Abstract

台式滑移钻、攻两用机床,涉及一种可滑移的任意工位钻孔、攻丝的制造技术领域。包括底座、立柱、横臂套筒,立柱垂直固定在底座上,横臂套筒套置在立柱上,在立柱的中心设置液压油缸的缸体,液压油缸的缸体与立柱同轴布置,在横臂套筒的上端连接支架,支架连接在所述液压油缸的伸缩杆的顶端,在横臂套筒的一侧固定连接滑动轨道,在滑动轨道内设置滑动横臂,在滑动横臂的一端设置主电机,在滑动横臂的另一端固定连接第二横臂,在第二横臂内设置钻孔从动轴,在主电机的上端连接主带轮,在钻孔从动轴的顶端设置从动带轮。本机床可实现对同一加工件任意工位的钻孔、攻丝,节约了劳动力,提高了工作效率。

台式滑移钻、攻两用机床 
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻孔、攻丝两用机床的制造技术领域,特别涉及一种可滑移的任意工位钻孔、攻丝的制造技术领域。 
背景技术
现有的台式钻孔、攻丝机床通常由底座、立柱、横臂和钻孔、攻丝设备组成,立柱的下端连接在底座上,横臂水平连接在立柱上,横臂的一端连接在立柱上,另一端与钻孔、攻丝设备相连,由电机通过皮带传动,上述钻、攻设备在加工固定在底座上的工件或同一工件的不同位置时,难以或无法实现,通常由操作工手持工件进行操作,既不安全且加工精度差,另因单靠皮带传动容易打滑,无法实现大扭矩。 
发明内容
为了解决现有钻、攻两用机床无法实现多角度、多位置的加工,消耗劳动力大的问题,本发明提供一种台式滑移钻、攻两用机床。 
本发明包括底座、立柱、横臂套筒,所述立柱垂直固定在底座上,所述横臂套筒套置在所述立柱上,在所述立柱的中心设置液压油缸的缸体,所述液压油缸的缸体与立柱同轴布置,在所述横臂套筒的上端连接支架,所述支架连接在所述液压油缸的伸缩杆的顶端,在所述横臂套筒的一侧固定连接滑动轨道,在所述滑动轨道内设置滑动横臂,在所述滑动横臂的一端设置主电机,在所述滑动横臂的另一端固定连接第二横臂,在所述第二横臂内设置钻孔从动轴,在所述主电机的上端连接主带轮,在所述钻孔从动轴的顶端设置从动带轮,所述主带轮与从动带轮通过皮带传动连接,在所述横臂套筒与立柱之间设置锁紧装置,在所述滑动轨道与滑动横臂之间设置锁紧装置。 
本发明通过主电机带动钻孔从动轴转动,实现钻孔、攻丝;本机床液压油缸的上下升降来调节横臂套筒、滑动轨道及滑动横臂的升降,横臂套筒与立柱之间非固定连接,两者之间可相互转动,通过拖动或推动滑动横臂的前后滑动,实现钻头与立柱之间距离的调整;滑动横臂的左右转动和前后滑动,实现了一个面积范围内的钻孔、攻丝,锁紧装置可以将横臂套筒与立柱、滑动滑动轨道与滑动横臂之间锁紧固定,当钻头或攻丝移动到位后,启动锁紧 动锁紧装置,可避免滑动横臂与滑动滑动轨道、横臂套筒与立柱之间的摆动,保证了本机床的稳定性、精确性。 
本发明在所述钻孔从动轴上固定设置第一齿轮和第四齿轮,所述第四齿轮布置在所述第一齿轮的下方,在所述钻孔从动轴的一侧设置齿轮轴,所述齿轮轴的下端固定连接在所述第二横臂上,在所述齿轮轴的上端固定连接第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮与第二齿轮咬合,在所述第二齿轮的下方设置第三齿轮,所述第三齿轮固定连接在所述齿轮轴上,所述第三齿轮和第四齿轮咬合,所述第一齿轮的直径小于第二齿轮,所述第三齿轮的直径小于第四齿轮。本发明采用两对齿轮之间的配合,实现减速以获得大的扭矩,避免了皮带传动的打滑现象。 
本发明所述的锁紧装置,包括油泵、油管、两个液压分泵、压块、换向阀,在所述横臂与立柱、滑动轨道与滑动横臂之间分别设置压块,在所述压块外端分别设置液压分泵,所述两个液压分泵分别通过油管连接油泵,所述换向阀连接在所述油泵和液压分泵之间。 
本发明所述的锁紧装置为液压锁紧装置,有主电机通过油泵将油加压,通过油管内的压力油驱动液压分泵,液压分泵推动压块将横臂套筒与立柱、滑动横臂与滑动轨道之间锁紧,锁紧主要通过压块与立柱、滑动横臂之间的抱死,其锁紧、松开均由换向阀来实现。 
本发明在所述主电机的下端连接油泵,油泵的输入端连接一油池,在所述油泵和所述油缸之间设置换向阀,所述油泵、油池、换向阀、液压油缸通过油管连接。油泵将油池的油压进油缸,油缸升起;油缸里的油通过换向阀将油排到油池内,油缸降下,液压油缸的升起或降下实现了横臂套筒、滑动轨道、滑动横臂的上下运动,即高度调整。 
本发明在所述滑动横臂与滑动轨道之间设置滚轮。设置管轮可大大减少滑动横臂与滑动轨道之间的摩擦力,方便操作。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本台式滑移钻、攻两用机床,包括底座2、立柱1、横臂套筒3,立柱1垂直固定在底座2上,横臂套筒3套置在立柱1上,在立柱的中心设置液压油缸7的缸体,液压油缸7的缸体与立柱1同轴布置,在横臂套筒3的上端连接支架6,支架6连接在液压油缸7的伸缩杆的顶端,在横臂套筒3的一侧固定连接滑动轨道4,在滑动轨道4内设置滑动横臂5,在滑动横臂5与滑动轨道4之间设置滚轮23,在滑动横臂5的一端设置主电机8,在滑动横臂5的另一端固定连接第二横臂29,在第二横臂29内设置钻孔从动轴13,在主电机8的上端连接主带轮10,在钻孔从动轴13的顶端设置从动带轮12,主带轮10与从动带轮12通过皮带11传动连接,在横臂套筒3与立柱1之间设置锁紧装置16,在滑动轨道4与滑动横臂5之间设置锁紧装置17,在主电机8的下端连接油泵9,油泵9的输出端连接一油池18,在油池18和液压油缸7之间设置换向阀14,油泵9、油池18、换向阀14、液压油缸7通过油管15连接。 
如图1所示,本机床在所述钻孔从动轴上固定设置第一齿轮24和第四齿轮27,第四齿轮27布置在第一齿轮24的下方,在钻孔从动轴13的一侧设置齿轮轴28,齿轮轴28的下端固定连接在第二横臂29上,在齿轮轴28的上端固定连接第二齿轮25,第一齿轮24与第二齿轮25咬合,在第二齿轮25的下方设置第三齿轮26,第三齿轮26固定连接在所述齿轮轴28上,第三齿轮26和第四齿27轮咬合,第一齿轮24的直径小于第二齿轮25,第三齿轮26的直径小于第四齿轮27。 
如图1、2所示,本机床的锁紧装置16、17为液压锁紧装置,包括油泵9、油管15、两个液压分泵20、22、压块19、21、换向阀14,在横臂套筒3与立柱1、滑动轨道4与滑动横臂5之间分别设置压块19、21,在压块19、21外端分别设置液压分泵20、22,两个液压分泵20、22分别通过油管15连接油泵9,换向阀14连接在油泵9和液压分泵20、22之间。 

Claims (5)

1.台式滑移钻、攻两用机床,包括底座、立柱、横臂套筒,所述立柱垂直固定在底座上,所述横臂套筒套置在所述立柱上,其特征在于在所述立柱的中心设置液压油缸的缸体,所述液压油缸的缸体与立柱同轴布置,在所述横臂套筒的上端连接支架,所述支架连接在所述液压油缸的伸缩杆的顶端,在所述横臂套筒的一侧固定连接滑动轨道,在所述滑动轨道内设置滑动横臂,在所述滑动横臂的一端设置主电机,在所述滑动横臂的另一端固定连接第二横臂,在所述第二横臂内设置钻孔从动轴,在所述主电机的上端连接主带轮,在所述钻孔从动轴的顶端设置从动带轮,所述主带轮与从动带轮通过皮带传动连接,在所述横臂套筒与立柱之间设置锁紧装置,在所述滑动轨道与滑动横臂之间设置锁紧装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的台式滑移钻、攻两用机床,其特征在于在所述钻孔从动轴上固定设置第一齿轮和第四齿轮,所述第四齿轮布置在所述第一齿轮的下方,在所述钻孔从动轴的一侧设置齿轮轴,所述齿轮轴的下端固定连接在所述第二横臂上,在所述齿轮轴的上端固定连接第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮与第二齿轮咬合,在所述第二齿轮的下方设置第三齿轮,所述第三齿轮固定连接在所述齿轮轴上,所述第三齿轮和第四齿轮咬合,所述第一齿轮的直径小于第二齿轮,所述第三齿轮的直径小于第四齿轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的台式滑移钻、攻两用机床,其特征在于所述的锁紧装置,包括油泵、油管、两个液压分泵、压块、换向阀,在所述横臂与立柱、滑动轨道与滑动横臂之间分别设置压块,在所述压块外端分别设置液压分泵,所述两个液压分泵分别通过油管连接油泵,所述换向阀连接在所述油泵和液压分泵之间。
4.根据权利要求2所述的台式滑移钻、攻两用机床,其特征在于在所述主电机的下端连接油泵,油泵的输入端连接一油池,在所述油泵和所述液压油缸之间设置换向阀,所述油泵、油池、换向阀、液压油缸通过油管连接。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的台式滑移钻、攻两用机床,其特征在于在所述滑动横臂与滑动轨道之间设置滚轮。
