Abstract

一种具有多个各换向器端子与转子绕组相连的换向片和一个接到各换向片的火花猝熄电阻器的小型电动机,这些换向片系配置在一个固定装配到电动机转轴的绝缘圆筒上;该小型电动机具有这样的结构:在其绝缘圆筒上装一个圆盘形导电橡皮环,使该圆盘形环的端面与换向片上的换向器端子接触;导电橡皮环借助于热量与换向器端子紧密接触。

Description

本发明总的说来是关于小型电动机,更详细地说,是关于一种在各换向片上接上电阻器、适宜抑制多个换向片和电刷之间产生火花的小型电动机。
在各换向片上接上电阻器能猝熄火花以抑制多个换向片和电刷之间产生火花的小型电动机,一般说来,是众所周知的。
有一种大家熟知的猝熄换向片和电刷之间火花的装置是利用一个环形电阻器,这种环形电阻器是将数目同转子磁极一样多的厚膜电阻器配置在一个环形印刷电路板上,毗邻的厚膜电阻器,譬如说,与铜箔相连接,铜箔则又焊接到换向片上。但这种装置需要将环形电阻器焊接到各换向片上,除了环形电阻器价钱高之外,也使制造成本增加。
为了省去上述的焊接,一种用以猝熄上述火花的布置是采用导电橡皮,这种橡皮利用其自身的弹性而压在换向片上。可是,采用这种布置,电导橡皮和换向片之间的电连接总是不稳定的。
另一种普通的火花猝熄装置是将转子绕组接到与换向片是一个整体的换向器端子上,再用导电粘结剂将短圆柱形导电橡皮粘附到换向器端子上,将换向器端子遮上。这种装置也牵涉到将环形导电橡皮粘附到换向器上所需用的导电粘合剂这个多余的问题。
本发明是要解决上述问题。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种各换向片上接有一个火花猝熄电阻器的小型电动机,该小型电动机具有这样的结构:圆盘形导电橡皮环固定装配到绝缘圆筒上,使圆盘形橡皮环端面与换向片上的换向器端子接触;导电橡皮环借助热量与换向器端子紧密接触。
本发明的另一个目的是提供制造上述这种小型电动机的方法。
图1是体现本发明的一个换向器的侧视图。
图2是说明图1所示实施例装配过程的辅助示意图;图2(A)是说明装配程序的辅助示意图;图2(B)是本发明使用导电橡皮环的透视图;图2(C)是本发明使用的换向片的透视图。
图3是表示各换向片间电阻值随时间变化的曲线图。
图4是本发明的另一个实施例。
在图1至图3中,编号1是指电动机转轴;2是固定装配到电动机转轴1的绝缘圆筒;2′是在绝缘圆筒2上以凸出方式形成的突缘;3是一个其内径正好可以套到绝缘圆筒2上的导电橡皮环;4是换向片;4′是和换向片4形成一个整体的换向器端子,转子绕组即接到此换向器端子上;5是用以固定分别被配置在绝缘圆筒2上的换向片4的绝缘垫圈。
图1是本发明小型电动机所用的一个换向器实例的示意图,火花猝熄导电橡皮环3按一定的程序装配(稍后即将介绍)安装,使自身与各换向器端子4′接触。因此,当转子绕组(图中未示出)用点焊或烙铁焊焊接到换向器端子4′时,点焊或烙铁焊产生的热量促使导电橡皮环3与换向器端子4′的接触面熔化或软化,从而使导电橡皮环3与换向器端子4′紧密接触。换向话说,火花猝熄导电橡皮环3与换向器端子4′之间的电气联接是在转子绕组焊接到换向器端子上的过程中自动进行的,无需特意将导电橡皮环3与换向器端子4′连接起来。图1是本发明装配好的换向器,为便于理解本发明的内容,这里参照图2(A)至2(C)介绍图1实施例的装配过程。
在图2(A)中,先是把绝缘圆筒2固定装配到电动机的转轴1上。然后将图2(B)所示的由导电橡皮制成环形的导电橡皮环3装配到绝缘圆筒2上,并使它朝箭头所示的方向滑动,直至它与绝缘圆筒2上的凸缘2′接触为止。下一步是将图2(C)所示的换向片4配置在绝缘圆 筒2上,使与换向片4形成一个整体的换向器端子4′与导电橡皮环3接触。这时将绝缘垫圈5压装到换向片4上,直至换向器端子4′与导电橡皮环3接触为止。
图1所示的实施例系参照图2按以上介绍的装配过程进行装配的。由于绝缘垫圈5使换向器端子4′一直紧压导电橡皮环3,因此换向器端子4′与导电橡皮环3之间的电气联接必然是在上述诸转子绕组焊接到换向器4′过程中所产生的热的作用下完成的。
现在就本发明各换向器端子之间电阻值随时间的变化参照下面的表一和图3加以说明。
表一是在50℃环境温度和95%相对温度下在各换向器之间测出的电阻值。图3是按表一所示结果描出的曲线图。在表中和图中,(A)表示用本发明测定的结果,(B)表示用一般方法测定的结果,其中导电橡皮环系本说明书开始所述的那种导电橡皮环,(C)表示用上述一般方法测定的结果,其中不用导电粘合剂进行连接。表一在括弧中的数值表示以100为初始电阻值的各项规一化电阻值。图3中的纵坐标表示上述规一化数值,横坐标表示历时时间。
表一和图3清楚地表明了本发明火花猝熄装置的电阻值随时间变化的优异的稳定性。

图4是本发明的另一个实施例,图中与图1相同的各编号表示与图1相同的相应部件。在图4中,换向器端子4′系夹在凸缘2′与导电橡皮环3之间。在这种情况下,转子绕组焊接到换向器端子过程中所产生的热量使导电橡皮环3的端面与换向器端子4′紧密接触。换向话说,在图4所示的实施例中,换向器端子4′系夹在凸缘2′与导电橡皮环3之间,而在图1所示的实施例中,换向器端子4′则系夹在导电橡皮环3与绝缘垫圈5之间。图1和图4所示的实施例具有共同点:两者都是利用热量使各换向器端子4′与导电橡皮环3紧密接触。因此,图4所示的实施例与图1所示的实施例具有相同的特点。
如上所述,本发明使火花猝熄导电橡皮环与各换向器端子之间可以有效地进行电气联接,利用价廉的导电橡皮件为小型电动机提供一种成本低的稳定火花猝熄装置。

Claims (2)

1、一种小型电动机,具有多个其换向器端子与转子绕组相连接的换向片,这些换向片系配置在一个固定装配到电动机转轴上的绝缘圆筒上;各所说的换向片有一个径向延伸的换向器端子,其特征在于,所说的绝缘圆筒上装有一个圆盘形导电橡皮环,使所说的导电橡皮环的一个端面与所说诸换向片的所说换向器端子接触;使所述换向器端子压在所述导电橡皮环的所述一个端面上;所说的导电橡皮环藉热量与所说的各换向器端子熔化接触。
2、一种制造小型电动机的方法,该小型电动机具有多个其换向器端子与转子绕组相连接的换向片,这些换向片系配置在一个固定装配到电动机转轴的绝缘圆筒上,各所述换向片有一个径向延伸的换向器端子,其特征在于,把一个导电橡皮环装到所述电动机转轴上,使所述换向器端子与所述导电橡皮环一个端面相接触,然后利用在转子绕组焊接到所述换向器端子过程中所产生的热量使所述导电橡皮环与所述各换向器端子熔化接触。
