本发明涉及一种电瓶叉车,尤其涉及一种手推式高效节能叉车提升机构,它至少包括手推叉车体、连接在手推叉车体前端的叉头架、叉头和导向架,叉头架与导向架通过导向槽滑动连接,水平一左一右的两个叉头通过叉车门架与叉头架滑动连接,导向架与手推叉车体底盘固定,叉头架在传动带/链带动下沿导向架在导向槽上下滑动称动,其特征是:横向升降杆下端垂直与电动缸的推杆固定连接,电动缸固定在导向架中心左右对称位置。它采用电动滚珠丝杠代替电瓶叉车的车叉驱动油缸、前大臂转动油缸、转向油缸、车叉横向移动油缸等液压油缸的电瓶叉车。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电瓶叉车,尤其涉及一种手推式高效节能叉车提升机构。
背景技术
目前的手推式叉车提升机构由车叉驱动油缸驱动。在叉车工作时,电动机带动液压泵转动,再由液压管路连接到各油缸,并用手动及电动阀控制油路。但现有液压***存在以下问题:
1、液压管路连接复杂且易产生漏油以及***安装不方便。
2、液压传动效率低,所以电瓶叉车一般都采用单独的电机来驱动液压泵。由于液压泵的工作原理与制作工艺使得***的工作效率较低,造成能源的浪费。
3、液压***带来叉车整体的效率下降、可靠性降低、运行噪音大、能耗增加,制造成本高,***复杂安装难度大。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种手推式高效节能叉车提升机构,以解决现有电瓶叉车因采用液压驱动***所带来的安装不方便、传动效率低、使用寿命低、运行噪音大、可靠性低的技术问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种手推式高效节能叉车提升机构,它至少包括手推叉车体、连接在手推叉车体前端的叉头架、叉头和导向架,叉头架与导向架通过导向槽滑动连接,水平一左一右的两个叉头通过叉车门架与叉头架滑动连接,导向架与手推叉车体底盘固定,叉头架在传动带/链带动下沿导向架在导向槽上下滑动称动,两条传动带/链一端与叉头架固定,另一端固定在手推叉车体上,两条传动带/链中间通过横向升降杆过渡活动连接,其特征是:横向升降杆下端垂直与电动缸的推杆固定连接,电动缸固定在导向架中心左右对称位置。
所述的电动缸包括电动机、齿轮副、齿轮箱、传动轴、传动轴承和推杆,电动机通过变速器或直接连接齿轮副,齿轮副固定在齿轮箱内,齿轮副同时连接传动轴,传动轴与传动轴承轴承连接,齿轮副使传动轴和电动机轴构成平行结构。电动缸与手推叉车体的操作机构连接,通过操作机构控制推杆启动、停止、伸出、缩回。
所述的导向架内的电动缸为两组,垂直树立在导向架左右框架之间,两组电动缸的左电动缸和右电动缸均衡布置,左电动缸和右电动缸的左推杆、右推杆与横向升降杆垂直连接。
所述的电动缸内有位置传感器;位置传感器是磁感应传感器或光电传感器,位置传感器的输出信号送入操作机构;操作机构驱动执行机构确保电动缸的推杆伸缩位置,达到控制叉头的升高位置。
所述的推杆是电动滚珠丝杠,或是电动滚珠丝杠的连接体,沿推杆直线移动方向有位置传感器用于置位位置传感器。
本发明具有的优点是:
1、本发明手推叉车由于整个驱动***采用多个电机分别驱动和控制,使得***效率高,且***在不行走或不提升时几乎不消耗能量。
2、本发明手推叉车各电动滚珠丝杠缸的位置反馈机构将实时检测到的电动滚珠丝杠的位置传送到叉车控制***。叉车控制***将一次的叉起物体的高度、后方向轮的旋转角度、行走距离、堆卸物体的高度、位置、行走路线记录储存下来。通过操作人员的设置后,全电动叉车可根据自动不同的叉起物体的高度与堆卸物体的高度按原路线进行程序化无人工作。
3、本发明的电动滚珠丝杠缸具有工作行程与工作速度精确可控、可靠性高、不会产生漏油、***安装方便的优点。采用滚珠丝杠副或滑动丝杠副进行运动转换,具有转换效率高、使用寿命长的优点。
4、本发明的电动滚珠丝杠缸运行噪音低,对环境无污染。制造成本低。
5、本发明的电动滚珠丝杠缸具有制造的一致性好、便于更换维修的优点。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1、图2所示,一种手推式高效节能叉车提升机构,它至少包括手推叉车体17、连接在手推叉车体17前端的叉头架1、叉头2和导向架6,叉头架1与导向架6通过导向槽19滑动连接,水平一左一右的两个叉头2通过叉车门架3与叉头架1滑动连接,导向架6与手推叉车体17底盘固定,叉头架1在传动带/链4带动下沿导向架6在导向槽19上下滑动称动,两条传动带/链4一端与叉头架1固定,另一端固定在手推叉车体17上,两条传动带/链4中间通过横向升降杆5过渡活动连接,横向升降杆5下端垂直与电动缸9的推杆7固定连接,电动缸9固定在导向架6中心左右对称位置。
如图3所示,电动缸9包括电动机23、齿轮副21、齿轮箱24、传动轴25、传动轴承26和推杆7,电动机23输出轴连接齿轮副21,或通过变速器22连接齿轮副21,齿轮副21固定在齿轮箱24内,齿轮副21同时连接传动轴25,传动轴25与传动轴承26轴承连接,齿轮副21使传动轴25和电动机23轴构成平行结构。电动缸9与电动缸控制器18电连接,座落在电动缸座8上,通过电动缸控制器18控制推杆7启动、停止、伸出、缩回。
实施例2
如图4所示,为了增强叉车的驱动力和平衡性,导向架6内的电动缸9为两组,垂直树立在导向架6左右框架之间,两组电动缸的左电动缸13和右电动缸14均衡布置,左传动带/链11和右传动带/链12一端与叉头架1固定,另一端固定在叉车本体17上,叉车本体17下有叉车移动轮10,两条传动带/链4中间通过横向升降杆5过渡活动连接,左电动缸13和右电动缸14的左推杆15、右推杆16与横向升降杆5垂直连接。
手推叉车体17移动通过后端连接的手推手柄20手动操作,为了平衡重量,手推叉车体17后端有支撑架,叉车整体向后倾斜由支撑架支撑。
两组电动缸都包括包括电动机23、齿轮副21、齿轮箱24、传动轴25、传动轴承26和推杆7,左电动缸13和右电动缸14的电动机与手推叉车体17的电动缸控制器18连接,通过电动缸控制器18控制左推杆15、右推杆16上移、下移、启动、停止。
电动缸内有位置传感器;位置传感器是磁感应传感器或光电传感器,位置传感器的输出信号送入操作机构;操作机构驱动执行机构确保电动缸的推杆伸缩位置,达到控制叉头2的升高位置。
电动缸的推杆7可以与电动滚珠丝杠一体式结构,或是电动滚珠丝杠的连接体,沿推杆7直线移动方向有位置传感器用于置位位置传感器。

Claims (1)

1.一种手推式叉车提升机构,它至少包括手推叉车体(17)、连接在手推叉车体(17)前端的叉头架(1)、叉头(2)和导向架(6),叉头架(1)与导向架(6)通过导向槽(19)滑动连接,水平一左一右的两个叉头(2)通过叉车门架(3)与叉头架(1)滑动连接,导向架(6)与手推叉车体(17)底盘固定,叉头架(1)在传动带/链(4)带动下沿导向架(6)在导向槽(19)上下滑动,两条传动带/链(4)一端与叉头架(1)固定,另一端固定在手推叉车体(17)上,两条传动带/链(4)中间通过横向升降杆(5)过渡活动连接,其特征是:横向升降杆(5)下端垂直与电动缸(9)的推杆(7)固定连接,电动缸(9)固定在导向架(6)中心左右对称位置;所述的电动缸(9)包括电动机(23)、齿轮副(21)、齿轮箱(24)、传动轴(25)、传动轴承(26)和推杆(7),电动机(23)通过变速器连接齿轮副(21),齿轮副(21)固定在齿轮箱(24)内,齿轮副(21)同时连接传动轴(25),传动轴(25)与传动轴承(26)轴承连接,齿轮副(21)使传动轴(25)和电动机(23)轴构成平行结构,电动机(23)与手推叉车体(17)的电动缸控制器(18)连接,通过电动缸控制器(18)控制电动机(23)启动、停止、上移、下移;所述的导向架(6)内的电动缸(9)为两组,垂直树立在导向架(6)左右框架之间,两组电动缸的左电动缸(13)和右电动缸(14)均衡布置,左电动缸(13)和右电动缸(14)的左推杆(15)、右推杆(16)与横向升降杆(5)垂直连接;所述的电动缸内有位置传感器;位置传感器是磁感应传感器或光电传感器,位置传感器的输出信号送入操作机构;操作机构驱动执行机构确保电动缸的推杆伸缩位置,达到控制叉头(2)的升高位置;所述的推杆(7)是电动滚珠丝杠,手推叉车体通过后端连接的手推手柄手动操作,为了平衡重量,手推叉车体的后端有支撑架,叉车整体向后倾斜由支撑架支撑。
