Abstract
一种用于桥梁密封的耐高温的密封层,它带有一种含有由沥青和可辐射交联的聚合物,它们之比为7/3~19/1,组成一种混合物的覆盖物质,密封层在一台电子加速器中用介于5和16×104Gy之间的发射能量进行交联。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于桥梁密封的含沥青的密封层。
在桥梁结构部件和跑道涂层之间必需铺一层有效的防湿隔离层。为此,混凝土表面涂覆一层沥青,在这层沥青上完全平整地粘敷一层含沥青的密封层。在这上面铺设一层浇注沥青的防护层和一层覆盖层。
温度为220~250℃热的浇注沥青的铺设一般用手工操作。由于高温,不可能采用普通的、纯的或用聚合物改性的沥青层。密封层的熔融的覆盖层同浇注沥青(煮沸)混合并使之软化。
例如聚氯乙烯基的热塑性聚合物薄膜没有足够的耐热性。弹性薄膜由于热影响形成皱纹结构,皱纹结构可通过覆盖一层纸来加以避免,但是由此形成一层在混凝土板和跑道涂层之间的滑动层(沥青-焦油-沥青-柏油(Bitumen-Teere-Asphaite-Peche)1972年,第170~175页)。
因此,对于桥梁密封建议采用含沥青的密封层,在这密封层的上面复合压印一层铝箔(DE-OS2148448)。但是,众所周知,铝箔被露盐(Tauzalze)侵蚀。其它金属薄膜,例如由特种钢制成的金属薄膜则价格昂贵。
本发明的任务在于创造一种用于桥梁密封的含沥青而费用不大的密封层,它保证具有一层在桥梁结构和沥青涂层之间完全平整的复合层,不存在沥青涂层软化的危险。
本发明的任务是通过一层由聚合改性的沥青物质制成的带有增强衬里3的密封层加以解决,密封层的至少上面一层覆盖层2由一
层含有可辐射交联聚合物改性沥青组成,并通过电子辐射进行立体交联。
可采用所有可辐射交联的自然和人工的橡胶类作为聚合物,橡胶类能同沥青相容,例如聚丁二烯和苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶,以及可交联的聚烯烃如聚乙烯。沥青与可交联的聚合物的比为7/3~19/1,最好是4/1~9/1。混合物中的一种高于15%(重量)的橡胶组份由此大大地改善了特性,但是由于物质的高粘性,不再允许在一个普通的制造屋顶层的设备上制造密封层。因此,必须采用耗费较大的制造方法,例如借助于砑光机。
辐射交联的聚合改性沥青有一个高于180℃的软化点(Ruk)。当加热到150℃时(正如在密封层中所测量的),不流出油或沥青。因此即使在铺设浇注沥青防护层时覆盖层也不发生熔融,并且不使沥青软化。覆盖层防露盐。此外,用浇注沥青的粘接显然比金属/沥青复合要坚固一些。由于仅仅采用裸露的、复合的密封层,或者带有一层薄的容易溶化的塑料薄膜,例如由聚丙烯制成,因此在涂覆浇注沥青时不会出现由于一种可能潮气的散射而形成的蒸汽喷吹。
本发明以图示方式说明两个实施例。
图1示出桥梁密封的一个截面,图2示出带有熔接层的密封层的一个截面。
裸露的密封层1完全平整地用热沥青100/25(7)重叠粘敷到带有一层含沥青预涂层6的经处理的混凝土板5上。密封层1是由一层两面都有一层大约2毫米厚沥青覆盖层2的玻璃织物3组成。覆盖物质含有除63份重量组份沥青B200之外的7份重量组份聚丁二烯和30份重量组份矿物填料,并当密封层制成后通过10×104Gy电子辐射进行交联。因此,软化点(Ruk)从64℃升高到205℃。为使作为粘合剂使用的煮沸热沥青即使在不仔细敷设时也不会从重叠缝隙中流出,缝隙可另外用皱纹纸制的粘接条10粘上。
用手将一层厚度为30毫米、温度为240℃热的浇注沥青防护层8涂覆到密封层上,并在这上面涂覆一层浇注沥青覆盖层(9)。密封层1不仅用热沥青7粘敷,而且用浇注沥青8粘敷,而不使覆盖层9熔融。
除了敷设一层热沥青粘合剂以外,还可将密封层熔接到带有一层含沥青预涂层的混凝土板上。因此有两种可能性:或者将熔接层4涂覆到下面覆盖层上,或者如图2所示直接涂覆到由一层玻璃织物制成的增强衬里3的下面。由于熔接层4在电子辐射后具有它的粘合力,因此密封层在下面有一种分离物质。除了撒布矿物外,这里特别要考虑一种薄的、容易熔化的聚丙烯薄膜11,该薄膜11在熔焊时同熔化沥青混合。以普通方法在一台制造屋顶层的设备上制造出厚度为3~6毫米的密封层。在打开卷拢的密封层之前通过一台电子加速器,或者用γ射线处理。发射能量至少要达到5×104Gy,以达到足够的交联。由于在发射强的γ射线时除辐射外还出现一定的衰减,剂量不那么精确,此外,防护措施的费用很高,但还是优先采用电子辐射交联。
特别是当厚的密封层时,熔接层可在电子辐射后涂覆,以节省发射能量。
实施例1
一种聚酯无纺布(230克/平方米)用一种物质为9份重量组份蒸馏沥青B200和1份重量组份苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶的物质浸渍,两面各有一层2毫米厚的由63份重量组份沥青B200、7份重量组份苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶和30份重量组份颗粒度小于100微米的页岩粉所组成的涂层。表面撒上滑石粉。然后密封层在一台电子加速器中用16×104Gy的发射能量进行交联。在电子辐射之前和之后取出密封层试样,以便按照联邦德国工业标准DIN52123确定冷稳定性,以及按照DIN52011测定软化点(Ruk)。检测结果在表中列出。
实施例2
一种玻璃织物(200克/平方米)为4份重量组份沥青B200和1份重量组份聚乙烯的混合物浸渍。上面涂覆一层3毫米厚的由16份重量组份沥青B200、4份重量组份聚乙烯和5份重量组份页岩粉组成的物质,下面涂覆一层1毫米厚的喷吹的沥青100/25。上层和下层各复合一层薄的聚丙烯薄膜。密封层用6×104Gy的发射能量交联。检验结果在表中列出。

Claims (9)
1、一种用于桥梁密封的含沥青的密封层,它由一层有改性沥青物质涂层的增强衬里组成,其特征在于,至少上面覆盖层2由一层含有可辐射交联聚合物的改性沥青组成,并通过电子辐射进行立体交联。
2、根据权利要求1所述的密封层,其特征在于,可辐射交联的聚合物是一种苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶。
3、根据权利要求1所述的密封层,其特征在于,可辐射交联的聚合物是一种聚乙烯。
4、根据权利要求1至3所述的密封层,其特征在于,辐射交联的覆盖层是由一种含沥青的物质组成,沥青与聚合物的比在7/3和19/1之间,最好是在4/1和9/1之间。
5、根据权利要求1至3所述的密封层,其特征在于,密封层用介于5×104和16×104Gy之间的辐射能量进行交联。
6、根据权利要求4所述的密封层,其特征在于,密封层用介于5×104和16×104Gy之间的辐射能量进行交联。
7、根据权利要求1至3所述的密封层,其特征在于,密封层的下层带有一层含沥青的熔接层。
