Abstract

发明内容

锁定环位于杆状构件上,并且锁定环的尺寸被确定以使得锁定环置于内周凹槽中或者使内周凹槽和外周凹槽桥接。锁定环具有缺口。锁定环还具有接纳在圆筒式联动装置的槽口中的径向锚固延伸部,因而防止锁定环旋转。夹紧环位于内周凹槽中并与锁定环同轴。夹紧环具有与凹陷相对的间隙,以使得夹紧环的受限旋转不干扰锁定环的锚固延伸部。夹紧环的内表面和锁定环的外表面被配置以使得夹紧环在一个方向上的旋转使锁定环压紧以及夹紧环在另一个方向上的旋转允许锁定环展开。往复运动的释放机构导致夹紧环在夹紧状态与松开状态之间旋转。
简单地说,根据本发明的优选实施方式,提供了一种用于使圆筒式联动装置在杆状构件上夹紧和释放的夹紧及快速释放机构。圆筒式联动装置在内表面上设有内周凹槽,杆状构件在朝向内周凹槽的外表面上设有外周凹槽。
锁定环位于杆状构件上,并且锁定环的尺寸被确定以使得锁定环接纳在内周凹槽中或者使得锁定环将内周凹槽与外周凹槽桥接。锁定环具有缺口并具有邻近缺口的径向延伸突起。锁定环还具有径向锚固延伸部,所述径向锚固延伸部与缺口一般地相对以被接纳在位于圆筒式联动装置中的槽口中,因而防止锁定环旋转。锁定环具有位于锚固延伸部与缺口之间的径向压紧突起。夹紧环位于内周凹槽中并与锁定环同轴。夹紧环在内表面上具有第一凹陷,当夹紧环旋转为与缺口的端部对准时,第一凹陷用于接纳位于锁定环上且邻近缺口的突起。位于夹紧环的内表面上的第二凹陷和第三凹陷与压紧突起对准。夹紧环具有与凹陷相对的间隙,使得夹紧环的受限旋转不干扰锁定环的锚固延伸部。位于锁定环上的突起和位于夹紧环上的凹陷被布置以使得当夹紧环旋转时突起与凹陷不对准,导致锁定环径向向内压紧。
释放机构导致夹紧环在夹紧状态与松开状态之间旋转。释放机构包括驱动突起和拉杆,驱动突起从夹紧环径向向外延伸,拉杆在圆筒式在联动装置中的孔内滑动,并且拉杆在一端枢转地连接到驱动突起,从而拉杆的往复运动使夹紧环在内周凹槽内旋转。当内周凹槽与外周凹槽重新对准时,拉杆由弹簧偏置以使夹紧环旋转到夹紧状态。

具体实施方式
现在参照图1和图2,其中示出了用于将圆筒式联动装置10与杆状构件12夹紧的夹紧及快速释放机构。圆筒式联动装置可由驻车制动器弹簧偏置以应用驻车制动器,如Cathcart等人的第5,937,974号美国专利中所示的套筒21。杆状构件12可连接到制动装置以应用制动蹄,如Cathcart等人的专利中所示的中间套筒42。当杆状构件12从圆筒式联动装置被释放时,允许相对轴向运动。在Cathcart等人的专利中,套筒21和中间套筒42的相对轴向移动允许制动蹄回退。
圆筒式联动装置10在内表面上设有内周凹槽14,杆状构件12在朝向内周凹槽的外表面上设有外周凹槽16。当圆筒式联动装置与杆状构件夹紧在一起时,两凹槽对准。在松开之后,凹槽不再必须对准。凹槽为环形并且通常具有如图3和图4中所示的部分矩形的横截面。
锁定环18邻近杆状构件12设置,并且锁定环18的尺寸被确定以使得锁定环18置于内周凹槽14中或者使得锁定环18将内周凹槽与外周凹槽桥接。锁定环18具有缺口并具有与该缺口邻近的径向延伸突起20、22。锁定环18还具有径向锚固延伸部24,径向锚固延伸部24一般地与缺口相对以被接纳在位于圆筒式联动装置中的槽口26中,从而防止锁定环旋转。锁定环还具有位于锚固延伸部与缺口之间的径向压紧突起30、32。
夹紧环28位于内周凹槽14中并与锁定环18同轴。夹紧环28在内表面上具有第一凹陷34,当夹紧环旋转为与缺口的端部对准并且夹紧被释放时,该第一凹陷34用于接纳位于锁定环18上且邻近缺口的突起20、22。当夹紧被释放时,位于内表面上的第二凹陷36和第三凹陷38分别与压紧突起30和32对准。夹紧环具有与凹陷相对的间隙40,以使得夹紧环的受限旋转不干扰锁定环的锚固延伸部。位于锁定环上的突起和位于夹紧环上的凹陷被布置以使得当夹紧环旋转时突起与凹陷不对准,导致锁定环径向向内压紧。
释放机构42导致夹紧环28在夹紧状态与松开状态之间旋转。释放机构包括驱动突起44和拉杆46,驱动突起44从夹紧环径向向外延伸,拉杆46在圆筒式联动装置中的孔内滑动并在一端枢转地附接至驱动突起,从而拉杆的往复运动使夹紧环在内周凹槽14内旋转。当内凹槽与外凹槽重新对准时,拉杆由弹簧48偏置以使夹紧环旋转到夹紧状态。
参照图2,通过以下方式产生释放:将拉杆46向如图所示的右侧的拉动以使夹紧环在如图所示的顺时针方向上旋转,从而使凹陷34、36和38移动为与突起20、22、30、32对准。这样允许锁定环远离位于杆状构件上的外凹槽16径向地展开。
参照图1,当内凹槽与外凹槽重新对准时,弹簧48使拉杆46向如图所示的左侧移动并使夹紧环在如图所示的逆时针方向上旋转。这样导致突起30、32将锁定环18推到外凹槽中。然后,锁定环将内凹槽与外凹槽桥接,防止圆筒式联动装置和杆状构件的相对轴向运动。
外凹槽和内凹槽具有部分矩形的横截面且具有相同的轴向宽度。锁定环和夹紧环也具有部分矩形的横截面并且其轴向宽度略小于凹槽的轴向宽度。
这样,在已通过专利法所要求的细节和特征对本发明进行说明的情况下,期望由专利特许证所保护的范围记载在所附的权利要求书中。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于使圆筒式联动装置与杆状构件夹紧和释放的夹紧及快速释放机构,所述夹紧及快速释放机构包括:
所述圆筒式联动装置,其具有内周凹槽,所述内周凹槽设置在所述圆筒式联动装置的内表面中;
所述杆状构件,其具有外周凹槽,所述外周凹槽设置在所述杆状构件的在夹紧过程中朝向所述内周凹槽的外表面上;
锁定环,其位于所述杆状构件上,并且所述锁定环的尺寸被确定以使得所述锁定环装配在所述内周凹槽中或者使得所述锁定环将内周凹槽与外周凹槽桥接,所述锁定环具有缺口,并且所述锁定环具有径向锚固延伸部,所述径向锚固延伸部被接纳在位于所述圆筒式联动装置中的槽口中以防止所述锁定环旋转;
夹紧环,其位于所述内周凹槽中并与所述锁定环同轴,所述夹紧环具有与凹陷相对的间隙以使得所述夹紧环的受限旋转不干扰所述锁定环的锚固延伸部;
所述夹紧环的内表面和所述锁定环的外表面,所述夹紧环的内表面和所述锁定环的外表面被设置以使得所述夹紧环在一个方向上的旋转使所述锁定环压紧以及夹紧环在另一方向上的旋转允许锁定环展开;以及
使所述夹紧环在夹紧状态与松开状态之间旋转的装置。
2.一种用于使圆筒式联动装置与杆状构件夹紧和释放的夹紧及快速释放机构,所述夹紧及快速释放机构包括:
所述圆筒式联动装置,其具有内周凹槽,所述内周凹槽设置在所述圆筒式联动装置的内表面中;
所述杆状构件,其具有外周凹槽,所述外周凹槽设置在所述杆状构件的在夹紧过程中朝向所述内周凹槽的外表面上;
锁定环,其位于所述杆状构件上,并且所述锁定环的尺寸被确定以使得所述锁定环装配在所述内周凹槽中或者使得所述锁定环将内周凹槽与外周凹槽桥接,所述锁定环具有缺口并具有邻近所述缺口的径向延伸突起,所述锁定环具有径向锚固延伸部,所述径向锚固延伸部与所述缺口一般地相对并且被接纳在位于所述圆筒式联动装置中的槽口中以防止所述锁定环旋转,所述锁定环具有位于所述锚固延伸部与所述缺口之间的径向压紧突起;
