的加硫工序中,胎体因气袋的膨胀力而被拉伸,则会使得构成胎体的各个帘线***所述的以螺旋方式卷绕的钢丝的各个间隙中。因此,结果扩大了胎体的帘线与胎唇芯的接合面积,并且增强了胎唇芯与胎体帘线的摩擦力,从而降低了胎体的分离,这种分离的降低具有减少因胎唇部的破损而引起的损坏的效果。

Claims (2)

1.一种改进了胎唇部的汽车用轮胎,其结构为,以胎体为骨架,在胎体的中央部形成有环带层,在环带层上设置有胎面胶层,在胎面胶层的两侧设置有胎侧胶层,在胎侧胶层的两端设置有胎唇部,在胎唇部中,在由合并多根钢丝圈而构成的胎唇芯中设置有胎唇填充条,胎唇芯和胎唇填充条由胎体包围,其特征在于,
胎唇芯由通过合并多根钢丝圈而形成的钢丝圈束和以螺旋方式卷绕在钢丝圈束的外周上的钢丝构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的改进了胎唇部的汽车用轮胎,其特征在于,卷绕钢丝圈的钢丝的螺距数与胎体的帘线数一致,胎体的各个帘线位于钢丝的螺距之间。
