本发明涉及轴装式减速器领域,一种轴装式准行星减速器。轴装式广泛应用于斗式提升机及刮板式输送机上。轴装式直接悬挂在配套主机动力输入轴上而省去安装平台。背景技术:由于均为功率单分流,因此外型大、过重及高速轴漏油严重。技术特征:在圆机壳依次联结机架、端盖的空腔内装置准行星传动件:在机架与端盖空腔内装置外齿轮啮合副:中心轮联结在输入轴上,三只均布的分流齿轮联结在轴齿轮的轴伸端;在机架与圆机壳空腔内装置空心输出轴及内齿轮啮合副:内齿轮外圆与输出轴圆筒内花键联结,轴齿轮由轴承支承在机架上,输出轴两端分别由轴承支承在机壳与机架内孔。有益效果:输入输出同轴、轴向尺寸短、重量轻,可用来制造较大扭矩机型。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及轴装式减速器领域,一种轴装式准行星减速器。轴装式减速器广泛应用于斗式提升机、皮带输及刮板式输送机上。轴装式直接悬挂在配套主机传动轴上而省去了联接附件和减速机安装平台。
【背景技术】
的结构特点是平行轴、功率单分流。例如:(1)输入、输出不同轴的方箱式,如ZJ、ZJY及日本住友HSM;(2)圆盘式:同轴的如温州三联公司的02287530、02259964与98116412;不同轴的如ZGY与RP。其主要问题是:外型大、过重;由于高速轴置于下方,造成高速轴漏油严重;三联公司发明专利(已授权)98116412因是摆线结构,故机械效率低,使用中也发现漏油。
【发明内容】
本发明目的:用一种轴装式准行星减速器取代背景技术。
众所周知,(准)行星具有同轴、功率多分流及内啮合三大特性,因而承载能力大、重量轻及轴向尺寸短。分流数多时输出扭矩可达30000Nm。
实施技术方案:圆机壳依次联结机架、端盖的空腔内装置准行星传动件:在机架与端盖空腔内装置外齿轮啮合副:中心轮联结在输入轴上,三只均布的分流齿轮联结在轴齿轮的轴伸端;在机架与圆机壳空腔内装置空心输出轴及内齿轮啮合副:内齿轮外圆与输出轴圆筒内花键联结,轴齿轮由轴承支承在机架上,输出轴两端分别由轴承支承在机壳与机架内孔。
【有益效果】
(1)圆盘型结构、输入输出同轴、轴向尺寸短(比ZJ-630短40-45%)、重量轻;
(2)可制造30000Nm机型,承载能力为ZJ-630的5倍。

【具体实施方式】
参照图1.一种轴装式准行星减速器,是指圆机壳1顺次联结机架5与端盖4,所形成的空腔中装置准行星传动件,其特征在于:
所述机架5与端盖4空腔内装置外齿轮啮合副,所述外齿轮啮合副包括中心轮7与三只均布分流齿轮11,所述中心轮7联结在输入轴9上,分流齿轮11联结在轴齿轮10轴伸端;
所述机架5与圆机壳1空腔内装置空心输出轴2及内齿轮啮合副,所述内齿轮啮合副包括轴齿轮10与内齿圈3,所述内齿圈3外圆与输出轴2圆筒内孔用花键联结,所述轴齿轮10由轴承支承在机架5上,输出轴2两端分别由轴承12、6支承在圆机壳1与机架5内孔,所述内齿圈3可正向装配,亦可拉出来反向装配,因此大大提高使用寿命,内六角螺钉8防止轴装减速器从主机传动轴上滑出;
输入轴9可联结皮带轮、联轴器、链轮等等;
当端盖4外型根据分流齿轮数量制成“梅花”型,如分流数np=3时为三瓣、np=4时为四瓣,......圆弧花瓣可用作扭力支臂的支点而省去扭力支臂。
根据《渐开线行星传动设计与制造》274页:“在三个行星轮均布的条件下,轮齿啮合中作用于中心轮上的力是相互平衡的,在输出轴轴端上安装膜片联轴器时(注:本发明是直接装在主机传动轴上),则输出轴运转时只承受转矩。”因此说本发明的结构优于背景技术各种轴装减速器。
本发明的工作原理是:功率经输入轴9上中心轮7-分流齿轮11、轴齿轮10-内齿圈3-带动输出轴13及装在内孔的主机传动轴。

1.一种轴装式准行星减速器,是指圆机壳(1)顺次联结机架(5)与端盖(4),所形成的空腔中装置准行星传动件,其特征在于:
所述机架(5)与端盖(4)空腔内装置外齿轮啮合副,所述外齿轮啮合副包括中心轮(7)与三只均布分流齿轮(11),所述中心轮(7)联结在输入轴(9)上,所述分流齿轮(11)联结在轴齿轮(10)轴伸端;
所述机架(5)与圆机壳(1)空腔内装置空心输出轴(2)及内齿轮啮合副,所述内齿轮啮合副包括轴齿轮(10)与内齿圈(3),所述内齿圈(3)外圆与输出轴(2)圆筒内孔用花键联结,所述轴齿轮(10)由轴承支承在机架(5)上,输出轴(2)两端分别由轴承(12、6)支承在圆机壳(1)与机架(5)内孔,所述的内齿圈(3)可正向装配,亦可拉出来反向装配。
