Abstract

一种曲面打印方法,是应用于一打印装置中,包括下列步骤:判断待打印面是否为曲面;若选择为曲面则将打印图形切割为至少二个打印区块;及分次打印每一打印区块。本发明的曲面打印方法依照工件待打印面的不同,先将打印图形切割为多个打印区块,再分次打印于工件上,如此可克服喷点错位的问题,打印于工件上的图形不会被拉伸而导致失真,而可达到高质量的曲面打印输出。

曲面打印方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种打印方法,特别是涉及一种曲面打印方法。
背景技术
打印机可以将计算机内储存的数据按照文字或图形的方式永久的输出到纸张或者透明胶片上。传统的打印机系于2D平面上进行打印,由于待打印面为一平面,喷头与待打印面间的高度固定,故打印时不会产生喷点错位而导致打印图形失真。
若欲进行3D曲面打印,由于待打印面非为一平面,喷头与待打印面间的高度并不一致,此一高度的落差造成喷点错位的情况发生,使得打印图像会被拉伸而失真,从而无法达到打印质量的基本要求,故传统的打印机仅能进行2D平面的打印,无法进行3D曲面的打印。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种曲面打印方法,使其于曲面打印时不会产生喷点错位的问题。
一种曲面打印方法,是应用于一打印装置中,包括下列步骤:判断待打印面是否为曲面;若选择为曲面则将打印图形切割为至少二个打印区块;及分次打印每一打印区块。所述打印装置包括有一喷墨头及一转动机构,所述喷墨头包括有数个喷嘴,所述转动机构用于承载并转动工件。所述二个打印区块间设有一缓冲区块,所述缓冲区块的距离不小于所述喷墨头的第一个喷嘴与最后一个喷嘴间的距离。本发明的曲面打印方法依照工件待打印面的不同,先将打印图形切割为多个打印区块,再分次打印于工件上,如此可克服喷点错位的问题。
与现有技术相比,在本发明的曲面打印方法可于曲面工件上打印,打印于工件上的图形不会被拉伸而导致失真,而可达到高质量的曲面打印输出。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明曲面打印方法的具体实施方式是应用于打印装置10中,所述打印装置10包括有一喷墨头20及一转动机构30。所述喷墨头20可沿一滑轨21横向移动以将图形或文字打印于工件40上,所述转动机构30用于承载工件40,并可将工件40转动,以使喷墨头20可打印于工件40的曲面41及平面42上。
参照图2为本发明曲面打印方法的流程图,所述打印方法所包括的步骤是依序进行的,其包括下列步骤:
步骤S20:判断待打印面是否为曲面。操作者可依工件的不同来判断待打印面是否为曲面,若选择“是”,则进行步骤S21。若选择“否”,则进行步骤S23。
步骤S21:将打印图形切割为至少二个打印区块。参照图3,若工件40的曲面41与平面42的打印于同一刷打印程序内完成,所述喷墨头20的第一个喷嘴打印曲面41时,所述喷墨头20的最后一个喷嘴也同时打印在工件40的平面42上,由于该同一刷打印程序内完成之打印区域内各点到喷头之高度差异较大,如此即造成喷点错位。参照图4,将打印图形50依工件40的曲面41及平面42切割为至少二个打印区块51、52,所述二打印区块51、52间设有一缓冲区块53,所述缓冲区块53的距离L不小于所述喷墨头20的第一个喷嘴与最后一个喷嘴间的距离。可以理解的是,打印图形50的切割可依工件40待打印面的不同,将曲面、平面切割等不同曲率的面分别切割为多个打印区块,使同一打印区块内的待打印面与喷墨头20间的距离相近。
步骤S22:分次打印每一打印区块。
所述转动机构30转动工件40至待打印位置,所述打印机10的喷墨头20依照打印图形50的每一打印区块51、52分次打印于工件40的曲面41及平面42上。
由于打印图形50被切割为二个打印区块51、52,且二打印区块51、52间设有一缓冲区块53,故所述工件40的曲面41与平面42的打印于不同刷打印程序内完成,且不会产生喷点错位的问题。
步骤S23:直接打印。由于工件40的待打印面经判断为非曲面,所述打印机10的喷墨头20将打印图形50打印于工件40的待打印面上。
值得注意的是,本发明的曲面打印方法依照工件待打印面的不同,先将打印图形切割为多个打印区块,再分次打印于工件上,如此可克服喷点错位的问题,打印于工件上的图形不会被拉伸而导致失真,而可达到高质量的曲面打印输出。

Claims (7)

1.一种曲面打印方法,是应用于一打印装置中,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
判断待打印面是否为曲面;
若选择为曲面则将打印图形切割为至少二个打印区块;及
分次打印每一打印区块。
2.如权利要求1所述的曲面打印方法,其特征在于:当在判断待打印面是否为曲面的步骤中选择“否”时,则直接进行打印。
3.如权利要求1所述的曲面打印方法,其特征在于:所述待打印面包括有一曲面及一平面,所述将打印图形切割为至少二个打印区块步骤中,所述打印图形依待打印面的曲面及平面切割为不同的打印区块。
4.如权利要求3所述的曲面打印方法,其特征在于:所述打印图形可依待打印面的不同而切割为多个打印区块。
5.如权利要求3所述的曲面打印方法,其特征在于:所述分次打印每一打印区块步骤中,所述待打印面的曲面与平面的打印于不同次的打印程序中完成。
6.如权利要求1所述的曲面打印方法,其特征在于:所述打印装置包括有一喷墨头及一转动机构,所述喷墨头包括有数个喷嘴,所述转动机构用于承载并转动工件。
7.如权利要求6所述的曲面打印方法,其特征在于:所述二个打印区块间设有一缓冲区块,所述缓冲区块的距离不小于所述喷墨头的第一个喷嘴与最后一个喷嘴间的距离。
